And now abideth [divine] faith, hope, charity [love], these three; but the greatest of these is charity (I Corinthians 13:13). Human faith, human hope and human love are very weak when compared to divine faith, divine hope and divine love; so you must add divine faith to your human faith.

Divine faith is freely given by God—you can’t buy it or get it through the works you do. Divine faith is so valuable that you can’t get to Heaven without it, and the Lord has made sure that everyone has received a measure of it. God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith (Romans 12:3). People will say they don’t have any faith, but that disputes the Word of God. Everyone has faith. The problem is that many don’t use it.

Divine faith is a gift from God; and when you use it, it multiplies and increases. When you exercise your body, it gets stronger; and the same goes with your faith—when you use it, it will get stronger. Wonderful things will happen when you use the faith God has given you because divine faith is all-powerful. That faith brings you into direct contact with God, so you can touch the throne and get answers.

Paul said, I am crucified with Christ [dead to sin]: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me (Galatians 2:20). That is the same faith Jesus lived by when He was on Earth; and the Bible says, The just [those who are justified before God] shall live by faith (Hebrews 10:38).

You can’t be justified in the eyes of God unless you live by divine faith, not human faith. When your human faith is made holy, it can help you to use your divine faith; but human faith is too fragile and weak to do the mighty work of the Lord. Only divine faith can do the Lord’s work.

Faith Brings God’s Help

You can only trust God with your whole heart through divine faith. Faith in God brings His helping hands to you from Heaven, and faith in God destroys doubt and fear. Some of you have wrestled with God through human faith thinking you were using divine faith when you weren’t. You were trying to use human faith to claim the promises of God, and it will not work that way. You can’t meet the condition of each promise as God wills it to be met without divine faith.

Divine faith supplies all your needs. But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Some of you rely too much on your weak human faith to get your needs supplied through God, but you never receive because, I say again, that God only works with divine faith.

Jesus is our supply, and He brought what we need—divinity—so why use human faith to try to receive what you need when you could use divine faith? You can have everything you need through Jesus. God has given His divine faith to you on purpose, and you can have all you will seek for and yield to.

Jesus said, If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you (John 15:7). God’s Word can only abide in you through divine faith. When you depend on human faith, you will fight weakness, despair, doubt, fear and frustration; but those things can be destroyed through divine faith.

Only divine faith can move the mountains in your life. For verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you (Matthew 17:20). There are no limitations on divine faith unless you put them there. Divine faith helps you hold on to God’s unchanging hand all the time, but human faith will cause you to let go. Then all you will have is trouble and despair, and you won’t get God’s work done.

Study the Word

Some of you don’t pray through divine faith and the divine blood. You can’t use the blood of Jesus without divine faith, and you won’t get answers without divine faith. Human faith can fool you with its reasoning and answers, but divine faith gives divine knowledge and answers from God. Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord (Isaiah 1:18). You have to reason with God through His Word; and without the Word, you will be lost. The Word carries divine faith, hope and love; and no one will get to Heaven without it.

How much do you study the Word? The Bible says, Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15). You can’t read the Bible like a newspaper or a magazine; you have to study it, and you must have the Holy Ghost to be able to study the Word correctly. Why?—because it was written by divinity; therefore, the only way you can understand it is through divinity. When people or even preachers use their human knowledge to try to understand the Word, beware because they will not say what God wants anyone to hear.

When you don’t use divine faith to study the Word, you won’t have the bread of life Jesus talked about or the strength of that bread. Jesus said, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4). He also said, I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live forever (John 6:51).

Jesus is that bread from Heaven, but how are you going to eat that divine bread without divine faith? How are you even going to recognize it to be the divine bread or know what it will do for you? You must handle God’s Word with His faith, hope, love, grace, wisdom and knowledge.

Ask and Receive

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him (James 1:5). Only God has all the wisdom you need, but you must accept His wisdom through divine faith. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed (James 1:6).

You must ask in faith to receive the great things of the Lord. If it could have been done through human faith, human knowledge and human love, the divine Son of God would not have had to come from Heaven; but the truth is that the world was in chaos and full of darkness when people had only human faith, hope and love to use. That is why Jesus had to bring divinity; and to do that, He had to be born of a virgin.

If you don’t believe in the Virgin Birth of Christ, you don’t have divine faith. Preachers who teach against the Virgin Birth have no divine faith, hope or love. They don’t even have the divine Word because they are denying what God has said, and it’s dangerous to deny anything that God says.

The enemy deceives and robs many of God’s people. They receive salvation through faith, but then they let the devil rob them of the benefits of that salvation; and then they become weak. Some people receive a miracle and let the devil steal it when the Bible says, The prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up (James 5:15).

Faith in God gives life and vision beyond the human. Read Hebrews 11, the faith chapter, and study what faith has done. Then look at the multitudes of people in the Bible who never received anything from God. How sad! Which group do you want to be a part of?

The prophets of old used divine faith, hope and love; and the Lord gave them great spiritual light. They gladly received it, and that is why God could use them in the many miraculous ways He did. Moses had divine faith and love, so study all the divine miracles that were performed through him. Human faith never could have performed all those miracles.

Faith Gives Direction and Liberty

There is no need to ask for plain paths for your feet if you’re not going to use divine faith to walk them. Some of you use a little divine faith and then wonder why your way seems foggy. It is because you don’t use the fullness of faith, and you can’t have God’s greatness without it. The more divine faith you use, the more God’s works will be performed for you and through you, and the more great and wonderful things you can do for Him. Never neglect the greatness of God in your life.

Divine faith liberates. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (II Corinthians 3:17). You will never have that liberty without divine faith. When you used your first measure of faith to receive salvation, your faith increased. Then you had to use more faith to receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost. As you keep using divine faith, you will receive more and more because it is freely given.

Jesus brought you a divine way to live. By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh (Hebrews 10:20). That new way brings freedom and abundant life. Jesus said, I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (John 10:10). Divine faith lifts you out of this life into the abundant living the Lord has willed for you. That life is the way of faith, hope and love.

Jesus brought you the faith you need to live just like He lived when He was on Earth, and only when you use that faith will you be able to please Him. Without [divine] faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6). God rewards those who believe in and please Him, but people have missed out on many rewards and much help and deliverance by not using divine faith to please God.

If you have prayed and prayed without receiving your answer, examine yourself and see if you are using divine faith. You may say that not receiving has hurt your faith; but if that is the case, then you are not using divine faith. The person carrying human faith is the one who gets hurt, but the faith of God can never be destroyed or hurt because it is divinity; and divinity will last for eternity.

Human Faith Failed

God’s divine faith is a part of all of His promises and blessings, so you must have that divine faith to be able to go forth with the blessings He wants to give you and the promises He wants to fulfill in your life. Nevertheless, many people walk in doubt and fear rather than in the promises of God because they won’t use divine faith.

The disciples had their measure of divine faith that God had given them; but when a storm arose while they were out on the sea, they didn’t use it. Jesus Himself was on board the ship with them, but they were so afraid that they didn’t consider Him being there like they should have. When the even was come, he [Jesus] saith unto them [the disciples], Let us pass over unto the other side. And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships. And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full. And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow (Mark 4:35-38).

Christ was on board that ship on that stormy sea, but He wasn’t worried at all; He was asleep. However, the disciples were in a panic and bailing water when they finally cried, Master, carest thou not that we perish (Mark 4:38)? At that moment, they didn’t recognize Jesus to be divinity or the Son of God; or they would not have been so afraid. They did not remember that Jesus had come to Earth because He cared for them so much.

So Jesus arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm (Mark 4:39). That is what divine faith can do, but all the disciples used during that storm was weak human faith; and it was useless to them.

Jesus asked them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith (Mark 4:40)? Jesus was questioning why they didn’t use divine faith because they could have used that kind of faith if they had wanted to.

If you are a child of God, the Lord is on board your ship with you every day; so why is your life in chaos?—because you don’t recognize what you have in Him. You cannot use what is available to you if you don’t know the greatness of it and realize it will take care of every situation you face. This life will have many storms, so you have to have divine faith from Heaven working in you at all times. If it is in you but you aren’t using it, it is rendered helpless.

Divine Faith Must Be Used

At another time, the disciples again found themselves battling a storm while they were out on the sea; but Jesus was not in the ship with them. He had stayed on the shore, and then went up into a mountain to pray. And when the evening was come, he [Jesus] was there alone. But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary. And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid (Matthew 14:23-27). As before, the disciples did not use divine faith.

Finally, Peter mustered up enough divine faith to cry out, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus (Matthew 14:28,29). When the Lord said, “Come,” Peter allowed divine, miracle faith from Heaven to go into action; and he walked on the water. I don’t know how many steps he took, but the Bible definitely says he walked.

Unfortunately, Peter did not continue to use divine faith. But when he [Peter] saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt (Matthew 14:30,31)?

Doubters and people who are weak in faith read that account and only see Peter going down, but those of us who are using divine faith can see him stepping off the boat and walking the waters. Peter may have taken only a few steps before he sank, but he used divine faith to take those steps.

Peter went down because he allowed the devil to scare him out of using divine faith. He got Peter to focus on the stiff wind and the powerful waves rushing in, and then Peter lost sight of Jesus. If you’re not careful, the devil will scare you out of using your divine faith and make you lose sight of Jesus, too.

Notice that none of the other disciples asked the Lord if they could go to Him. They all kept their mouths shut because they were too afraid to say anything. If you allow fear to take over like that, you will not be able to say, “Lord, here I come. Give me your grace and let me use your divinity.”

Jesus finally said to the disciples, “Oh, thou of little faith.” And today, He is saying the same thing to all of us again and again. You can’t be the witness the Lord has ordained you to be without putting divine faith into action; and when you do that, you will stay on top of the water.

Depend On Divinity

With divine faith working in your life, you can get off the boat and walk the waters of promise any time the Lord wants you to. God’s divine promises are under your feet with every step you make, so the waves of tribulation coming against you will have no power over you. Now, if you stop using divine faith, the devil may be able to sink you; but he can never sink even one of God’s promises.

Human faith will never be able to keep you walking on the promises of God; and if that is the faith you are using, you will come up lacking every time. You will find yourself weak when you could have been strong if you had used divine faith.

Don’t be discouraged in this last hour if you have not been using divine faith as you should because you can still come into the greatness of God. Some of you have been so weak; but now, the Lord is trying to make you strong, and He will take you deeper and deeper if you will let Him.

You have to depend on divine faith, divine hope, divine love and all the things of divinity; and you must never waste even one of those things. If you think your faith is not working, again I say pray and find out if you are using human faith or divine faith.

How do you get divine faith? The Bible says, So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17). Always remember that faith is a gift, and it flows to you through the Word of God. When you hide the Word in your heart in the same Spirit of divinity the Lord gave it in, then it will be simple to receive from it. You will easily see God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. You will see the divine fruits of the Spirit as well as His divine works and the help He makes available to you.

Have the Humility of Jesus

You cannot get along without using your measure of faith. Look at Romans 12:3 again in its entirety. For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith (Romans 12:3). No matter how great you might become in the eyes of people or in your own eyes, the Bible says you cannot think of yourself more highly than you ought to think; so what does that mean? You are to think nothing more than that you are a son or daughter in the family of God, and you are to be obedient to all the Father asks of you.

That verse also says to think soberly, which means children of God can’t think like those in the world do. Paul said, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12:2). The joy spoken of in that verse is that of seeing you and me redeemed and given eternal life.

So many people in this world are full of ego, but Jesus was not. He humbled Himself and endured the death on the Cross, and He could not have done that without divine faith; and He is our example.

Jesus used divine faith in the Garden of Gethsemane when He cried, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt (Matthew 26:39). Jesus had become human; and in the human He said, “If it be your will, let this cup pass from me.” But because He was connected to divinity, He could say, “Nevertheless, not my will, but thine be done.”

Jesus was suffering so much in His body that His sweat became as blood; and through it all, the disciples were asleep. He had tried to keep them awake because He needed them and their prayers so much; but He finally told them, Sleep on now, and take your rest (Matthew 26:45).

Jesus was all alone in the human, but divine faith told Him He was not alone. Then His Father sent Him angel help. And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him (Luke 22:43). You can get help through divinity, too, but it will take divine faith to bring it to you. Divinity only works with perfect faith.

Take On the Image of God

We were born without the image of God because it was lost when Adam and Eve sinned. That is why Jesus had to come and bring back that divine image to the human race. Therefore, when you are born of the Spirit of the living Christ, God once again sees His own image when He looks at you.

When Jesus was on Earth, He had the image of the Father; so He could say, He that hath seen me hath seen the Father (John 14:9). When the disciples looked at Jesus, they should have seen the Father. Do you see God through Jesus Christ?

Jesus wants to be real to you, and He wants you to obey Him so He can bless you. That is why He is now at the right hand of the Father making intercession for you and me and our needs. It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us (Romans 8:34). Only through divine faith can you have the reality of God you need to receive from Him.

For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith (Romans 1:17). Paul was not talking about human faith. When you go from human faith to human faith, you will have only the strength and help of the human spirit; but when you go from divine faith to divine faith, you will have divine help, divine strength and divine deliverance.

You must never go from faith to doubt, fear, frustration, despair or anything else that is not of God. If you do, you will miss out on what God has for you. You must constantly remain in the realm of divine faith and live by it every day.

Strengthen Your Faith

To live by divine faith, you must add the things of divinity to it. You can never be satisfied with the faith you have. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue [character or value]; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance [divine self-control] (II Peter 1:5,6).

The Lord gives you divine knowledge so you can have divine control, and that control comes from having the Holy Spirit living on the inside of you. He is the Spirit of truth who teaches you, guides you and makes plain paths for your feet; and only He can make you spotless and ready for Christ’s return. That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish (Ephesians 5:27).

And to temperance [add] patience (II Peter 1:6). It’s easy to use divine patience when you have the fruit of longsuffering being produced in your life by the Spirit Himself. You can’t produce it within yourself; but when you yield to the Holy Spirit, He produces it. Then you will be able to wait upon the Lord for every promise you need to be fulfilled in your life.

They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles (Isaiah 40:31). The reason some Christians don’t mount up much is because they don’t wait on God, and the reason they don’t wait is because they don’t have the right kind of patience. You must have divine patience.

And to patience [add] godliness (II Peter 1:6). Again, you cannot add godliness without the help of the Holy Spirit. You must depend on His help for all things that are divine. He wants you to trust Him and pay attention to Him so that He can teach you without any delays in this final hour. He wants to help you in every way possible so souls will not be hindered from being brought into the Kingdom.

And to godliness [add] brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity [love] (II Peter 1:7). There is a difference between divine brotherly kindness and human kindness, and that is divine love. Jesus said, By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another (John 13:35).

True, divine love is the same love Jesus had, and it lets the world know we are disciples of Christ. He said, A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another (John 13:34). That kind of love doesn’t gossip or put down your brothers and sisters in the Lord. Divine love is the greatest love there is, and it lifts up and encourages people.

For if these things [all the things you have added to your faith] be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (II Peter 1:8). When you let divinity work, you will become strong in the Lord.

But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall (II Peter 1:9,10).

Add Salvation to Your Life

Sinner and Backslider, don’t you want all the benefits of using divine faith? If so, you must first come to Jesus. You can’t wait until the last moment because no one knows when Jesus is coming to take His children home. That is why the Bible says, Now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation (II Corinthians 6:2). Today is the day to be a partaker of the divinity that has been sent down to you by the loving and all-powerful heavenly Father.

As one who loves your soul, let me persuade you to believe in the blood that stained the Old Rugged Cross and to know it will cleanse you and make you a new creature in Christ. The divine blood can deliver you, give you peace in your soul and spirit and give you divine fellowship with God.

If you don’t know Jesus today, ask Him to let His blood flow into your soul. Pray this prayer now: Oh, God, I confess that Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary with divine blood in His veins. He loved us so much that He shed that blood, and it has the power to wash away every sin. I believe it will wash away all of my sins right now. Come into my heart, Jesus! Come on in!

If you believe that prayer, the power in the blood has made your soul new in a moment of time. All your sins have been washed away through the blood of the Lamb. Now, put your measure of faith in the holy, sacred blood of Jesus that He brought down from Heaven to redeem fallen humanity. Then never allow yourself to fall back into human faith.

Divine Faith Brings Miracles

Jesus shed His blood for healing as well as for salvation; and without that blood, there would be no healing for us today. Put your divine faith in that blood and believe for a miracle today.

The Bible says, With his [Jesus’] stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). The blood ran down Christ’s back when He was beaten; and through that blood, we have healing for the physical body. There is healing through the blood of Jesus and divine faith for whatever disease or affliction you may have—cancer, heart trouble, AIDS, diabetes, paralysis or anything else.

If you need healing today, accept this prayer of divine faith now: Lord, I bring the people to you. I have brought the living Word and divine faith to them. Now, through your supernatural gifts of healing and miracles, make them well in the name of your Son, Jesus. Heal! in the name of the Lord. Heal! in the holy name of Jesus.

Let the power of the blood flow within you and make you completely whole. Then write or email to let us know what God has done for you. Miracles bring people to God.
