“You can be delivered!” That is what God is saying to you today, but do you really believe you can be delivered of whatever holds you captive? Is there a stronghold in your life that you think can never be torn down? Do you believe God can take away your mind battles, your fear or the torment of sickness and oppression? The Bible says, But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend [fight] with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children. And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob (Isaiah 49:25,26).

You don’t have to be held captive by anything the devil brings against you because God will fight for you, and He sent His Son to set you free. Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage (Galatians 5:1). It doesn’t matter what your bondage is or how long it has held you captive. You must decide, “I will be delivered.”

We are all helpless in our own human strength to rescue ourselves; and that is why the Lord said, “I will contend with him that contendeth with thee.” The Lord will fight your enemies for you no matter how powerful they may appear to be. With God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). But you have to get out of the way.

Never Listen to the Devil

Jesus said, If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed (John 8:36). But you are the one who must decide that you can be set free in your soul, mind and body. Some of you listen to the devil’s talk, and you think you have to remain prey to him. Then you will forsake your help from God. Jonah declared, They that observe lying vanities [things that are not true] forsake their own mercy (Jonah 2:8).

We are not to be bound by the devil, and he can’t bind us unless we allow him to. For of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage (II Peter 2:19). You can get rid of the devil by spraying him with the divine blood just as you would spray insects with bug spray. The blood burns the devil and his demons just like fire burns our skin, and they will run from it; but when you don’t use that blood, you are allowing the devil and his demons to stay around. The blood is the greatest weapon Heaven has to offer, and you must use it to stop the devil in his tracks.

God is getting us ready to walk paths of victory, to stomp devils underfoot and to rescue people from the clutches of the devil. Jesus said, Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). But you can make no room for doubt because there is no love, peace or guidance in it; and it will rob you. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth [doubts] is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord (James 1:6,7).

There are no rewards in Heaven for doubt; so only make room for thoughts of divine love, grace, righteousness and holiness. Those thoughts will bring more of the power of God to you and to others, and God is greater than the devil and all of his demons. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world (I John 4:4). You must let God work.

Live in the Word

You have to learn to put the devil to flight with the Word. The Bible says, Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). That is why you must study the Word. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15).

The Lord said we are to think deep, and you will find those deep thoughts in the Word. O LORD, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep (Psalm 92:5). When you think deep, the healing waters of divine love, grace, power, wisdom and knowledge will flow like rivers into your innermost being. Then you can become a living epistle for Christ. Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men: Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart (II Corinthians 3:2,3). You must become like a walking Bible because you may be the only Bible some people will ever see.

You must have the wisdom of God’s Word, and only then will you be able to work with lost souls the right way and have the patience you need to deal with them. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him (James 1:5).

In the Word, you will find miraculous deliverances; but do you really believe them, or are they just good stories to you? Moses, Elijah, Elisha, Joseph and so many others were just people like you and me; but they gave themselves completely to God. How much more so should we be able to give ourselves to God today? You cannot be one who thinks, “It worked for those in Bible days, but it won’t work for me.” You have to get rid of that kind of thinking and believe that you, too, can be rescued from the mighty claws of the devil’s bondages.

The scriptures must become living reality to you. You must live by them and embrace God’s promises, and then you will be secure. The Bible says, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee (Isaiah 26:3). Jesus brought divine peace for all, but the devil doesn’t want you to have it; so he works hard to try to get your mind off of God and on other things.

Have No Fear

When the devil comes around to bother you, you can be delivered if you will let God work. No man can deliver you in this last hour because we are fighting against the powers of darkness. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). And things are not going to get any better. This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come (II Timothy 3:1).

You don’t have to be afraid because your future is as bright as the promises of God. When you really get filled up with the perfect love of God from Heaven, that love will cast out all fear. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love (I John 4:18).

When you have any of the devil’s fear, you are not perfect in love because just as oil and water will not mix, love and fear will not mix. God doesn’t work with fear, and that is why He gave you all of His love when He gave Jesus. You must use that love to conquer fear. Jesus said, Be not afraid, only believe (Mark 5:36).

Instead of focusing on your mighty predator, the devil, trust in the Almighty God who fights for you and act on His Word by faith. For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) (II Corinthians 10:3,4). Put on the armor of God described in Ephesians 6:13-17, and you will have nothing to fear and nothing to worry about.

The Bible says, For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (II Timothy 1:7). That sound mind is the Jesus mind; and with it, you do not have to be a captive to the enemy’s thoughts, lies and mental spirits.

The Bible also says, Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ (II Corinthians 10:5). That scripture refers to fearful imaginations, and they come from the devil. God gave us an imagination to use to imagine good things, and they will take you into the faith realm of God; however, wrong imaginations can cause you to be afraid.

Wrong imaginations can also make you become lifted up with ego. The devil tried to get to Christ through His imagination when he took Him up on a high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the Earth and said, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve (Matthew 4:9,10). The devil was not able to get anywhere with Jesus, but he has been able to tempt and deceive many people today.

Have Faith in God

You must realize that the devil and his demons are real; but never think that you cannot be delivered from the devil’s bondage because the Bible says, For with God nothing shall be impossible (Luke 1:37). That powerful verse should help you to use the faith you already have and give you even more faith. You can’t keep your faith bound if you want it to work; you have to turn it loose.

Faith comes from the Word of God. Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17). Through faith, you can hear God saying, Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me (Jeremiah 32:27)?

God can take care of anything. And the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it (Deuteronomy 1:17). Jesus tells you to take your burdens to Him. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28). Then through faith, you have to unload all of your burdens—spiritual, physical and financial—and leave them with Him.

Everyone has at least one measure of faith. God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith (Romans 12:3). However, if you don’t use it, you will never get a second measure. That first measure of faith will take you to Calvary if you allow it to; and if you will take on another measure, it will take you to the Upper Room and on into the greatness of God as you take measure after measure.

As your faith increases, it must be tried or you won’t know whether or not it is any good. That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ (I Peter 1:7). Then you must go on to earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints (Jude 1:3). But it will take much fasting to have that kind of faith.

You cannot please God without faith. But without faith it is impossible to please him; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6). That means that God is everything He claims to be in the Holy Bible; and He will let you know the strength, the power, the love and the glory of Him.

Spend Time with Divinity

The Lord said, Come now, and let us reason together (Isaiah 1:18). Faith brings you into the presence of God; but if you don’t pray through faith, you are wasting prayer. You have to seek to get something out of every prayer you pray and know that God hears you. The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles (Psalm 34:17).

You have to spend time with the Lord and let Him talk to you so He can reveal His love to you. The more you know about God and His Son, the more reality you will have of the things of God—the divine blood, salvation, the Holy Ghost, the soon-coming of the Lord, being changed in a twinkling of an eye and an eternal home in Heaven, whose builder and maker is God. Don’t wait until you are worn out to pray because you are not fit for God to talk to you then. You may kneel down by your bed at the end of the day and soon be asleep.

When you have the Holy Ghost within, you have to take time with Him, too. He is the teacher, and He knows all about Jesus; so yield to Him. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you (John 14:26).

God plans your days, and the Holy Ghost is there to guide you and serve you. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come (John 16:13).

Jesus had the Holy Ghost, and God was able to anoint Him to do so many great things. How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him (Acts 10:38). God will anoint His Spirit-filled children to do those things, too, because Jesus came to make us sons and daughters of God. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons [or daughters] of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:12). God will be with you in wonderful ways if you will let Him; but He cannot work with doubt, only faith.

You are not a victim who cannot be rescued if you trust God and not yourself, if you seek His will and not your own. Never let man, the devil or your feelings convince you that the enemy who has swooped down to devour you is too powerful for the Almighty to contend with. Then you will always have victory in Jesus.

Believe in Angel Help

After Elijah had killed 450 prophets of Baal, Jezebel was mad and went after him crying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time (I Kings 19:2). We never have to run from the devil, but Elijah did just that because he was afraid and did not stop to listen to God.

And when he [Elijah] saw that [that Jezebel was after him], he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beersheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there. But he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers (I Kings 19:3,4).

Elijah should have stood up to Jezebel through the power of God; but even so, God had mercy on Elijah and sent an angel to minister to him. And as he [Elijah] lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat. And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again. And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee. And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God (I Kings 19:5-8).

The Lord knew what Elijah needed, and he went in the strength of those two meals for forty days and nights. He even climbed Mount Horeb, the mount of God. Some people have thought that Elijah was fasting, but he wasn’t; he was feasting on angel food.

Then God contended for Elijah, and Jezebel was killed and eaten by dogs. And they went to bury her [Jezebel]: but they found no more of her than the skull, and the feet, and the palms of her hands. Wherefore they came again, and told him [Jehu]. And he said, This is the word of the LORD, which he spake by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel (II Kings 9:35,36).

Angels are real, and they can do all kinds of things. Acts tells how an angel broke the apostles out of jail. And [the high priest and all who were with him] laid their hands on the apostles, and put them in the common prison. But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said, Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life (Acts 5:18-20).

Angels can kill the enemies of God just as one did to the Assyrian army. And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the LORD went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses (II Kings 19:35).

You must know that you can have angel help, too; but some of you don’t realize it or use it. Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation (Hebrews 1:14)?

Set Your Time

You can be healed and delivered of anything if you will set your time and close your case. The centurion in Christ’s day set his time, and he received a wonderful miracle for his servant. Jesus was on His way to the centurion’s home to heal his servant who had palsy, and when he [Jesus] was now not far from the house, the centurion sent friends to him, saying unto him, Lord, trouble not thyself: for I am not worthy that thou shouldest enter under my roof: Wherefore neither thought I myself worthy to come unto thee: but say in a word, and my servant shall be healed. For I also am a man set under authority, having under me soldiers, and I say unto one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it (Luke 7:6-8).

You can see that the centurion had a lot of authority over people, but you also have to know and believe that the Lord has complete authority over all sicknesses, diseases and sin.

The centurion did not have salvation, but he loved his servant; and he had such great faith that Jesus marveled at it. Jesus said, I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel (Luke 7:9). Jesus had not seen that kind of faith among the Israelite people let alone nonbelievers, so Jesus spoke the words; and the centurion’s servant was made completely whole. And they that were sent, returning to the house, found the servant whole that had been sick (Luke 7:10).

The woman with an issue of blood set her time to be healed. And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him [Jesus], and touched the hem of his garment: For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour (Matthew 9:20-22). That is the kind of simple faith the Lord gives.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits (Psalm 103:2). And what are His benefits? Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases (Psalm 103:3). The Bible tells us that it is not the will of the Lord for us to be sick. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth (III John 1:2). Nevertheless, people still say that they don’t believe in healing. Some preachers even teach that sickness comes from God and that He uses sicknesses and diseases to keep His people in line.

Now, would you use sickness to discipline one of your children? No, and God doesn’t either. The Bible says, Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1:17). Did you ever see anybody with a perfect cancer or perfect diabetes? No. Those diseases come from the devil, and we are to send them back where they came from.

Yield Completely

Divine faith comes through prayer, fasting and living in the Word. This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting (Mark 9:29). But how many preachers teach Bible fasting today? How many of them have ever fasted for 7, 21 or even 40 days? Some of them actually don’t know how to fast even though the Word of God says, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4).

Christ fasted for 40 days and nights, and He is our perfect example. And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing (Luke 4:1,2).

Jesus did not begin His ministry on Earth until He had finished that long fast and received the Holy Ghost. When John the Baptist baptized Jesus in the Jordan River, he saw the Holy Ghost descend upon Jesus in the form of a dove. And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he [John] saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased (Matthew 3:16,17).

If you are saved, you are not pleasing God if you do not go on to receive the fullness of the Spirit. We are living in the Holy Ghost dispensation, and God said He would give the Holy Ghost to those who obey Him. And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him (Acts 5:32).

The Holy Ghost is a gift that God gives to us; it cannot be bought. Nevertheless, there are many people today who would like to have salvation and the Holy Ghost power from On High if they could just pay for it, but they don’t want to humble themselves before God.

If you don’t obey the Lord and receive the Holy Ghost, you will not make the Rapture. You can only be changed according to the power that works within you. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you (Romans 8:11).

The Bible says our bodies are to be temples of the Holy Ghost. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own (I Corinthians 6:19)? When you are not your own, you will be ready to live or die for the sake of Christ just as Paul was. He said, For I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus (Acts 21:13).

In the Name of Jesus

Only through the name of Jesus can we receive the miracle of salvation and deliverance from all bondages—physical, spiritual and financial. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12). When Jesus was here, He said, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised (Luke 4:18).

The anointing of God breaks all yokes. The yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing (Isaiah 10:27). I use God’s anointings, and that is why so many people are healed through this ministry just like they were when Jesus was here. Jesus said, These signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues…they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover (Mark 16:17,18).

All the power we need is in the name of Jesus. The Early Church knew that, and they used His name through the power of the Holy Ghost and the Word. The Word was so precious to them that it increased, multiplied and prevailed over all the powers of hell. And the word of God increased (Acts 6:7). So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed (Acts 19:20). But the word of God grew and multiplied (Acts 12:24). The Word is prevailing today, too, through the Holy Spirit. In our overseas crusades, untold thousands are saved, healed and filled with the Holy Ghost in a matter of minutes.

You must dine on the Word; it should be food to every child of God. Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts (Jeremiah 15:16). And God’s words are always true. For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass (Ezekiel 12:25).

The Word will give you strength and life. Jesus said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life (John 5:24). Do you believe in the Word and the name of Jesus like they did? Everything that the Bible tells us Jesus did on Earth is for us today, even to the casting out of devils and the raising of the dead.

Believe and Receive

God can do anything if you will just believe, but you have to get rid of all doubt. The Bible tells of a man who went to Jesus to get his son delivered from devil possession. The man said to Jesus, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit; And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not (Mark 9:17,18).

The man had taken his son to the disciples first, but he told Jesus that they could not help him. Then Jesus looked at the disciples and said, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me. And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child. And ofttimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do anything, have compassion on us, and help us (Mark 9:19,21,22).

Jesus threw that “if” right back at him and said, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief (Mark 9:23,24). Jesus did help his unbelief, and He healed the man’s son. And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead. But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose (Mark 9:26,27).

Jesus is the healer; and under His wings, we can find all the healing we need. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings (Malachi 4:2). Isaiah, the great prophet, said, But he [Jesus] was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Peter also mentioned Christ’s blood stripes. Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed (I Peter 2:24). In other words, your healing has already been paid for; and it is yours.

Never seek for a healing and try to use your faith a little bit at a time. Set your time to receive just like you would set an alarm. Say, “Lord, when the man of God speaks to me or touches me, I will be made whole.” Then go forth with no doubt. You may have another pain, but pay no attention to it because it is just a false symptom.

Depend on God

The Bible says that faith in God heals the sick. And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up (James 5:15). But you can’t use the faith of God unless you use the love of God.

The Bible says that without the divine love of God, you are absolutely nothing in His eyes. Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity [love], I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing (I Corinthians 13:1,2).

With God’s great, divine love, you must speak the truth. But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ (Ephesians 4:15). You must seek to be just like Jesus, the One who brought the Gospel truth and freedom to us. Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32).

You can have divine freedom right now, and it will bring abundant life. Jesus said, I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (John 10:10). That abundant life is a promise of the Lord, and His promises are true. For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen [meaning “so be it”], unto the glory of God by us (II Corinthians 1:20). “Yea” in this verse means more than just true; it means the evidence of God’s promises is undeniable, and the devil can’t refute God’s promises unless you allow him to.

Your job is to know God’s promises and to believe them; however, every promise of God has a condition, and you can’t use even one of them unless you meet its condition. You will find the conditions for God’s promises in the Bible. Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust (II Peter 1:4). God’s divine nature is available to each one of us, and you cannot have and use all the promises of God you need unless you have His nature. Adam and Eve were created with God’s nature, but they lost it when they sinned. That is why you must be set free from the lust of the world and stay free.

God made man and woman in His love, grace, power, goodness and in His mighty strength; and through His Son’s divine blood, He made it possible for us to be plugged in to the throne of grace all the time. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). Faith will take you boldly before that throne just as if you had entered one of the gates of Glory, walked down the avenue of gold and knelt before God Himself. How could you ever have a doubt about anything when you are kneeling before God?

Our God really loves us and cares for us, but do you believe that? Do you trust the Lord with all of your heart? Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths (Proverbs 3:5,6). Trusting the Lord is not mind power; it is God’s power. Some people will try to use their own mind power to get what they need or want, but that is not right. You have to use blood power, and that will give you the perfect, glorious mind of Christ. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus (Philippians 2:5). For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ (I Corinthians 2:16).

Jesus Will Deliver You

If you think you cannot be delivered from sin, read what Paul wrote. This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief (I Timothy 1:15). Before Paul was saved, he was very cruel; and he said he was the chief of sinners. He had children of God arrested and put to death just because they loved Jesus; however, Paul was eventually saved, so you can be saved, too. And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry; Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief (I Timothy 1:12,13).

You can be saved and set free if you will accept Jesus as your Savior right now. Say the sinners’ prayer with me: Oh, God, save my soul! I am so sorry that I sinned against you, but I have come home. I am going to serve you, Lord, for the rest of my life. I believe the blood of Jesus washes away all of my sins. Come into my heart, Jesus; come on in.

If you believed that prayer, Jesus has come into your heart; and you can say, “Hallelujah! Jesus has come! Jesus is mine! My sins are all gone!”

Now, you must go on to receive the Holy Ghost, and never say you cannot receive Him because that disputes God’s Word; and you will get nowhere like that. The Bible says, For the promise [of the Holy Ghost] is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call (Acts 2:39). The Holy Ghost will enable you to be watching for Jesus’ soon return. Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come (Matthew 24:42).

You Can Be Healed

Now, you are ready to receive healing. The Bible says, He [God] sent his word, and healed them (Psalm 107:20). The Lord’s supernatural gifts are here to deliver you; so never think you cannot be healed of an incurable condition or that you can’t be set free of drugs, alcohol or devil possession because perfect love and faith will make you free. The Bible says, Is anything too hard for the LORD (Genesis 18:14)?

You will never receive anything by not believing God. He is love; and that means you can have any miracle you need for soul, mind or body. Realize that you are God’s property and that He will take care of you. Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows (Luke 12:6,7).

Decide what is yours and claim your rights. You must not only believe in miracles, you must depend on them; so get ready for your miracle and expect it. Reach out and touch the Lord, and let Him help you. Mother and Daddy, God has never said your child is going to die; so get ready for your child to be healed.

The Lord is the source of life. I have prayed for so many who could no longer be helped by medical science, and they lived because God is the life-giver. Tell yourself, “I know He lives; and because He lives, I can live, too! Deliverance is mine!”

Lord, I bring the sick and afflicted to you today. I call Heaven down upon the people in the name of Jesus, and I know you will heal them. I have given them your Word; and if they will only believe and obey you, they will be healed. Lord, heal the children and the babies, the mothers and the fathers. Heal the people of all manner of sicknesses and diseases. Give the blind their sight and make the crippled ones to walk. Heal in the name of Jesus! Heal in the holy name of the Lord!

Divine healing power is now flowing. Feel that power going into your body and decide that you and any afflicted children you have are going to get well. The disease or condition you have makes no difference to Jesus. Believe for any healing or re-creation you need and be made whole. Jesus said, Only believe (Mark 5:36). He also said, Wilt thou be made whole (John 5:6)? Rejoice in God’s greatness and know that He is with you. Reach to Him and know that He is reaching to you, and you can be delivered.

Thus Saith the Lord

Thus saith the Lord, keep your mind on my presence. Live in my Word. Be ye holy as I am holy, saith the Lord. Feast on my Word. Eat the Word and be strong in the might of my love and in the power of my grace, saith the Lord.

The Lord is calling you away from the powers of the enemy and unto Himself. You are so precious to Him, and He will do battle for you. He has all power, and no power can defeat Him. You are secure in God’s hands, and He never sleeps. Instead, He watches over you while you sleep. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber (Psalm 121:3).
