Your personal information that identifies you is essential to Ernest Angley Ministries in meeting its goal to provide you with our ministry, services, and ministry-related products and so it will be treated with respect and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Any reference to "Ernest Angley Ministries" or "EAM" within the context of this Privacy Policy is intended and shall be considered to be inclusive of each and all entities operated by Ernest Angley Ministries, including its International Offices.
The Information We Collect
At the ErnestAngley.org / Online Store / Online Bible Study Courses / Ernest Angley World Radio and our social media sites you can order products, join our mail lists, e-mail a prayer request or question, create a user account, register to receive email newsletters, register to receive other materials, and register to participate in online Bible courses. The types of personal information collected on these pages include name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, etc.
Furthermore, on some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's name, address, telephone number, etc.
At certain parts of our site, only persons who provide us with the requested personally identifiable information will be able to order products and services, participate in online teaching courses, receive email newsletters or otherwise participate in the site's activities and offerings.
Website: We may from time to time passively collect non-personally identifiable information incidental to a visitor's use of our site. For example, we may automatically collect information concerning the web pages a user visited, the order in which they were visited, hyperlinks used, the type of computer operating system and browser being used, and the type of internet service provider used by the visitor.

Google Analytics: We use the Google Analytics service from Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") to analyze our website visitors. Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online product or service by users is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online products and services by users, to compile reports on the activities within these online products and services and to provide us with further services associated with the use of these online products and services and the use of the internet. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.
We use Google Analytics only with IP anonymization enabled. This means that Google will truncate the IP address of users within Member States of the European Union or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting the settings of their browser software accordingly.
The legal basis for the use of this service is Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR. Users can prevent the collection of data generated by cookies by downloading and installing the browser plug-in that is available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Online Store: Our shopping cart solution is DonorDirect, They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. EAM stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall. To donate or receive items from our online store you must enter your Name and address as they are registered with your credit card provider. We also ask for your email address and telephone number. Your email address is needed to send you a confirmation of the transaction and to contact yours with any questions concerning it. We ask for your telephone number as a safeguard against fraudulent transactions; this is so that we can contact you for transaction verification if necessary or validate shipping information. If you request that an item be shipped to a different address, this information will be required for the shipping address also, for the above reasons. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then cardconnect/cardpointe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
NOTE: At no point during the transaction does EAM take custody or store your credit card information. Online Bible Study Courses: If you enroll in an Online Bible Study Course, we may collect information about you that is shared with the course instructors and fellow students who have enrolled in that course. Please do not submit information that you do not wish to have shared. When enrolling in a course, information about your courses, test results, and progress is stored in the EAM database and is available to you and the administrators of the site. Occasionally you may be asked to fill out a course survey for student feedback on the course, course management system, faculty, etc. This information will be used entirely by us to improve our products and services.
Email newsletters: When you subscribe to receive our email newsletters, we collect only the information needed to email you the newsletters or to receive location-based updates.
When you agree to receive our email newsletter, the information you provide will be used to send you email newsletters, via MailChimp, about the Ministry. Before receiving our email newsletters, you must accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Please note that MailChimp is a third-party service that is not owned or managed by EAM.
Recipient lists, including email addresses, are stored on a secure MailChimp server in the USA for the purposes of email newsletter distribution.
This privacy policy only refers to the way the EAM will use your information, but you should also review MailChimp's terms of use and privacy policy as we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies.
To unsubscribe from our email newsletters, you can opt out of further communications at any point by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. You can also contact us directly to request that you be removed from our email newsletter mailing list.
World Radio: When you listen to Ernest Angley World Radio information is collected, such as IP address, Country, and device identifiers that are commonly generated in establishing a connection with the Radio.co Services. These include the Client and Platform used for listening. This information is used to gather statistics on usage and help us improve our services.
When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymized, deleted and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.
iOS Apps: The Ernest Angley World Radio iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.
Android Apps: Apps for Android also do not collect any personal data, however may monitor other Apps on a user's device in order to control the audio. E.g. When a Radio.co Android App is launched on a device, it will continually monitor the 'state' of the Phone App (Idle, Incoming Call, In call, Call ended). This is so the audio can pause if the user receives or makes a phone call. The App does NOT record audio or collect phone numbers.
The App will also require access to the user's local storage. This is in order to store your App's configuration (colors and images) on the device.
The Ernest Angley World Radio Android App does not collect any user data during use. In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the 'state' of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data.
The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times.
Social Media: When you come to any of our social media pages, we do not collect any data except the aggregated data provided by these companies, which includes metrics such as the number of visits and clicks, impressions, Likes, Shares, Comments, Reach, etc.. We may also collect data about the usage of our tabs or apps, which may include basic web analytics including IP addresses, browser types, the domain the user came from, and their likely country of origin. This anonymous information is aggregated and is not associated with individual users or specific information from their public or private social media profiles. We collect it to help us analyze usage patterns, improve overall page performance, and provide information useful to our users.
We may disclose information to non-affiliated entities when required or permitted by law, such as to respond to a subpoena, to prevent fraud, or to comply with an inquiry by a governmental agency.
As described above, EAM may share limited anonymous information about our users and their systems and usage of our tabs/apps with trusted third parties who help us analyze usage patterns, improve the site's overall performance, and provide information useful to our users.
By sharing your comment or testimony on our social media sites, you are allowing everyone access to see and use that information about you. EAM may use or share the comments you post on our social media sites.
Facebook (Visitor Action Pixel): We use the "visitor action pixels" from Facebook Inc (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook")) on our website.
This allows user behavior to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, which is why we are informing you, based on our knowledge of the situation. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook's Data Usage Policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order and to answer the e-mail we receive. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. This information may also be used to communicate with you through e-mail, postal mailings, and magazines from EAM. If you do not want to receive information in these methods, we will remove you from our list. Simply email us. Please provide us with your name and complete address so we can properly remove you from the list.

If available, you can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter updates on our new products and services. The information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.
We may use non-personally identifiable information and information obtained through cookies in order to monitor and improve our site. By counting the number of visits to our site and where each visitor goes on our site, we can determine the areas of our site that the visitors like and use the most and which areas need improvement. By submitting feedback or comments, you agree to a no-charge assignment to EAM of all rights, title and copyrights, and other intellectual property rights on a worldwide basis to the feedback or comments. EAM is free to use your feedback or comments on an unrestricted basis. Feedback or comments submitted to the ministry may be used in advertising for the website and may be edited. We do not use any personally identifiable information in any advertisement.
If you submit a testimony/praise report to EAM by any means, you agree to a no-charge assignment to EAM of all rights, title and copyrights, and other intellectual property rights on a worldwide basis to the submitted materials. This includes audio, video, graphics, transcripts, paper or electronic submissions. EAM is free to use your testimony/praise report on an unrestricted basis. Testimonies or praise reports submitted to the ministry may be utilized and/or appear on the EAM website (www.ErnestAngley.org), affiliated websites, YouTube, other media websites, streaming media, television, radio, social media or printed material without payment or any other consideration, now or in the future. Submitted materials may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness, recordings or information appears. Submitted testimonies/praise reports may be used by us with personally identifiable information. If you do not wish for us to use your name or picture with your testimony/praise report, you must state this with your submission, and we will not use them.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
