Today, buttons are a part of our society. We know how to push buttons to turn on the television, radio, oven, washing machine and many other things; but we also have to know how to push the faith button. I have done it, and it works; and you can prove that faith button, too. When you push the faith button, you go beyond human faith and into the faith of God; and instantly, you are at the throne of grace. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

When you press the faith button, divine faith goes into operation. Then you must hold on to that faith and never doubt it. Once you push the faith button for something, you leave it in the hands of God and give Him praise until the answer comes. Keep your finger on that button as you read this message, and it can help you to receive things that you need. You may need a miracle, a job, a home or a better automobile; but whatever it is, you must believe God for it.

The Bible says, God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith (Romans 12:3). Without that measure of faith, you can’t get saved or even find Calvary; but God gives a measure of faith to everybody who will look toward Calvary. As you use that measure, He will give you another measure; and there is always more faith, so don’t be afraid to use it. If you don’t use it, there is no need for God to give you more faith because it won’t do you or anyone else any good.

Live by Faith

Jesus brought reality from Heaven for us, and it is the will of God for us to be in contact with Him all the time; but some of you struggle with prayer because you don’t press the faith button and use divine faith. You use human faith, and human faith won’t work. Some of you spread gossip and then wonder why you can’t get your prayers through. It is because you are not pushing the right buttons. Jesus came and showed you how to press the faith button and get results, and He proved to people that it works.

Jesus brought divine faith and said we would have to live by it to have abundant life. I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (John 10:10). You cannot have abundant life without pushing the faith button, and that is the only way to live. You can have the abundant life Jesus promised, if you live by faith. The just shall live by faith (Romans 1:17), and you can have all the faith you will use.

When you live by faith, you have all the divine buttons you need for every promise. You press the faith button, and there is your promise right before you: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). That promise shoots down from Heaven instantly, and you hold on to it until the need is supplied. It is so simple.

The Bible says, Contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints (Jude 1:3). One day, I started a journey to get that faith; and I told the Lord, “I will pay any price to have that kind of faith so I can use it for other people.” I didn’t know what I would have to go through to get that faith, and Satan’s devils came against me in such an awful way that all hell seemed to boil over; but I made it through by fasting and looking to God. The Lord brought Job before me, and I lived with Job hour after hour. I was determined to have that faith, and you can have it, too.

Because of your faith, you will have to suffer persecution; but the Lord said, Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake (Matthew 5:11). Some of you are being tormented greatly by your own family, but don’t pay attention to them. Just pray for them and put them under the blood; then push the faith button and go on your way with a clear conscience.

Faith Fulfills Promises

Faith is your answer to everything, and the Lord made so much faith possible for us. Down through the years, those who used faith came out of their trouble in a miraculous way. In the beginning, it wasn’t necessary for Adam and Eve to push the faith button because they were connected with Heaven all the time. They had faith in perfection until Eve sold out to the devil and then deceived Adam, and we have no knowledge from the Holy Scriptures that Adam and Eve ever made it back to God.

Later, their son Abel pushed the faith button; and his brother Cain hated him for it. In process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering: But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell. And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him (Genesis 4:3-5,8). A murdering spirit took over Cain, and he killed Abel. Why?—because Abel had pushed the faith button.

Throughout the remainder of the Old Testament, very few people used the faith button or the faith promises; but Noah did, and for 120 years, he pushed button after button of faith. By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith (Hebrews 11:7). The Lord showed Noah everything he needed to know. He lived in the very presence of the Almighty, and he had the plan of God. Thus saith the Lord, when you use the faith button, you have the plan of God.

God’s true people can push the faith button and see the fulfillment of His promises. The Bible says, The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (II Peter 3:9). When you push the right button, then you wait patiently for the fulfillment of the promise; and the Lord brought us that kind of patience. You push the button of promise; and the Bible says, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness (II Corinthians 12:9).

You get faith by reading the Word of God. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17). The Lord taught me to study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15). To press the buttons of the Word, you must have divinity, obedience, humility and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As you read the Bible, study it carefully word for word because it is a holy, study book; and there is nothing else like it in the world. Every promise in the Bible is a God promise of faith; so without faith, those promises will not work for you. Faith is acting out all that God has said; so you must act on His promises rather than the promises of people because their promises are weak.

The truth in the Word will stand when the world is on fire. The Lord said, For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass (Ezekiel 12:25). Every one of God’s promises and every word He has spoken will live for all eternity, and the devil can’t do a thing about it. However, he can do something with you if you allow him to, but you cannot allow him to.

I don’t know how many divine buttons I have pressed throughout the years, but they have definitely worked. God has given us such a simple plan, but I had never heard of it until God explained it to me. He gave us His plans in the Bible; but He has also given His Bride plans outside of the Bible on how to get her prayers answered, how to stay in the will of God and how to have all of her needs supplied.

You don’t hear many preachers teaching about finances; but God told me that when people will tithe and give unto Him, He will supply their needs spiritually, physically and financially. It is a triple-promise plan—my God will supply all. Jesus came saying that we must use faith; but without faith, we tie God’s hands, and He cannot move for us.

Abraham Used Faith

Abraham used the faith button when he was looking for a city that God had built and promised to him. He was determined to find it, and he did because he didn’t stagger at any of God’s promises. By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God (Hebrews 11:8-10).

When Abraham wanted a son, he prayed to God and pushed the faith button; but it didn’t happen right away. As time passed and old age took Abraham and his wife over, Abraham thought it was too late; but it is never too late for something that God wants. For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. And Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac. And Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him (Genesis 21:2,3,5).

You are the only one who can delay God’s plan for your life. After you push the faith button, you have to wait upon the Lord. But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). You mount up by pushing the faith button.

Never Get Ahead of God

Twenty-five years after the promise was given, Isaac was finally born; but before that time, Sarah had decided she was too old to have a baby, and she had moved ahead of God. She had forgotten God’s greatness and the fact that when you walk in the plan of God, He works. Now Sarai Abram’s wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar. And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai. And Sarai Abram’s wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife. And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived: and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes. And Hagar bare Abram a son: and Abram called his son’s name, which Hagar bare, Ishmael. And Abram was fourscore and six years old, when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram (Genesis 16:1-4,15,16).

Because she did not wait on God, Sarah caused much trouble for the human race. Ishmael became the father of the Arab people, and there have been wars between the Arabs and the Jews for thousands of years; and things will never get any better.

Sarah started all of that because she would not push the right buttons, and she had even laughed when an angel told Abraham that he and Sarah would have a son. And he [the angel] said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him. Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women. Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also? And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh…? Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was afraid. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh (Genesis 18:10-13,15). When you laugh at the promises of God, you are in deep trouble.

No Faith in Deceit

Later, Isaac and Rebekah had twins, Jacob and Esau. And Isaac intreated the LORD for his wife, because she was barren: and the LORD was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived. And the children struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to inquire of the LORD. And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger. And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb. And the first came out red, all over like an hairy garment; and they called his name Esau. And after that came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esau’s heel; and his name was called Jacob (Genesis 25:21-26).

As the boys grew, Rebekah got ahead of God. She wanted to make sure that Jacob would inherit the birthright even though the Lord had already promised that he would have it in due season, and she failed to push the faith button or wait upon the Lord. You cannot run ahead of God or lag behind Him; you have to stay in His divine plan.

When Isaac was getting older and could not see very well, Rebekah sent Jacob to him disguised as Esau to deceive Isaac into giving Jacob the blessing. And he [Jacob] came unto his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I; who art thou, my son? And Jacob said unto his father, I am Esau thy firstborn; I have done according as thou badest me: arise, I pray thee, sit and eat of my venison, that thy soul may bless me. And Jacob went near unto Isaac his father; and he felt him, and said, The voice is Jacob’s voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau. And he discerned him not, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau’s hands: so he blessed him (Genesis 27:18,19,22,23).

God has a divine plan for every one of His children. Thus saith the Lord, some of you have not accepted it and walked in it; and there is a price to pay when you don’t. The reason many of you won’t accept God’s will for your life or wait on Him is that you doubt God’s love. Some of you claim that you are waiting upon the Lord; and yet you grumble, complain, doubt, fear and stumble around in dismay. That isn’t waiting upon the Lord. That just makes you a bundle of nerves filled with depression, oppression and despair; and those things don’t help anybody.

When Esau heard of what Jacob had done, he was angry. And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob. And these words of Esau her elder son were told to Rebekah: and she sent and called Jacob her younger son, and said unto him, Behold, thy brother Esau, as touching thee, doth comfort himself, purposing to kill thee. Now therefore, my son, obey my voice; and arise, flee thou to Laban my brother to Haran; And tarry with him a few days, until thy brother’s fury turn away (Genesis 27:41-44).

The same spirit of murder that had taken over Cain when he killed Abel was in the family again; so Jacob had to run for his life, and he lived with his uncle for twenty years. During that time, Rebekah died; so Jacob had lost his mother, and she had lost her son all because Rebekah had been full of deceit and had not used the plan of God. Later, however, Jacob did grow into a wonderful servant of God.

Faith Works through Humility

Joseph pushed the faith button throughout his life. From a very tender age, he had been given the knowledge of pushing the faith button and of using only the promises of God; and they worked. His brothers sold him into slavery when he was young because they were jealous of him. Then they deceived Jacob, their father, into thinking that some wild animal had killed and eaten Joseph. And it came to pass, when Joseph was come unto his brethren, that they stripped Joseph out of his coat, his coat of many colours that was on him; And they took him, and cast him into a pit…And Judah said unto his brethren, What profit is it if we slay our brother, and conceal his blood? Come, and let us sell him to the Ishmeelites, and let not our hand be upon him; for he is our brother and our flesh. And his brethren were content. Then there passed by Midianites merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmeelites for twenty pieces of silver: and they brought Joseph into Egypt (Genesis 37:23,24,26-28).

In Egypt, Joseph had to spend much time in prison; but he kept pushing the faith button. He stayed humble during his many years in slavery, and the Lord later made him to be second in power in Egypt. Then Joseph became the savior of his whole family by bowing to the will of God. And Joseph said unto his brethren…I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt. Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life. For these two years hath the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall neither be earing nor harvest. And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt (Genesis 45:4-8).

Reason with the Lord

Have you pushed the faith button this week? You push earthly buttons every day, yet you cannot see the picture of divinity when all of Heaven is available to you. You will never understand God unless you can clearly see human nature and divine nature and are able to separate the two. If you cannot do that, it is because you haven’t set your mind to it.

The Bible says, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee (Isaiah 26:3). You may try everything you can think of to find peace in this world—entertainment, good food and vacations—but you won’t try the right thing. You may try to run from your problems, but they will always meet you when you get back home; and yet you won’t bow before the Lord in all humility.

In His Word, the Lord said, Come now, and let us reason together (Isaiah 1:18). I am ready to reason with God at any hour; and when the Lord calls on me to talk to Him, I am always ready to listen. You can be that way too because the Lord wants to talk to all of His people, but He cannot reason with you if you do not have divine faith.

You have to get rid of your worthless human opinions. I always cast mine aside and take thus saith the Lord, and then I drop everything to go forward with whatever He wants. That is the time for me to push the faith button and hold on to the horns of the altar. When God pushes a faith button, I push one; and when He pushes another one, I push another one. Then with His quickening power moving through me, it is easy to do what He wants me to and to get results.

Faith Requires Wisdom and Knowledge

You must have the nine fruits of the Spirit to be able to use the faith button, and those fruits are for everybody. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance (Galatians 5:22,23). The fruit of faith is so important because it brings you what you need. Then with divine faith comes divine love; and when you have both of those fruits, it is no trouble for you to have the rest of the nine fruits of the Spirit and for you to use them daily. They bring such power, and they are the same divine fruits we will have in Heaven for all eternity; but they are now being shipped down to Earth in the name of Jesus through the blood that stained the Old Rugged Cross.

You have to push the faith button with all wisdom and knowledge; and if you lack wisdom, push the button that says, If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him (James 1:5). God will give you wisdom without rebuke, and He will be proud that you asked for it.

Life is not that complicated when you have the knowledge of Heaven and when you walk hand in hand with the Lord because He holds all of your tomorrows in His hands. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28). That verse is true when you are obedient in everything and when you push the right divine buttons; and it seems there are as many buttons as there are promises…and there is a promise for every need.

Never Give Up

When you fast, pray and live in the Word, you will know which buttons to push and when to push them. You will know how to wait in God’s waiting room of humility, divine love, divine faith and divine trust. You push a button, and the verses of Proverbs 3:5,6 come before you in big letters: Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Notice that these verses say paths and not just one path.

On a long fast, you humbly press button after button. God’s divine buttons become visible and large before your eyes, and God’s intelligence becomes yours. When I fast for forty days and nights, I close my case; and I never reopen it. I have done the will of God, and I have gone as far as I can go. I have sought the Lord’s face with His divinity; so I keep Him ever before me in whatever valley it might be, and I know everything will be all right.

I have seen many people who live beneath their privilege. They will come into the healing line to get a miracle; so I push the faith button for them, and then I try to get them to push that button, too. I look to the Lord and close the case through the anointing of God, and then I tell them everything will be all right; but some just can’t believe that.

You may have a deadly disease; and because our good doctors have done all they can do to help you, you surrender to death. I went to the edge of the grave at twenty-three, and only God knows how much I suffered; but I didn’t surrender to death. Even though I kept pushing the faith button, I kept getting worse until I thought my faith was all gone. God was not answering me, and I was convinced He wasn’t going to heal me; but I didn’t know why.

I knew I had not committed one willful sin since God had saved my soul; and immediately after He had saved me, He had filled me with the good Holy Ghost and started preaching through me. But when I became so afflicted, it was like I was shut up in a room with no windows or doors. I was going around and around trying to feel my way out, but you can’t feel your way out with God. When you push the right button, the doors and windows fly open; and you are free!

One night, I found that my faith wasn’t gone. Jesus Himself came to me, and I felt His power going through me in an unbelievable way. I had pushed the faith button at last; and in just moments of time, the Lord healed me of everything. I knew I was going to live!

God Used Moses and Joshua

Moses didn’t push the right buttons at first, and he tried to deliver the Israelites by killing two Egyptians and burying them in the sand. He had pushed the wrong button at the wrong time, so he had to flee. And it came to pass in those days, when Moses was grown, that he went out unto his brethren, and looked on their burdens: and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his brethren. And he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian, and hid him in the sand. Now when Pharaoh heard this thing, he sought to slay Moses. But Moses fled from the face of Pharaoh, and dwelt in the land of Midian (Exodus 2:11,12,15).

Moses fled to a land where he was a stranger; and after staying there for forty years, the Lord was ready to call him back. During those years, Moses had not pushed the right buttons; so it isn’t too late for you to start pushing them either. Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb. And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt (Exodus 3:1-3). Moses saw that although the bush was on fire, it did not burn up; so when he hiked up the mountain to see it, he pushed the first, right button. Then the Lord called to him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I. And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground (Exodus 3:4,5).

At that bush, Moses became sanctified, dedicated, holy and righteous; and he held all the promises in his hands that he would need to stand before Pharaoh and to deliver the Israelite people. However, Moses was not experienced in pushing the divine buttons, so he asked for help. And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue (Exodus 4:10). But the Lord told Moses, Go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say (Exodus 4:12). Even so, Moses still insisted on having help. And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send. And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses (Exodus 4:13,14).

God wanted Moses to rely only on Him; but Moses wouldn’t do that, so God sent Aaron with him, and Aaron became such a hindrance. Your family can become your greatest hindrances because they expect more out of you than anybody else. They think you should do the things they want you to; and some don’t even like it when you spend time with the Lord, pay your tithes or give offerings. However, when you know how to push the right buttons, you will pay no attention to them.

In spite of Aaron, Moses did press the faith button or he never would have been able to bring the Israelites out of bondage; and the Red Sea never would have separated. And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left (Exodus 14:21,22).

The Children of Israel were standing on the shore where the sea was twelve miles across and over eighty feet deep; and Pharaoh’s army, the strongest one in that day, was coming after them. But Moses had listened to the voice of God and pressed the faith button; and the waters separated. When you press a divine button, you too will hear the voice of God through faith.

God told Moses to tell the people to stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD (Exodus 14:13). That is the way it works; so get busy, Bride of Christ, and push the faith button. Let all God’s promises be fulfilled for you as an individual, and quit looking down and using human faith. If you will fast, pray and live in the Word, it will be so simple.

Joshua took Moses’ place after he died, and he was close to the Lord like Moses had been. At the walls of Jericho, Joshua pushed the buttons God told him to push; and the walls of Jericho tumbled down because of his obedience. The Lord had told Joshua and the people exactly what to do; and when they obeyed, the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city (Joshua 6:20). It takes total obedience to push the faith button, so there is no need to even think about pushing it if you don’t have obedience.

Saul Pushed the Wrong Buttons

God chose Saul to be the first king of Israel; and at first, he was so humble. He didn’t want to be king; and he hid when the people were going to crown him. When they sought him [Saul], he could not be found. Therefore they inquired of the LORD further, if the man should yet come thither. And the LORD answered, Behold, he hath hid himself among the stuff (I Samuel 10:22).

Unfortunately later, Saul became lifted up with ego; and devils took him over. The prophet Samuel cried his heart out over it, and God wished He had never chosen Saul to be the first king. Saul stood taller than any other man in Israel; and if he had pushed the right buttons, he should have been the one who killed Goliath. But when God can’t use the biggest person, He will use the smallest one.

Little David pushed the right buttons. He was just a little shepherd boy, but God used him and his slingshot to kill Goliath. He picked up five stones from the brook and went skipping down into the valley to meet Goliath. Those stones represented J-E-S-U-S, but that was all he needed; and it took just one of those stones to kill Goliath.

And it came to pass, when the Philistine [Goliath] arose, and came and drew nigh to meet David, that David hasted, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth. So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him (I Samuel 17:48-50). David didn’t carry a sword, so he used Goliath’s own sword to cut off his head; and then he carried the giant’s head to Saul. But there was no sword in the hand of David. Therefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his [Goliath’s] sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled (I Samuel 17:50,51).

Ego Destroys

After that, Saul started to humble himself; but later, he became jealous because the people were giving more praise to David than to him. And it came to pass…when David was returned from the slaughter of the Philistine, that the women came out of all cities of Israel, singing and dancing, to meet king Saul, with tabrets, with joy, and with instruments of music. And the women answered one another as they played, and said, Saul hath slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands. And Saul was very wroth (I Samuel 18:6-8).

Saul didn’t press the faith button because he didn’t have that kind of love. The Lord had even prophesied through him at one time, but he didn’t stay humble. He thought he was so big and mighty; and after one of the battles, he falsely declared to Samuel that he had done the whole will of God. And Samuel said, When thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the LORD anointed thee king over Israel? And the LORD sent thee on a journey, and said, Go and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed. Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the LORD, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the LORD (I Samuel 15:17-19)?

Saul had taken the spoil of the Amalekites even after he had been told not to. Then the Lord said through Samuel, Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king (I Samuel 15:22,23). Many people are like that today—they say they have done God’s will, but they haven’t pressed even the first faith button.

Later, Saul committed suicide and went to hell; and no doubt, all of his sons except Jonathan went to hell with him. And the Philistines followed hard upon Saul and upon his sons; and the Philistines slew Jonathan, and Abinadab, and Melchishua, Saul’s sons. And the battle went sore against Saul, and the archers hit him; and he was sore wounded of the archers. Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it (I Samuel 31:2-4).

Peter Lost Faith

When Jesus was here, He showed the disciples how simple it was to press the faith button. He told Peter, Go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them [the tax collectors] for me and thee (Matthew 17:27). Jesus told Peter to go and catch the fish of supply, but that was a big command for Peter to accept. He was an experienced fisherman, and he knew that no one had ever caught a fish with money in its mouth; but he obeyed the Lord and pushed the faith button. He only had to pull out one fish, and it was the fish of supply. Then he took the money and paid their taxes.

Peter and the disciples were on a boat when a terrible storm arose. The ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary. And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid (Matthew 14:24-27).

Jesus came to the disciples walking the waters, and any one of them could have pushed the faith button; but only Peter did. He cried, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come (Matthew 14:28,29). Peter was saying, “My God will take care of me and protect me. My God is my high tower and my strength, and I will put my trust in the Most High.” I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD (Psalm 121:1,2).

And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt (Matthew 14:29-31)? The Bible says Peter walked, but the doubters say he went down, and he did; but the first miracle was that he walked. The second miracle was that when Peter cried for help, Jesus stretched forth His hand and lifted him up to keep him from sinking. Then Jesus walked Peter to the boat saying, “O, ye of little faith, you had it. Why didn’t you use divine faith? Through divine faith was how I came walking on the waters to all of you in this storm.” Jesus called human faith “little faith” and divine faith “great faith.” Peter had pushed the faith button, but he had failed to keep it down.

“Little Faith” Fails

When Jesus was with the disciples, He always spoke in faith; but they did not push the faith button; so He said to them, Where is your faith? (Luke 8:25), and O ye of little faith (Luke 12:28). When He preached to the people, He said, O ye of little faith (Matthew 16:8). I don’t want the Lord to ever say that to me.

Jesus said that even just a tiny bit of divine faith would work for you. If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed [which is said to be the smallest seed on Earth], ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you (Matthew 17:20). How many mountains have you ever moved on your own? Some of you try to shovel your mountains away by yourself when the Lord can move them right out of the way for you.

When you have faith, you can move the hand that moves the world; so you have to speak in faith and not doubt, and the promise will go into operation. Then you have to keep that faith button pressed down hard. Faith only works when you allow it to, so give yourself over to faith—not human faith but divine faith—and then you can abide in the calling wherein the Lord has called you. Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called (I Corinthians 7:20).

The only faith some of you use is human faith; and if human faith would work, you would have many blessings. However, the Lord doesn’t work through human faith, and that is the reason God cannot work for some of you. The Bible tells us that without divine faith, you can’t even please God. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6). If you come to God for something, you must believe that He will do what He said He would do. To be a diligent seeker means to be sincere and sober minded about your request. You have to study to be quiet; but some of you don’t do that because your minds are on other things.

Faith Delivers

Some of you had more faith when you were first saved and received the Holy Ghost than you have now, and that should not be. I have much more faith now than ever before. As a child, I was taught to have faith in the promises of God. I was taught the Word, and the Word was paramount in our home. My parents and my two older sisters never doubted the faith Book; and when they pressed the faith button, it worked. Mom and Dad pressed the faith button for us during the Days of Depression; and while others were going hungry, we never did.

In the Bible, a woman came to Jesus who had been crippled for eighteen years; and she and the Lord used the faith button. Jesus said, Ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day (Luke 13:16)? Some people call sickness a love token, but Jesus called it devil bondage; and the woman was set free. And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God (Luke 13:13).

That woman had learned how to use the faith button, so why don’t you? God wants every member of the bridal company to learn how to use that button. It goes with every promise, saith the Lord. When you push that button, you will have help beyond anything you could ever imagine; and you won’t have to fight fear because it will vanish like a snowflake in the noonday sun. You must start pushing that button and decide, “I can use faith, and I will use faith. I will not use human faith alone anymore because it is too weak.”

A centurion went to Jesus wanting a miracle for his servant who was dying with an incurable disease; and Jesus said, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour (Matthew 8:7-10,13). The centurion had pushed the faith button, and his servant was made whole. He knew Jesus had that authority; and although he was not of the household of faith, he had pushed the right button.

You have to be as determined as that centurion was and as determined as Job was. Job said, Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him (Job 13:15). But some of you will turn away from God and think that He doesn’t love you anymore. I never doubted God’s love even when I was a sinner, and you shouldn’t either. He is the God who made you, the God who saved you and the One who wants you in Heaven with Him forever. God loved us so much that He gave us Jesus, His Son, who left His throne in Heaven and the Father whom He loved so much. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

Trust and Obey

It is time for us to drop our nets and follow Jesus. We cannot be like Martha was when her brother Lazarus died. She would not push the faith button even after Christ had arrived. She was the same one to whom Jesus had said, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful (Luke 10:41,42). Martha was more concerned with serving others than she was with worshiping Jesus and learning about the Gospel, and we can’t be like that. We have to learn divinity and know how to use it.

After Lazarus had died, Jesus showed the people how to push the faith button. Lazarus had been dead for four days; and Martha said, By this time he stinketh (John 11:39); but Jesus said, Take ye away the stone (John 11:39), and Lazarus came to life. He [Jesus] cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth (John 11:43,44). Obedience is pushing the faith button.

Jesus said,All things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23). Faith makes all things possible—all the promises of God and His plan for your life. Faith does not struggle with any of the promises of God; and it uses only the divine faith button, never human faith. Faith fully persuades you to follow in God’s will, and it keeps you inside His divine will so you can do all for Him and accept all that He has promised. Faith guides the fiery darts of the devil and destroys them without any hurt to the child of God.

Faith is trusting God with the whole you, and it conquers all fear. Faith is safety and security. Faith brings God’s deliverance, and it will make you whole and free of all diseases. Faith keeps your mind stayed on the Lord and gives you a wonderful mind like Jesus had. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ (I Corinthians 2:16).

By pushing the faith button, Enoch was taken to Heaven alive. By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God (Hebrews 11:5). By pushing the faith button, Elijah went to Heaven in a fiery chariot. Behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire…and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven (II Kings 2:11). Saints of old pushed the faith button and raised the dead. Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection (Hebrews 11:35). People have been brought back to life through this Jesus ministry, too.

Faith Heals

Jesus is our healer and our wonder-worker. God has taught me which buttons to push to turn Him on and how to turn faith loose so it goes instantly to Heaven. It is the fire of God, and the devil can’t take it; so he runs from it. He is also afraid of the blood, so learn to use it and not waste it. Faith in the divine blood is all you need to receive the benefits of Heaven; and one day, it will take you there. There is healing for soul, mind and body in the blood of Jesus Christ; and by using the blood, people are healed of AIDS and all kinds of deadly diseases. Lepers were cleansed in Christ’s day, and they are cleansed today. We received a report from one section of Africa that four people had been healed of leprosy through just one blest cloth we had sent them.

Jesus brought nothing but divinity, and you must use it. I use it to preach and to believe for people to be healed of all of their diseases and to be made whole. Through divinity was how I was able to help a lady who had suffered a stroke which had left her mouth drawn way over to one side of her face. As I prayed, the Lord said, “It is just clay”; and I believed Him. With the power of God, I stood there and stroked her mouth over and over until it moved into place. That is the power of God; man cannot do such things.

Some of you wonder why you don’t get healed; but Jesus said, According to your faith be it unto you (Matthew 9:29). The Bible tells us we must go from faith to faith. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith (Romans 1:17). Some of you start out with faith, but you go into doubt. The Lord said, These signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues…they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover (Mark 16:17,18). In the vision, I have watched God re-create parts of people’s bodies; and it is real. God’s re-creative power is the shiniest and strangest-looking white I have ever seen, and I am always so grateful when I witness it.

God is God, and He will always be God to you if you will let Him be. Israel wouldn’t let Him be God, and they limited Him. Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel (Psalm 78:41). They tied God’s hands, and He couldn’t deliver them from their enemies. Unbelief is a disobedience on our part that ties God’s hands and limits Him. You have to let God work.

Use Your Faith

The Lord said that in this last hour, we have to get rid of even the blemishes. That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish (Ephesians 5:27). We are getting ready for the one flight out, and the Lord wants each member of the bridal company to learn how to use the faith button. If you have the Holy Ghost, the teacher, He will teach you exactly how to use the faith button; and your life will completely change. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you (John 14:26).

You have great works to do for the Lord; so stop crying, doubting and being afraid and take the whole plan of God for your life. This is a time to be alive in the Spirit and in the grace and the power of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is more real to me than people are, and He will be real to you, too. Push the faith button today and get what you need from God. It is time, saith the Lord; and the Holy Ghost will direct you in how to do it. When you push the faith button, all the divinity that Jesus brought becomes available to you; but if you don’t use that button, you will come up lacking, and there is a big price to pay for that.

Faith Brings Salvation

Lord, help the unsaved to come to you so they can be taught the faith button and how to use it. If you are not saved today, say the sinners’ prayer right now. Oh, God, I am lost. I am in the night, and I don’t know my way out. I don’t know how to push the faith button, but I know you will teach me. I am so sorry that I have failed you and have not used your plan for my life. I confess my sins with all of my heart, and I give my heart to you. Come into my heart, Jesus! I put my faith in your blood, and I believe the blood of Jesus washes away every sin in my heart. Come on in, Jesus! Come on in! If you meant that prayer, you can now say, Hallelujah, He has come! Hallelujah, He is mine! I have pressed that faith button at last, and the light of the Gospel is shining brightly in my life.

Use Faith for Your Miracle

Now, you can be healed of any affliction, but you must use divine faith. Little faith will never give the blind sight, re-create a crippled person’s body or heal deadly diseases; but divine faith can cure all diseases. You have to believe that and quit letting the devil defeat you because there is no defeat in Christ Jesus.

Get ready for your miracle and push that button of healing now. The Bible says faith in God heals the sick. And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up (James 5:15). Some of you will believe man when he tells you that you are going to die more than you will believe the Lord because you are not used to using the faith button; but when you do that, you will sink, and you will die. I appreciate good doctors, good medicines and good hospitals; but when they have done all they can do, there stands the healing Christ who is ready and willing to heal you. Push the button, and you will find that out.

Lord, here they are; I bring them to you. We honor you today, and ask you to help the people to push the faith button now and be made whole. Lay a healing hand on them in your name, Jesus. Heal! in the blood name of Jesus. Heal! in the all-powerful blood name. The miracle power is moving; and now, pray this short prayer with me: Lord, come on into my body and make me well. I am pushing that healing button, and I will get well in the name of Jesus.

Now, push the faith button!! Then write and tell us what has happened to you through this Jesus ministry, and we will rejoice with you.
