God ordained this ministry to take His Gospel message to the world; and on a snowy February morning, we were about to take another step in fulfilling that mission. The Ernest Angley Ministry’s missionary airplane, Star Triple Seven, stood ready for the flight to her next destination—Rwanda.

The Bible says, By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another (John 13:35); and the Lord had let Rev. Angley know that it was His divine will for us to take His love to Rwanda. This was such an important mission that it’s the first time the Lord had commissioned us to spend two weeks in one place, so the flame of the Spirit was burning brightly within our souls as Rev. Angley gave us his final instructions in prayer just before takeoff: “Lord, you are with us, and we are going forth in the same power and Spirit that you went forth in. Our hands, eyes and ears are yours. We want to serve just like you did and win multitudes of souls for you!”

The people of Rwanda endured much during the tragic 1994 genocide, but they’re now pulling together and working hard to make their beautiful country a desirable place for those who live and visit there. However, only God’s love can completely heal them both inside and out.

Welcome to Kigali

We landed on Monday afternoon, February 23, and early the next morning our teams were out on the streets of Rwanda’s capital city, Kigali, to spread the news of the upcoming crusade services. We had taken with us thousands of handmade beaded bracelets that ministry members had spent hours making. The people loved them, but they had yet to realize that they were also receiving God’s divine love with that gift.

Tuesday afternoon, one of our groups met a student from the Rwanda Tourism University who introduced them to the school’s director. He gave our people open access to minister to the students and faculty until the evening classes began. Later, it was discovered that the girl who directed them to the school had lost most of her family in the genocide, but she found a new life after attending the crusade services. God puts people in our paths for a reason.

First Ministers’ Meeting

Kigali is a large, congested city of over one million people, so our street teams were kept busy; and soon it was time for the Thursday morning Ministers’ Meeting. Rev. Angley had been with the Lord, and he wanted the pastors to know that God had a definite plan for their country. “In a divine visitation, God said that thousands of angels will minister to this nation during the crusade; and there will be thousands of miracles and healings. Rwanda will never be the same!”

Rev. Angley explained to the pastors that all they were about to witness would come only from God. “These nine gifts of the Holy Spirit work through my life,” he explained, “but I can’t operate them. Through much prayer, fasting and living in His presence, the Holy Ghost uses these gifts through this vessel of clay.”

The Divine Blood

The Lord gave Rev. Angley a special teaching for the pastors that morning on The Divine Blood. Rev. Angley pointed out that he didn’t learn about the blood from any man; the Holy Ghost took him over and taught him. “I have to stay shut away from people,” he explained. “The angel of the Lord is subject to come to me at any hour, and he always stands by my side in my services. The Lord told me that the angel just turns from Him and tells me what He has said.

“Every miracle you see in my services takes place through the blood of Jesus,” he continued, “and there isn’t anything in the world that the divine blood can’t cure. Jesus brought the divine blood, and He healed all sicknesses and diseases but not all manner of people; there’s a drastic difference.” Jesus couldn’t work with unbelief. And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them. And he marvelled because of their unbelief (Mark 6:5,6).

The Light of God

The pastors listened intently, and Rev. Angley taught them about the light of the divine blood. The Bible says, But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin (I John 1:7). “I carry His light wherever I go,” declared Rev. Angley, “and I shine it into dark places just like Jesus did…and I get the same results. I live to help people find God!”

Rev. Angley continued to pour the Word of God out to these preachers as he taught them about fasting, tithing, the promises of God, the fruits of the Spirit and God’s great communion cup. But he also warned them about the dangers of speaking in tongues at will, witchcraft and deceit. They were amazed to receive several of the ministry books to study, and the teaching session ended with the angels moving in to anoint those who had yielded to the living Word.

The People Loved The Cathedral Trio

The Cathedral Trio members spent hours choosing songs and learning them in Rwanda’s native language, Kinyarwanda; and the people couldn’t get enough of them! Earlier in the week, they had created a big stir when they appeared on a call-in radio program. The station staff loved them, and so did the listeners. When the trio sang, the radio host called it “a miracle!” He felt that no other foreign group had ever sounded so much like native Rwandans.

Friday morning, a group of our tour members were amazed at the openness of the people as they ministered to the patients at Kigali’s newest King Faisal Hospital. Praying for those who can’t attend the services and delivering gifts are very special ways to show God’s love.

The First Service

When we arrived at the crusade grounds that afternoon to prepare for the service, the heavens opened up; torrential rains, thunder, lightning and even hail scattered the early arrivers. Many of our field workers had to physically hold down the equipment tent to keep it from blowing away. However, nothing stops the work of the Lord, and later Rev. Angley told us that God had sent the storm to keep the insincere from coming to the service and hindering the honest-hearted. When you’re in the divine will of God, He is always in control.

A soggy but enthusiastic crowd greeted Rev. Angley when he came on the platform, and he quickly turned their thoughts to the all-important divine blood. “The Lord will take care of anything that you put under the blood,” he proclaimed. “Jesus said, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28). The devil is afraid of the blood of Jesus because it will soon put him in the bottomless pit and the lake of fire. The blood of Jesus is your greatest weapon!”

Jesus, the Healer

Rev. Angley taught them about God’s healing love. “Every time you see Jesus in the Bible, He’s healing somebody, on His way to heal somebody or coming back from healing somebody. Healing is mentioned in the Gospels even more than salvation, which shows that God wills for us to have a healthy body just as much as He wills for us to have a healthy soul.”

Jesus said, Thy faith hath made thee whole (Mark 5:34). “Divine faith is a gift from God,” Rev. Angley explained. “He gives everyone a measure; and when you use it, He’ll give you another measure. Clear out all doubt tonight, People. You’re in God’s operating room, and Jesus is the physician!”

No More AIDS

Then the gift of discerning began operating as God revealed a grandfather who had lost two of his three grandchildren to AIDS, and the last one was now dying. “God has heard your cry,” Rev. Angley proclaimed. “When you get home, there will be no more AIDS.” A 45-year-old man with AIDS had robbed someone in his family, but God wouldn’t heal him until he agreed to make his crime right. Another AIDS victim was in witchcraft. She had promised herself that she would serve God if she came to the service and saw miracles; but Rev. Angley cautioned, “There are four devils trying to keep you from believing that God and these miracles are real. Don’t let fear make you think that those devils can do anything to you after you receive Jesus.”

Later, the Lord startled the people with the revelation of a wizard in the audience. “God knows you,” Rev. Angley said. “You’d like to do these works that you’re seeing; but you’re of the devil, and you’ll never get this kind of power. You have AIDS, and you’re going to die unless those devils come out.” The Lord also revealed a lady possessed with 99 devils who was seeking to be a witchdoctor. She too had AIDS and would soon die if she didn’t give her heart to the Lord. God can only move for those who will allow Him to.

The service continued with many miracles for those who wanted to see the glory of God; and as Rev. Angley exited the platform at the end of that service, he exclaimed, “We won!”

An Unusual Saturday

Our usual Saturday morning work routine was interrupted because of Rwanda’s unique environmental program. On the last Saturday of each month, the streets are closed and all citizens are required to stay home until 1pm to clean their neighborhoods. However, after the streets had reopened, we sent a team of our workers to a Nursery School/Day Care Center. They ministered to the children with songs and Bible stories but didn’t realize what an audience they really had until they walked outside and saw people from all over the neighborhood either standing in the yard or peering in the windows. The Lord’s message had definitely attracted a crowd.

Thankfully, the Saturday service arrived under clear skies; and immediately after The Cathedral Trio’s opening song, Rev. Angley was in a vision. The Lord revealed that there was a family in the audience in which each member had AIDS. One of the parents was planning to commit suicide, but Rev. Angley said that the Spirit had prevented that person from going through with it so they would have an opportunity to attend the crusade.

“I live in God’s presence,” Rev. Angley explained, “and He will reveal things about you to me to help you release your faith. Expect to be delivered, but you must serve God with your whole heart.”

The Glorious Cross

Rev. Angley’s message for the people that night was The Cross. “When Christ died on the Old Rugged Cross, His divine blood ran down it and made it a glorious Cross. It will cast sicknesses and diseases out of our lives and fill them with love. It will bring healing when we’re hurting and life to the dying. That’s the power of the Cross!” Rev. Angley exclaimed.

As Rev. Angley ministered to those in the healing line, the Lord also moved for many in the audience. Rev. Angley pointed out an accident victim with severe spinal injuries. He said, “You’ve suffered for six years, but notice now that you have no pain. Healing is just that simple.” He also revealed a person with cancer of the bowel. “Without this miracle, you have only one month to live; but don’t worry because the Lord has healed you!”

Thousands of mass miracles then took place throughout the audience. “These are the works of Jesus!” Rev. Angley declared. “Man can’t do these things!”

As the service ended, Rev. Angley said that Sunday would be dedicated to those needing miracles for AIDS. He said, “Thus saith the Lord, some of you will be healed when you step on these grounds tomorrow. You will remember the service for the rest of your life!”

Local Church Visits

Our tour members were in great demand Sunday morning when it came time for our local church visits because more pastors showed up than had originally registered. We dispersed as many teams as possible and sent libraries of ministry literature with the remaining ministers. No one left empty-handed.

When the Sunday afternoon service began, Rev. Angley wanted nothing to hinder the people; so he taught them to put the devil on the run by using the divine blood. He explained that the devil is afraid of the blood because it tortures him, so he runs from it. “You have to hate the devil,” he continued. “Yield to the Holy Ghost, and He’ll flow the blood into your mind so you can use it against the devil.”

The Devil Can’t Win

When a devil-possessed lady acted up in the audience, Rev. Angley revealed that the devil was trying to prevent a miracle from taking place. A mother was sitting close by whose baby only had three weeks to live, and she was drawing on the Lord for an AIDS miracle for her baby and herself. The devil was defeated; God heard her cry, and they were both healed. Rev. Angley explained, “Your faith draws me to you and to your sick loved ones whom you’re praying for at home.”

God revealed a devil-possessed man in the audience who had given both of his wives AIDS and didn’t care. The first one had died and now the second one was dying as well. “You also have AIDS,” Rev. Angley told him, “and you will die in seven weeks unless you give your heart to God. This is your last chance,” he warned. Thank God, the man repented; and the devils and the disease left him and his wife.

“I Accuse Christianity”

Rev. Angley then held up his Bible—the basis for his powerful message, I Accuse Christianity. “We see deceivers and hypocrites in the pulpits everywhere we go,” Rev. Angley declared, “and I accuse Christianity through the Spirit of God for allowing these preachers in the pulpits! It’s time to take them to court and try them for the crimes they’ve committed against God!”

The scripture text was Revelation 22:18,19, For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. Rev. Angley emphasized that ministers must preach the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

The first crimes Rev. Angley leveled against so-called Christians today are those of saying there is no Virgin Birth and that there doesn’t have to be any shedding of blood to wash away sins. The Bible says that without shedding of blood is no remission (Hebrews 9:22). Next, he accused preachers of robbing their congregations by misusing their churches’ tithes and offerings.

No Sin in Heaven

Rev. Angley continued, “I accuse Christianity for saying you can sin and go to Heaven. It’s a lie of the devil!” The Bible says the soul that sinneth, it shall die (Ezekiel 18:4). “Preachers are sending people to hell with their damnable doctrines!” Rev. Angley boldly proclaimed.

“I accuse Christianity of allowing witchcraft into their churches. Preachers are afraid to take authority over those devils, and they try to mix witchcraft with the Gospel; but the Bible declares in Galatians 5:20 that it’s one of the works of the flesh. Know the truth and be free!” Rev. Angley exclaimed.

Then Rev. Angley leveled his final blow when he accused Christianity of supporting preachers who mock the miracle power of God. “Study the Word,” he challenged the audience, “and see if I’ve told you the truth. If your church endorses any of these things, then you need to look for another one!” The crowd sat spellbound during this powerful sermon, and the Lord opened the eyes of many.

Divine Help Comes from God

As Rev. Angley led into the miracle portion of the service, he humbly said, “I stay hidden behind the Cross, and I hold up Jesus. That’s where your help comes from.” Then the Lord began moving in the audience. A diabetic had lost sight in one eye, but God restored it. Rev. Angley told a person with a large rupture that in just five days it would be gone. A person with a malignant stomach tumor the size of an orange was told that it would soon break apart and pass from their system.

Countless other revelations and miracles followed, and then it was time for the promised mass deliverance from AIDS. Rev. Angley went into a vision saying, “You’re in the cloud of His glory. Reach your hands up into the power of God and be made whole.” Rev. Angley revealed that 2000 people would be healed if they’d just touch themselves in faith, and 1314 more would be healed as he ministered to those in the invalid section. The service ended with over 12,000 miracles taking place; the Lord had numbered them.

The first mighty weekend came to a close, but the Lord still had many things He wanted to do for these people in the coming week

Week Two Begins

During the first week, it seemed as if we had barely scratched the surface in terms of reaching the many people in and around Kigali; so Monday morning, our people were back out on the streets to tell of what the Lord had done. The majority of the people learned about the crusade through the hard work of our street teams; they distributed over 250,000 invitations during our two-week stay along with thousands of other ministry tracts, magazines, books and Bibles. Back at the hotel, the crusade services had attracted many of the staff members, and some of us heard the maids singing the trio songs as they cleaned the rooms.

Monday afternoon, The Cathedral Trio accompanied two of Rev. Angley’s associate ministers, Rev. Machamer and Rev. Millar, to the Kigali Central Prison where nearly 1000 skeptical inmates had gathered for the service. However, when the trio began to sing in the Rwandan language, all barriers broke; and it prepared them to hear the Word of the Lord. Rev. Machamer related moving accounts of some of his prison experiences in other countries and how the lives of even those on death row had been changed. The inmates responded so beautifully that the staff invited our team to return the next day, on which they had an equally good harvest of souls.

The Gospel Is for All People

That same afternoon, two of our tour members presented the works of the Lord at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology where the large lecture hall was overflowing. This visit caused such a commotion among the students that one of the administrators called to request a visit with their faculty later in the week. That’s what the power of God can do.

During a Tuesday morning visit to a secondary trade school, our workers found every student and staff member gathered and anxiously waiting to hear testimonies and news of the services.

The Lord Visited the Pastors

The days passed quickly; and before we knew it, it was Wednesday and time for the second Ministers’ Meeting. Rev. Angley began with a detailed teaching from his first volume of Living Free From Sin and then said, “Preachers, if you’re not living like Jesus, I don’t want the Spirit to draw people who have been saved to you. You’re not fit to direct God’s little lambs.”

What followed was an amazing, divine outpouring of God’s healing love. “I prayed for you during your awful calamity,” Rev. Angley told them, “and God let me know that I’d have to bring more love to you than I had ever carried to any nation before. Jesus loves you, and He’ll heal your hurt and make you stronger than ever.”

Yea saith the Lord, I have sent my prophet to you with Heaven’s healing power…and I will heal the inner sorrow that the devil has used to try to destroy this whole nation. Let me take your burden of sorrow; it’s too much for you. It’s a bondage that has destroyed so much of your happiness that you can’t even see my smile upon you as you sink into that sorrow.

Listen as my servant gives you my truth, my love and my grace. They will make you whole through and through, and you’ll have greater reality in the Lord than ever before; but you must take time with me in Bible prayer, Bible fasting and living in the Word. My ways are not your ways, saith the Lord.

Then Rev. Angley instructed them, “Take those anointed hands and put them over your heart and let go of everything that’s weighing you down.” The Lord then bathed the ministers with such great love that many of them were on their knees with their faces to the floor, crying out to God.

A Visit to the Genocide Prison

Coinciding with the Ministers’ Meeting was a visit to the Mpanga Prison which housed nearly 7000 genocide participants. The prison commissioner had made special arrangements for this visit after seeing what God had done earlier in the week. Once again, hardened hearts were changed by The Cathedral Trio’s songs and the Word of God. This group of 1200 was so moved by the service that they were permitted to gather alongside the bus as our workers left. This had never happened before, and this unusual prison found a special place in the hearts of our people.

Later that afternoon, a group of our workers visited an orphanage run by two women from the United States. They had initially come to Rwanda to help the genocide victims but stayed on because of their love for the people. Their children were eager to receive God’s Word, for only His divine love could replace what had been torn from their lives.

The day ended with a few of our people crossing paths with a couple visiting from Kenya. They regularly watched Rev. Angley on TV but had no idea that he was in Kigali, and they had never dreamed of ever being able to attend one of his services. The opportunities that God engineers never cease to be amazing.

Chairman Receives a Miracle

Rev. Angley began the Thursday afternoon service by introducing Rwanda’s Chairman of National Itorero, a much-respected political figure who had come to testify of a great miracle he had received during the previous weekend’s services. A stroke had left him partially paralyzed on his right side; but after prayer, he was healed. The crowd cheered as he raised and waved his once-paralyzed arm exclaiming, “I thank God for using His servant to heal me!”

Then the Lord gave Rev. Angley some sobering revelations. A 39-year-old man had committed adultery and contracted AIDS which he passed on to his wife. She died, and the guilt and grief had just about driven him mad; but the Lord had drawn him to the previous weekend’s services, and he had received salvation. This night, God not only healed him, but also replaced the sorrow and hurt in his heart with happiness.

A 16-year-old boy had boasted about sleeping with an older woman, but she had purposely given him AIDS. “Do you realize what you have committed?” Rev. Angley asked. “You must feel the weight of this sin and live for God or that disease will return, and you will die within six months.”

“Healing from Heaven”

These and other miracles led Rev. Angley into his message, Healing from Heaven. “Faith in God heals the sick!” he declared. “But anything you receive from God through faith you can lose through doubt. He’s ready to take sickness out of your bodies, but you have to get sin out of your soul. Jesus healed people and said, Go and sin no more (John 8:11).”

“The healing Christ is here tonight,” declared Rev. Angley. “Wilt thou be made whole? It’s not God’s will for you to be crippled or to have any deadly diseases. Jesus never made anyone sick, but He sure did make a lot of people well.”

This being said, the mighty gift of miracles went into operation. A man suffering from a sciatic nerve condition could bend over without pain for the first time in years, and a woman with a broken arm received an instant miracle right on the stage. Then mass miracles took place throughout the crowd which included 1216 for arthritis, 1975 for severe nerve conditions, 571 for those blind in one eye, 1347 for allergies and 169 for those with a totally deaf ear.

The Thursday service ended on a high note as a woman in the back of the invalid section who hadn’t walked for six years made her way to the front followed by a crowd of rejoicing friends and relatives.

Busy for the Lord

Early Friday morning, a small group of our workers traveled to Rwanda’s premiere mental health facility. They first had the opportunity to minister to the staff and department heads, all of whom wanted God’s anointing and direction for their work. Then they met with the children who, despite their many mental handicaps, were attentive and responsive to the simple Gospel message presented. The Lord had brought a special calming anointing to those who needed Him so much. Our workers couldn’t get to all the patients in one day, so the Lord provided an opportunity for them to return the next morning to minister to the adults.

Another team of our tour members went to an orphanage where the directors had brought some of the children to a service the previous weekend. One of the boys who couldn’t speak received a fabulous miracle, and he was talking that day.

Healed of Cancer

The news of the miracles was spreading all over Kigali, and the crowds increased every night. When the Friday service began, God immediately started moving for those with cancer. Rev. Angley pointed out a woman with the disease whose mother and grandmother had already died with it. “You’re bound with fear,” he said, “and you must let the Holy Ghost wipe it out. Just say, Lord, I believe.” Another cancer victim had already lost his wife and daughter to the disease, and now his son had it; but God graciously healed both of them. Then the Lord moved for cancer victims throughout the audience. Rev. Angley told the people to simply hold out their hands, touch themselves and take a miracle.

The sermon topic for the night was Is Anything Too Hard for God? Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me (Jeremiah 32:27)? “Don’t make your case a hard one,” Rev. Angley instructed. “The Bible says, All things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23). Get rid of dead faith; it causes many people to doubt God and His blessings. I walk in divine faith, and you can do the same thing!”

Hearts Re-created

In the middle of the message, the Lord revealed a backslider with heart trouble who was close to death. “The Lord spared your life until the man of God arrived,” Rev. Angley told him. “Turn from the ways of the devil; bring that physical heart to Jesus right now, and He’ll re-create it. The Lord is freely giving miracles,” he continued, “and 119 hearts have been re-created. God has taken this place over tonight to perform masterful surgery!”

God was teaching these people to use their faith as the Lord revealed that there were 90 people with a totally deaf ear in the audience. Rev. Angley told them to put their fingers in their ears as he prayed; and when they pulled them out, they would hear. Shortly thereafter, a young girl was brought up on stage who just the night before had been deaf and mute. However, this night she clearly repeated all the words said to her. She had received a fabulous miracle!

With that report, the people’s faith soared; and many mass miracles followed including 978 for kidney failure—in three of these cases, God actually replaced a kidney that doctors had taken out. Later in the invalid section, a father rejoiced as his young daughter walked for the first time in four years.

Young People Wanted God’s Word

Saturday was the last opportunity for most of our tour members to reach out to people on the streets, but two smaller groups also visited a boarding school and an orphanage. At the boarding school, several hundred students assembled to hear some of our young people give personal testimonies of what God had done in their lives. Because these students were fortunate enough to have TVs in their rooms, they could receive more of God’s Word through Rev. Angley’s program which airs weekly in Rwanda.

The orphanage was actually more like a community center where many homeless children would come during the day to receive food and attention. Our people taught nearly 200 of them about the Lord, prayed with them for salvation and healing and then showered them with small toys and stuffed animals. God’s love comes in many forms.

A Great Love Service

The Saturday night service proved to be the reason we had come to Rwanda; God had been dealing with Rev. Angley about the people’s hurt and sorrows for months. He said, “If there’s one word that we would like to erase from every language on Earth, it would be the word hurt. For the hurt of the daughter of my people am I hurt (Jeremiah 8:21). Rev. Angley explained that God never intended man to know the meaning of the word hurt. But Adam and Eve sinned, and sin brings hurt.

“It was not God’s will for that awful calamity to happen to your country,” Rev. Angley declared. “The devil planned it, and the Lord told me why it happened.” At that point, you could hear a pin drop because the people knew that only God could reveal such a thing. Rev. Angley continued, “It happened because of witchcraft, voodoo and Satanism. The devil wanted to destroy every one of you, but he couldn’t do it. God spared you for this hour.”

Rev. Angley told them that if they wanted to be free, they would have to give over to God that night. “You had a great loss in your nation,” said Rev. Angley, “and my heart bled for you without realizing that one day the Lord would send me to lift your heavy burden. The devil did everything he could to keep me from coming here; but God sent me through His love, and no devil could stop me. God is going to give you great peace tonight. Jesus said, Peace, be still (Mark 4:39); and He’s still saying it today.”

Rev. Angley told them about the beautiful love affair and marriage that he and his wife Angel had and how she was suddenly taken from him. As he told the moving story, people in the audience were openly weeping. They were identifying with his loss as God knew they would.

God Healed Shattered Lives

Rev. Angley continued with great compassion when he said, “God has sent me with the great love of Calvary to heal you. I know what it’s like to lose someone you love better than you love yourself. He dried my tears, and He’ll dry yours tonight, too. Thus saith the Lord, God has sent thousands of angels to hold back the powers of darkness here tonight. If only you could see them lined up around you. Unload that burden; I’m ready to take it.

The mighty, healing power of God fell on them, and afterward the place was filled with beautiful peace. God had really rained down His love on these people.

Love Brings Miracles

The Lord confirmed His great love for them with several astonishing miracles. A person with a malignant growth at the base of the brain would be totally blind within three weeks, but God dissolved the growth and gave that person perfect vision. Another person had committed a crime so hideous that God would not allow Rev. Angley to reveal it, but the Lord gave that person one final opportunity to find mercy. God also replaced a woman’s womb that doctors had removed, and He revealed that she would now have a child.

Then the Lord poured out over 20,000 mass miracles including 1633 for high blood pressure, 1215 for severe allergies, 3001 for various eye conditions and 3481 for nightmares. God did so much that night that we’re bound to hear testimonies from that service for all eternity.

The Final Day

On Sunday morning, all of our teams were sent to the local churches with two exceptions. One pair visited a chapel service at Kigali’s Finance and Banking University where students were anxious to hear about God’s miracles and to invite Him into their hearts. Another team went to an orphanage known for housing many genocide orphans and widows. It was large, and our people couldn’t possibly minister to all of them; but they were able to leave literature, toys and gifts for all.

For the final service, God laid out an incredible spiritual buffet like we had never witnessed before; the people could have whatever they needed if they would just believe and receive. The Spirit was constantly pulling Rev. Angley to the audience to reveal individual and mass miracles that were taking place. The Lord moved so quickly and with such power that we hardly knew what to expect from one moment to the next.

Run from the Devil

Rev. Angley didn’t preach a formal sermon that night, but he warned the people to stay away from the devil. The Lord revealed later that if the people did not stay out of witchcraft, calamity would strike their nation again. “People have to want to be free and stay free!” Rev. Angley declared. “Many people in my church live free from sin; and that’s why we have signs, wonders and miracles in every service.”

Then Rev. Angley revealed that 491 people were being delivered from witchcraft devils; but he warned, “Never associate with anyone in witchcraft again or they will come back.” People needed to yield to God’s loving mercy before it was too late.

Rev. Angley exposed a 17-year-old boy’s plan to kill someone who was cruel to him, and then he was going to take his own life. “Several people in your family have died with AIDS,” Rev. Angley said, “and two were killed in the genocide. You feel all alone, and you now have AIDS; but the Lord is reaching out to you.” The boy not only gave his heart to the Lord but also received his miracle. Then Rev. Angley announced, “Thus saith the Lord, if you follow the Lord, He will raise you up to be a great blessing for Him.” What a beautiful prophecy for one with such a tormented heart!

Revelations continued one after the other followed by mass miracles of every kind including 1275 for bone conditions, 2750 for severe nervous conditions, 2791 for those tortured in their sleep, 2475 for arthritis in the arms and 4230 for various types of stomach trouble. Only God could number them all.

Receive the Holy Ghost

The service ended with a greater outpouring of the Holy Ghost than we had ever witnessed before; and thousands of people received the real baptism of the Spirit. God later told Rev. Angley that Sunday night was the greatest service He had ever given us and that He had done His perfect work that night.

Before leaving on Monday, our tour members paid tribute to the survivors of the tragedy in Rwanda by visiting the genocide memorial. It was a sobering but appropriate reminder of the evil the devil had unleashed on over 800,000 men, women and children.

Leaving this country was much more difficult than usual. We had all prayed for the Lord to give us great love for those in Rwanda, and He had done that. They had stolen our hearts; but now we had to put them in God’s hands, knowing that He would take care of them as they continued to yield to Him.

As we prepared to take off for home, the Lord let us know through Rev. Angley that we had completed the mighty mission He had put before us. The Lord had confirmed this to Rev. Angley in a vision during the Sunday night service when the miracle star of Jesus appeared to him in the form of a “V” for the first time. It represented Victory, and that’s exactly what this astounding trip to Rwanda was.
