Once you have purchased a downloadable item from our online store, it will be available for you to download from your account indefinitely.
You may change your email address by going to the My Account page and click on the link “Click here to change your email”.
If you forget your password, you can go to the Forgot Password page.
Go to the account page; and once you have logged into your account, you can find any downloadable items you have purchased under "Downloadable Items I Have Purchased".
It would be best for you to check with your bank or the company that issued your credit card to see why your credit card was declined. When you place an order with our Online Store, the information that you enter for your credit card must be the same information according to the billing information that is on file with your credit card issuer. If the information you enter on our website is not according to your bank or credit card company, then your credit card will be declined.
The blest cloth is not offered through our Online Store. However, you can email the ministry to request the blest cloth to be sent to you.
We do not offer PDF files of our eBooks, only mobi or epub. There are programs available that will convert these formats into PDF; you should be able to find them by doing an internet search.

An MP3 is a common audio format used to compress digital audio files that are used for the transfer and playback of music on digital audio player or computers.
The formats we provide digital audio purchases in are:
• MP3 format

This is a self-extracting file that contains all of the MP3 files included in your digital album purchase. You must execute/run this file before you can access the included files.

Since this is an online store, our support is provided online thru email. If you have a question concerning products or your order, you may contact us and we will get back to you during our business hours; so please be aware of time zone differences.
Once your purchase is complete and your receipt is displayed on your screen, there is link that you can click on to access your downloadable items. If you wish to access the items later you can go to our account page; and once you have logged into your account, you will find any downloadable items you have purchased under "Downloadable Items I Have Purchased". From there you can click on the button provided to download the item to your computer.
Our eBooks cannot be opened using Microsoft Word, Notepad or Adobe Reader. You must use a program created for reading eBooks on your computer or transfer them to an eBook reader or tablet.

Remember that your password is case sensitive, so make sure you are typing it in exactly the same as you originally entered it.
There could be many reasons, but the most probable is that you have simply forgotten your password, are trying the wrong one or are entering it incorrectly. Some other things to think about include: Does your username or password contain a mixture of upper and lower case letters? It should be entered exactly.
