He hath anointed us…to carry the Gospel to the world! This was God’s message to us as we prepared for our next missionary journey to Cape Town, South Africa. In the last service before we left, the Lord directed Rev. Angley to preach a special message with this scripture text: The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord (Luke 4:18,19). The Lord wanted each member of the tour group to take His anointing to the people of South Africa.

Rev. Angley said that God’s anointing is what makes the difference in the lives of born-again people. It makes them just like Jesus and lets them know what He would say or do in different situations. He then told the tour members that we would have to take that holy anointing with us to South Africa and allow it to make us living, walking epistles for Him.

Before we took off on Star Triple Seven—the great plane the Lord so graciously and miraculously provided for this Jesus ministry—Rev. Angley once again stressed the importance of the anointing, and he asked the Lord to anoint us with His love for the thousands of people who were waiting to be served. He reminded us that we were being sent of God and that only God’s love would be able to get into the hearts of the South African people.

Then the Lord Himself moved in with a special message saying, Thus saith the Lord, I am sending you to work for me; you’re my sons and daughters. You’re my hands, you’re my voice, you’re my feet, you’re my everything. You must be used by the Holy Ghost, not just part of the time but all of the time!

The Work Began

After nearly 16 hours in the air, we were greeted by the warm, summer breezes of Cape Town. The bright sunshine was a welcome change from the frigid temperatures we had left behind, and it seemed to give everyone extra incentive to get moving for the Lord. This two-week trip would include crusades in both the town of Paarl, where we had been once before, and the township of Somerset West—and we had plenty of work to do in the next few days.

Because we had shipped hundreds of boxes of literature ahead of time, within just hours of our arrival, we had to retrieve them and distribute them to our nearly 80 tour members. Then our plan for getting the literature to the people of Cape Town had to be mapped out. Although advertisements about our crusade services are placed in local newspapers and on television and radio, our hardworking street teams are the ones who reach the most people with the good news.

Early the next morning, we were on the road; but reaching the people in and around Paarl was a unique challenge. The population is widely scattered, and there were not many centralized areas or busy street corners where we could easily reach large numbers of people. As a result, we spent many hours walking through neighborhoods and surrounding townships, meeting people at their homes. It was hard work; but it also offered us many unexpected opportunities to share our literature, books and Bibles as well as to answer questions, offer words of encouragement and pray with those in need. The people welcomed us with open arms, and we fell in love with them right away.

Paarl Ministers’ Meeting

The days pass quickly when you’re working for the Lord, and the Thursday morning ministers’ meeting was upon us before we knew it. The Cape Town area has a unique mix of people—white, black and colored—and unfortunately, it’s the root of much tension and many misunderstandings. Therefore, the Lord directed Rev. Angley to speak about humility and unity. Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:13).

Rev. Angley surprised many of the ministers when he said, “As I shook hands with some of you, the Lord let me see your hearts; you can’t hide anything from God. If there is anything wrong in your life, it shows up. Are you walking with God or far off from Him? Are you for God or against Him? Throughout this crusade, we’re going to have to pour God’s love on one another; human love will not be enough.”

Rev. Angley made it very plain to the ministers that they would have to get rid of all prejudice. “Skin color doesn’t matter,” Rev. Angley said. “It just goes back to the dust of the earth. God doesn’t think about what color we are; He looks on the inside and considers what color our souls are. If your soul isn’t right, then it needs a resurrection; and Jesus came to give us that resurrection through the divine blood.

“It’s time to wake up and have enough salvation to love everybody. Put your enemies under the blood, and turn them over to the Lord. We don’t have time to be at odds with one another; God wants perfect unity. I had a different message planned for you this morning; but God looked inside of you to see what you needed, and He gave me the thoughts He wanted you to have. Now, it’s up to you what you do with them.

“We should be willing to sacrifice anything for souls. Show your people what it means to sacrifice because they won’t take on a giving spirit unless you do. Yield to the Lord in prayer and fasting until you know that your heart beats in rhythm with His.” The Lord closed out the service by offering the preachers a holy anointing for their work for Him, for their churches to grow and for all to have perfect liberty in the Lord.

Before leaving, we were able to give each minister information about the new Ernest Angley’s Online Bible College. It took many months to complete this massive project, but every soul we touch now has the opportunity to learn more about the true Word of God…and it was exciting to be able to offer such a beautiful gift to them. God ordained this online college as yet another way of getting His Gospel to the world, and Rev. Angley left them with this profound statement: “Thus saith the Lord, God is going to call many young people from here in South Africa to the ministry before this crusade closes.”

Paarl, Friday Service

Toward the end of the week, Cape Town was plagued with very high winds; and the crew responsible for setting up the stage and equipment at the crusade grounds faced many challenges. But when it came time for the Friday service, God had answered our prayers; and the winds had died down to just a gentle breeze. Then the wind of the Holy Spirit took over; and as soon as Rev. Angley stepped onto the platform, the Lord revealed that someone had already been healed of AIDS. This was just a prelude of what was to come.

The Cathedral Trio members, who travel with Rev. Angley, have dedicated their talents to the Lord; and they sing with the anointing of God. They sincerely love the people of Africa and had worked very hard for this trip to prepare 11 songs in the Xhosa and Zulu languages—these included one very special song that one of the trio members, Tom Neale, had written especially for the people of Africa. Everywhere we go, the people’s responses to songs in their own tongue are overwhelming; and it allows the Lord to move for them in special ways.

On that first service night, as the trio prepared to perform a very special song of consecration entitled, “I Will Follow Jesus,” the Lord revealed there would be 20 miracles while they sang. But Rev. Angley quickly added, “There will be more miracles than that if your faith rises up. Faith in God heals the sick!” The people took Rev. Angley’s words to heart, and many more miracles than the promised 20 did take place. Among them was a very special miracle for a 71-year-old man who received a new heart.

Rev. Angley’s sermon that evening, “What Do You Know About Jesus?” prompted people to search their hearts. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls (Matthew 11:29). “When Jesus said learn of me,” Rev. Angley explained, “He meant that we are to learn everything about Him—His faith, mercy, love, grace and compassion. He is the healing Christ, and He will make you whole all over!”

The Lord wanted to prepare the people to receive that night; and Rev. Angley continued saying, “Life is so precious; and the Lord has sent me to you with life, life, life! The Lord knows each one of you and each one of your loved ones by name, and you can be delivered tonight!”

Rev. Angley called on The Cathedral Trio to sing, “The Sound of Miracles,” a very special song written by Rev. Angley and one of our staff members, Rocky Lowther; and as soon as the trio had finished singing, the gift of mass miracles began to work. God poured out nearly 1800 miracles which included 150 for re-created nervous systems, 295 for head conditions, 403 for back problems and 41 for severe eye conditions. Ninety-nine kidney miracles included three cases in which people had actually had a kidney removed; and Rev. Angley declared, “Your doctors will be shocked when you go back to see them because each of you now has a new kidney. The Lord is making witnesses tonight!”

The service ended with the fire of the Holy Ghost lighting the sky and covering the people. God had showed them that He is God and that He wants to work for them and bless them.

Saturday morning, the majority of our tour members took advantage of most people not having to work; so with the miracles from the night before still fresh in their minds, they were back out in the neighborhoods spreading the good news. We always strive to make use of every opportunity to tell people about the crusade services.

Paarl, Saturday Service

That evening was service time again; and Rev. Angley stepped onto the platform proclaiming, “The blood, the blood, the blood!” The divine blood brought healing for soul, mind and body to all people; and Rev. Angley wanted those in the crowd to know that and to put all their trust in the blood without one doubt. He called for The Cathedral Trio to sing a song in Xhosa about the Rapture trumpet during which five people were healed of AIDS. One of them was a 21-year-old girl who had only three months to live, and another was a backslider whom the devil had deceived for seven long years into thinking that he could never be forgiven. God is so merciful when people will humble themselves before Him.

Rev. Angley’s sermon for that evening was “The Second Adam—Jesus.” He wanted the people to proclaim as John the Baptist had, Behold the Lamb of God (John 1:36)! Rev. Angley reminded the people that the first Adam failed all mankind when he sinned, leaving us nothing but death. But thank God the Second Adam came to bring life, and every person can have that life when the great God of the universe lives inside them.

Rev. Angley wanted the people to realize the extent of Christ’s humble sacrifice of love as he pointed out, “Jesus could have come down from the Cross and walked away from it; but He knew that if He did, He would have thrown all hope for us away, too. That’s how much He loves you!”

The people then witnessed the life that Jesus brought manifested on the stage as Rev. Angley ministered to the deaf and mute. Afterward, the Lord began preparing those in the crowd to receive for themselves the next night by pouring out a special anointing that they were to carry with them to their homes. He also gave the people a special message: Thus saith the Lord, I have sent my holy prophet to you. Believe him. He walks my seas of promises, and I fulfill my promises. He is here because he’s sent of God. Take the anointing he’s calling down; I’m honoring it, saith the Lord.

Then the fire of the Holy Ghost fell as it had the night before; but this time, it not only covered the people, it enveloped them. Rev. Angley said, “Reach up and feel the strength of it; feel the power of it, and feel the warmth of His presence.” He wanted them to know that God and His Spirit really had come down to bless them.

Last Day in Paarl

Sunday brought a busy morning of ministering to people in 18 local churches, an opportunity the tour members always look forward to. One pair arrived at their church an hour ahead of the service; but since we know that every minute is precious for the Lord, they took advantage of the time to go out on the streets and invite people to the church. The pastor was amazed when service time arrived to see new faces in his congregation.

Another team of people went with Rev. Machamer and The Cathedral Trio to the Haweqa Youth Center, a prison for boys, where they ministered to nearly 300 teen and young adult inmates. As the trio began to sing, the boys were very reserved; but when they saw several of the prison guards dancing and rejoicing to the music, they let loose, and the atmosphere totally changed. The music had opened their hearts and prepared them to hear the Gospel of the Lord, and they responded to it beautifully.

That night was the last service in Paarl; and when Rev. Angley went on stage, the Lord immediately began to work for the people through the anointed songs of the trio—51 people were healed of AIDS as they sang. Then Rev. Angley turned the people’s attention to the whipping post to teach them about the healing Jesus’ suffering has made possible.

Then Pilate therefore took Jesus, and scourged him. And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe…And Pilate saith unto them, Behold the man (John 19:1,2,5)! “I’ve seen millions of miracles take place because Jesus went to the whipping post,” Rev. Angley declared. “When people are sick, it doesn’t mean they’re sinful; it means they can have a miracle because miracles are promised to all children of God. It’s not the will of God for His people to be sick because Jesus suffered and died so we could be whole in soul, mind and body.” I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (John 10:10).

The Lord wanted the people to experience His abundant life, and He began to pour out His miracle power. “The fire of the Holy Ghost is over you,” Rev. Angley cried, “and it’s so bright. The higher your faith reaches, the more the fire spreads. It’s a downpour tonight! Touch yourself and be made well. With this great anointing, it will be the same as if the hand of God touched you; and if you have any more pain, know that it’s just false symptoms.”

Rev. Angley began to minister to people on stage; and as he did, the people in the audience were receiving as well. Twenty-one people were healed of AIDS while a man received his sense of smell. Thirty-six people were made completely whole while a young girl received her hearing, and five more were healed of AIDS while a little boy not only received hearing in one ear but also a beautiful miracle for crossed eyes. Tears of joy streamed down the father’s face as his son walked off the stage with normal eyes for the first time.

The service ended with a mighty outpouring of the Holy Ghost, and many received the real baptism of the Spirit. We then had to say our goodbyes, and leaving people we have grown to love is always bittersweet—we’re happy for how God has blessed them, but we also know we may never see many of them again in this life. Rev. Angley left the people with these last words of hope and encouragement: “We don’t leave you and forget you; we pray that God will prosper you in every way because we are now one.” Neither pray I [Jesus] for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us (John 17:20,21).

Week Two Begins

Aside from the services, street work was our main focus the first week; however, two small groups did have the opportunity to visit separate nursing homes. Our people found them both to be staffed with very caring and loving people, and it was the perfect atmosphere for sharing the Word of God. The extra attention, gifts of love and prayers lifted spirits and put a smile on many faces. One of our women taught the residents at the Resthof Old Age Home the simple chorus of “Jesus Loves Me” in sign language; and they couldn’t get enough of it. The people were still signing and singing as our tour members left.

Many different opportunities began to open up during the second week, and we were busier than ever. On Monday, a small group went to an orphanage and Tuesday morning another group went to two preschool/day care centers. Many of our church members and supporters had generously donated toys, stuffed animals, clothes, shoes and other items; so we were able to leave all of the children with much-needed necessities and gifts. At one of the day care centers, many of the children had no shoes; but one amusing little guy who was wearing a very well-used pair quickly hid them thinking that he wouldn’t receive a new pair if he still had his old ones.

Tuesday was also the day for ministering to the inmates at one of the area’s largest prisons, Pollsmoor. This facility houses over 8000 men, women and boys; and we were surprised to find that at least 4000 of them were still awaiting trial, which can take up to five years to be scheduled. Our people split into three groups to cover the different sections; and in each one, nearly all of the inmates willingly said the sinners’ prayer—even some of those of non-Christian faiths gave their hearts to the Lord.

In the men’s section, one of Rev. Angley’s associates, Rev. Machamer, told the inmates that God would make the way for them after their release if they would continue to trust Him and serve Him with their whole heart. As our ladies approached the women’s section, one of the inmates was weeping uncontrollably because she had been told that she would not be released that morning as planned; but after attending the service and giving her heart to the Lord, she said she understood why her release had been delayed. The boys in the youth section were so impressed with the songs two of our workers sang in the Xhosa language that they began dancing on the beds. This opened their hearts in a beautiful way to the testimony and Gospel message shared by another one of our associates, Rev. Millar.

That afternoon, the Lord opened the door for one of our street teams to pray for the guards and the administrative personnel in a township police station and to minister to nearly 20 of the inmates. As they left, one young guy who was just being booked insisted on receiving prayer…and he was gloriously saved. God loves all lost souls no matter what they have done.

Somerset Ministers’ Meeting

Those who attended the Wednesday ministers’ meeting were there on business; and they sat quietly and reverently, soaking in every word. It was the longest meeting with foreign pastors that Rev. Angley had ever conducted; but even at the close of the well over three-hour service, the pastors weren’t in a hurry to leave.

Rev. Angley taught from his latest book, “Don’t Waste the Blood,” which the Lord plainly told him is the Bride of Christ’s book for this final hour. He explained the importance of the divine blood and said that in the weekend services there would be thousands of miracles and thousands of souls saved…all through the blood. Then he said, “Thus saith the Lord, if you don’t teach your people the value of the blood, you’re not giving them the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.”

Rev. Angley concentrated on the last and most profound chapter of the book which is about spraying the devil with the divine blood. “The Lord told me about His blood spray,” Rev. Angley said, “and He told me exactly what is in that spray. The blood is our greatest weapon against the devil; and thus saith the Lord, when you learn to spray the devil with the blood, you’ll have nothing but victory.

Rev. Angley went on to explain the many things they would find in the blood spray, and he started with the most important one—divine love. Rev. Angley directed them to I Corinthians 13 for God’s definition of love; and then said, “We are nothing without His love; the disciples of Christ have to love each other.” By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another (John 13:35).

In the midst of the teaching, the Lord gave Rev. Angley a revelation straight from Heaven. “Thus saith the Lord, there’s witchcraft in some of your churches; and you will have to get rid of it or God will push you out of the way and have nothing more to do with you. The devil tells some of you pastors that there is such a thing as good witchcraft and that it can mix with the Gospel, but that’s a lie of the devil. People who go to your churches put their lives and their souls into your hands, and the Lord is angry with you. God is giving you a chance today; but if you don’t heed His call, His vengeance will be upon you because you’re robbing Him of souls.

“Dear Fellow Ministers,” Rev. Angley cried, “I plead with you with tears today to get everything out of the way. Let God show you His miracles and His power, and let your people see His great love. The Lord has let me know that three of you have AIDS, and all three of you got it through whoredom. God will heal you today if you will humble yourselves before Him…but you have to humble yourself. The Lord can look right into your heart, and He knows all about you; and He let me know that some of you resent Him revealing that you have AIDS. You had better give your hearts to the Lord today.”

Then Rev. Angley quickly turned aside and said, “The Lord showed me in a vision that the devil is trying to claim some of you.” So he led all of the pastors in the sinners’ prayer, and the Lord poured out a great anointing for unity and healing. “We’re in for a mighty crusade!” Rev. Angley declared, “but you can’t come with just half a heart and expect God to give you what you need.”

Somerset, Thursday Service

Thursday morning, a small team of our people went to a primary school with over 400 children. When they first arrived, the principal seemed to be in a hurry to get them started and on their way; but after they had shared God’s love with her and presented her with a Bible and a small library for her staff, her heart softened and tears began to flow. She then allowed them to freely minister to and pray with all of the children.

The Cape Town winds were back and really whipping when the first service in Somerset West began; but that didn’t deter the people from coming. In fact, the many long hours that our street teams had put in had really paid off; and we opened with one of the largest weeknight crowds we have ever had…and those people had come ready for God to move.

Immediately, the Lord began revealing amazing miracles in the crowd. A 29-year-old girl with cancer of the bladder and one nonfunctioning kidney received a miracle of re-creation. Doctors had told a man with severe heart trouble that he would never make it through a much-needed operation, but God re-created his heart. Rev. Angley told a blind man to start looking at those to his left and right and realize that he had his sight. He said to a person paralyzed on the right side, “You’ve been so excited listening to what God has been telling others that you haven’t become conscious that you’re no longer paralyzed.” Then God performed a particularly beautiful miracle for those with crippled, arthritic fingers; and people raised hands made whole for the first time.

Rev. Angley was completely overcome by the Spirit of God; and he could hardly stand on his own as he said, “Thus saith the Lord, I am here to deliver you and help you. I have sent my servant and my prophet to you. Thousands will never be the same after this crusade.” And with those words came 21 more miracles. God even revealed that He had replaced organs that doctors had removed from people’s bodies. “Jesus is the healer!” Rev. Angley proclaimed, and the crowd erupted with praises to the Lord.

That amazing night was all about miracles; and Rev. Angley said, “The miracle air that you’re breathing tonight will bring many miracles. There are angels all around this crowd of people; and as they move in, many of you will be touched by an angel.” Then 379 more miracles took place as The Cathedral Trio sang.

After ministering to the deaf and mute on stage, Rev. Angley closed by proclaiming, “It’s been a bit of Heaven here tonight. Are you happy?” The crowd roared with shouts of praise. We had never before witnessed faith like this in such a congregation of people, and it was a shining testimony to what God can do when people will put all of their trust in Him and believe Him without one doubt.

Friday morning, our street teams were back out in the neighborhoods while several smaller groups ministered in institutions around the city. Nearly 1200 students at a local high school gathered in the courtyard to hear testimonies from some of our tour members before classes began, and an unexpected visit to another high school for delinquent kids followed. Terminally ill children at a hospice center were given hope from Heaven; and it looked like Christmas had arrived in February when our tour members left the children in an orphanage with clothes, shoes and toys. Later, we were able to return to this same orphanage twice to donate food that the children desperately needed; and the staff members were so touched by God’s love that they brought all of the children to our final service, and Rev. Angley took time to pray with each one.

Somerset, Friday Service

The winds were stronger yet when we arrived at the crusade grounds for the Friday service; but the people were there, and many more had joined them. When Rev. Angley greeted the crowd, they had no idea what a fearful service they were in for; but throughout the night, the Lord uncovered and dealt forcefully with witchcraft in a way we had never witnessed before.

Rev. Angley began by revealing, “God let me know that there were witchcraft devils here last night. A woman on this very stage didn’t receive her miracle because she was in witchcraft, and witchcraft is of the devil. Thus saith the Lord, if any of you ministers here tonight allow witchcraft in your congregations and you don’t decide right now to get rid of it, you will be doomed!

“Laymen, you must find out if your pastor believes in witchcraft. If he or she does in any way, you need to get out of that church and find one that is free of the darkness of the devil.” Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you (II Corinthians 6:17). “You don’t have to be afraid of witchdoctors or anyone else who is in witchcraft,” Rev. Angley declared. “They can’t touch a child of God whose soul is covered by the divine blood.”

Rev. Angley led the entire crowd in a prayer for freedom from all witchcraft, and the heavens lit up with the power of God. Then that power began falling on the people, and witchcraft devils went out of them and fled like mighty armies on the retreat—1499 people were delivered and set free. “It’s a takeover by God tonight!” Rev. Angley declared. And with that statement, he announced that 675 people had just received miracles for deadly diseases. As The Cathedral Trio sang, 975 more miracles took place, including 17 for AIDS.

The Lord continued to deal with witchcraft throughout the miracle service. Nearly every time Rev. Angley turned to the audience to reveal miracles that were taking place for individuals, the Lord would specifically reveal that the person receiving the miracle had just come out of witchcraft.

To a man filled with cancer Rev. Angley said, “You were born in witchcraft and marked by the devil, but you gave your heart to Jesus tonight; and that curse has ended.” Another person raised in witchcraft had a rare eye disease, and doctors had said that the person would be blind in six months. “But you left witchcraft tonight,” Rev. Angley pointed out, “and you’ll never go blind.” The same scenario continued for individuals with ruptured spleens, ulcers, AIDS and severe spinal injuries. The Lord even went so far as to reveal that many of them would have died if they had not given their hearts to God.

Rev. Angley sent the people home that night with a very special anointing from the Lord. “This anointing will take turmoil out and bring peace; it will take sickness out and bring good health; it will take sadness out and bring happiness; it will take weakness out and bring strength.” God knew exactly what they needed, and then Rev. Angley revealed that the next night would be dedicated to miracles for AIDS.

A Busy Morning

Saturday morning, 15 of our tour members were given the opportunity to visit with the patients at the oldest hospital in Cape Town. The matron allowed them to freely minister throughout the entire 150-bed facility, including the emergency and outpatient areas. A few highlights included: A young woman who was the head of one of the wards was so completely transformed by the Gospel of Christ that she was overcome with tears of joy. A man with a full leg cast received prayer; and he had such childlike faith that he immediately wanted to cut off his cast and try out his miracle. In the Emergency Unit, a tough-looking young man had failing kidneys; but God was able to touch his heart, and he tearfully received the greatest miracle of all—salvation.

That same morning, Rev. Millar ministered to a young hospice patient who was nothing but skin and bones and could hardly speak. It seemed to take all of the girl’s strength just to be propped up to receive prayer, but God saw her and saved her soul. And although she had been blind when Rev. Millar arrived, she reached out to grab his wife’s hand as she prayed. God had apparently spared that young girl’s life for just that opportunity because Rev. Millar learned later that the girl had almost died the night before.

Somerset, Saturday Service

As Rev. Angley had promised, the Saturday night service was filled with miracles for AIDS; and they began just minutes after he had stepped on the platform. “To be healed of AIDS,” Rev. Angley explained, “you have to get rid of all disobedience, rebellion and resentment.” He went on to reveal that those whom the Lord would be dealing with that night would definitely feel His power. “Some of you will feel warm all over with the heat of God’s power. Then there will be a refreshing coolness move all through you, and you’ll know you’re healed of AIDS. Others will feel a quickening in your right thumb. The devil will try to get your mind off of God and tell you that you’re having a stroke, but it will be the hand of God.”

Then the first AIDS miracle was revealed, one for a 21-year-old boy who had only six months to live. The second revelation was for a backslidden mother in the audience who had AIDS and had already lost her one-year-old son to the disease, but Rev. Angley said that God would heal her if she would accept Jesus. She did repent and was made whole. Another woman was pulling for her niece with AIDS, and her great faith drew Rev. Angley to her. The Lord then also revealed that the woman would shortly lose both of her breasts to cancer, but He honored her faith and healed both her and her loved one. A teacher whose kidneys had already stopped functioning was also made whole.

The Lord worked through the Gospel in song that night, and Rev. Angley told the people that God’s anointing would come down as The Cathedral Trio sang to anoint them for their miracles. “Many of you will never forget this night, the night Jesus gave you new life; but you have to give your lives to Him.” After one song, 352 were saved; and after a second one, hundreds of miracles took place in the audience.

As Rev. Angley ministered to those in the healing line, he kept turning to the audience to reveal AIDS miracles that were taking place. A person with AIDS had come doubting the miracles; but the touch of God’s anointing let him know they were real, and he was saved and healed. Another man with AIDS was attending a church with witchcraft in it. “God has opened your eyes, and you won’t keep your miracle if you go there even one more time,” Rev. Angley plainly told him. Then the gift of mass miracles took over and thousands were made well, including 100 with internal conditions, 521 with severe head conditions, 996 with nervous conditions, 2461 with foot trouble and 1000 for those who had one leg shorter than the other.

This amazing miracle service ended with the trio singing “March Around the Throne”; and as they marched in a circle on stage, everyone in the audience began doing the same thing. We had never seen such happiness and rejoicing, and we realized that the Lord was still moving for the people through that spirit of joy because soon many in the invalid section were marching around waving their crutches and canes in the air.

On our final Sunday morning, our teams visited 19 churches and reported some very special experiences. One of our members who has experience at working with the mentally ill led a service at one of Cape Town’s premiere psychiatric hospitals. A staff member was so moved by the message that when the service closed, she opened the door for his team to further minister to many of the patients both individually and in small groups. At another church, a desperate woman about to commit suicide attended the service because she had heard the pastor on the radio. When she arrived, she met one of our teams; and they led her to the Lord. God’s plans for even just one soul never cease to be amazing!

Somerset, Sunday Service

Witchcraft was so prevalent in the Somerset area that God was not yet finished dealing with it…and Sunday night was a service that none of us will ever forget. The high winds that had plagued each service had continued to strengthen; and when we arrived at the grounds, gale-force gusts sent trash and debris flying through the air, and empty chairs were blowing across the field. The chair Rev. Angley would use from time to time during the services had to be bolted to the platform, and the back wall of the stage had to be anchored with thick cables.

Even worse than the winds were the dirt and sand that blew all over in thick, brown clouds, filling our eyes, ears, noses and mouths and coating every crevice of our bodies. By the end of the service, we could hardly keep our eyes open; but no one gave up their post or went running for cover. We know that the services belong to the Lord and that He is in control; and later, Rev. Angley explained to us that God had used the horrible weather conditions to keep away many of those involved in witchcraft but who really didn’t want deliverance. The Lord had desperately wanted to give these people every possible opportunity to be set free from the powers of the devil.

At the beginning of the service, Rev. Angley told a shocking story about a pregnant woman he had prayed for the night before. Her doctor had told her that her baby would be born deformed, but he had also said that there was something else besides the baby in her womb that he just couldn’t figure out or understand. Rev. Angley had asked the woman if she was involved in witchcraft, and she had admitted that she was; and then the Lord revealed to Rev. Angley that there was indeed a devil of witchcraft in her womb along with the baby. A holy hush fell over the crowd as Rev. Angley continued, “God wanted me to tell you this because so many of you are still in witchcraft, and some of you even mark your children with symbols of it; but God hates witchcraft. You are going to have to completely separate from it if you want to ever see Heaven.”

The Lord began uncovering witchcraft in the audience. Rev. Angley addressed one lady who had already destroyed six souls and said, “God told me to tell you that He hates you, and He’ll cut off your breath if you destroy one more soul.” The Lord revealed another lady to Rev. Angley who had already destroyed nine people, “You’re without feeling. You have blasphemed against the Holy Ghost; and there’s no help for you, saith the Lord. You claim to be a preacher, but you’re a preacher from hell! You have 115 demons in you, and you can’t even feel God. You falsely preach that witchcraft and the Gospel can mix together, and God’s going to strike you dead if you keep going the way you’re going. Nine of your relatives have already died with AIDS, and 10 more will die if something isn’t done—but you’ve gone too far to help anybody. You’re so devil possessed that your mind is completely operated by devils. You bind people with fear, and you only came here tonight to hinder.” God was angry!

Then the Lord revealed that there was a wizard in the audience with more than 2000 devils in him. Rev. Angley declared, “He came seeking my power; but he’ll never get it, and he’ll be in hell one day. He’s already like the walking dead, and he only has power from the devil; but it’s all weakness.

“Oh, God, help these people to separate!” Rev. Angley cried. “Thus saith the Lord, this is the last chance for numbers of you people if you don’t keep away from the devil’s works.” Rev. Angley led the people in a prayer for deliverance and freedom; and as they repeated, “The blood, the blood, the blood,” Rev. Angley revealed, “I wish you could have seen the thousands of witchcraft devils that went out of this crowd of people.” At that moment, the Holy Ghost power covered the sky like liquid fire, and 21 people who had just given their hearts to the Lord were healed of AIDS. “It’s something how the Holy Spirit is holding back judgment from some of you here tonight,” Rev. Angley revealed. “If not for the mercy of God, many of you would have died and gone to hell.”

Rev. Angley turned to the audience and pointed out a lady with terminal cancer. “God spared you to come here tonight. You’ve been delivered of witchcraft, and you are now healed; but if you ever go back to it, you will die within three weeks of the time you go back.” To another cancer victim, he said, “God gave you a chance tonight, and you humbled yourself before Him; but there’s one other thing—you robbed one of your family members of a lot of money, and you’ve denied it for six years. You must pay it back, saith the Lord.

There were many other personal revelations in the audience that night, and then the Lord moved for the masses. He poured out almost 23,000 miracles which included 2621 for head conditions and severe brain damage; 1141 for horrible nightmares; 3700 for deteriorating brain cells; 3999 for rheumatism, lumbago or arthritis; 1674 for foot trouble; 791 for spinal conditions and 2309 for those who felt unloved. God knows everything about us, and He cares.

Despite the unbelievably nasty weather, many people had stayed to receive from the Lord; and Rev. Angley will endure anything to feed hungry hearts and to bring them into the knowledge of the power of the Holy Ghost. Souls are his life, and he knew that he would probably never see most of those people again. Before he left the platform, he said, “We love you, and our hearts yearned for you to be made well. The healing Christ was reaching out for you people tonight to make you whole, and so many have now come into the unity of the power and the Spirit of God. Continue to live in His faith, and I’ll see you in Heaven!”

Mission Accomplished

A soul winner’s work is never done; and right before our bus pulled out for the airport the next afternoon, one of our workers was able to lead yet another soul to the Lord. We must never miss an opportunity that the Lord gives us.

Before Star Triple Seven took off for home, Rev. Angley said, “We have just come out of the greatest battles of the ministry, but we had complete victory! You children didn’t know what you were working against, but the preachers had so much witchcraft in them. That’s why the online Bible college is going to go forth and raise up workers in this final hour, and that’s thus saith the Lord. We need to pray over every student so the Holy Spirit can train them and move fast for them just like He did for me.”

Then the Lord moved in with a special message: Thus saith the Lord, I am here with you, and I’ve been with you all the way. Let not your heart be troubled; neither let it be afraid. I’m always with you to get this Gospel to the whole world. You must hurry, hurry, hurry, saith the Lord.

Rev. Angley let us know that we were in God’s perfect unity throughout the trip and that such divine unity enabled the Lord to do so much for the Cape Town people. God had indeed anointed us, and His anointing made all the difference.
