Every child of God must have and use faith in this last hour, but it has to be the right kind of faith. There are different kinds of faith; and they include live faith, dead faith, faith without works, faith that’s full of feelings, faith that gets no results and even counterfeit faith. This message will introduce you to the kind you must use when you have a need—reckless faith. I’ve used reckless faith many times down through the years to build this great Jesus ministry; and it has paid off because we’ve won thousands of souls for Jesus through much prayer, fasting and looking to God.

A Great Story of Faith

As you read this message, carefully ponder this question: Why sit we here until we die? (II Kings 7:3). In this story, four lepers were shut outside the gate of Samaria because the Syrians, the enemies of God, had surrounded the city; and for many days, they wouldn’t let anyone enter or leave. Those four men were already suffering from an awful disease that caused their flesh to fall from their bones. On top of that, they were starving because they had no way of getting into the city to get food.

One day, one of them asked the others, “Why sit we here until we die?” If we say, We will enter into the city, then the famine is in the city, and we shall die there: [People in the city were also starving, and they had started killing and eating their children.] and if we sit still here, we die also. Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die (II Kings 7:4).

God is able to work for people who will move. Although it took a great effort for those leprous men to walk to the enemy’s camp, they did it through reckless faith. When they finally arrived, they were astonished to find nobody there. All of the Syrians’ belongings were there, and the horses were still tied up; but the tents were empty. Why?—because the Lord had caused them to run for their lives. For the Lord had made the host of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even the noise of a great host: and they said one to another, Lo, the king of Israel hath hired against us the kings of the Hittites, and the kings of the Egyptians, to come upon us. Wherefore they arose and fled in the twilight, and left their tents, and their horses, and their asses, even the camp as it was, and fled for their life (II Kings 7:6,7).

The Syrian army was very powerful in that day, but look what God had done. With only four lepers who used reckless faith, He had scared off an entire army without using one weapon. Today, reckless faith will scare off our enemy—the devil—and put him to flight too. The Syrians had great riches, but God saw to it that they left them all behind.

Use Your Faith to Bless Others

The four lepers then went into the Syrians’ tents. And when these lepers came to the uttermost part of the camp, they went into one tent, and did eat and drink, and carried thence silver, and gold, and raiment, and went and hid it; and came again, and entered into another tent, and carried thence also, and went and hid it (II Kings 7:8). They took the silver and gold and buried them; but then they decided, We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace: if we tarry till the morning light, some mischief will come upon us: now therefore come, that we may go and tell the king’s household (II Kings 7:9). That’s an example of revivalism and evangelism.

The four lepers headed back to Samaria with their stomachs full and cried out to the guard on the wall, We came to the camp of the Syrians, and, behold, there was no man there, neither voice of man, but horses tied, and asses tied, and the tents as they were (II Kings 7:10). When the king heard that, he said to his servants, I will now shew you what the Syrians have done to us. They know that we be hungry; therefore are they gone out of the camp to hide themselves in the field, saying, When they come out of the city, we shall catch them alive, and get into the city (II Kings 7:12).

After all the people in the city had been through, the king no longer had much energy or faith left; but one man was ready to use reckless faith, and he said, Let some take, I pray thee, five of the horses that remain, which are left in the city, (behold, they are as all the multitude of Israel that are left in it: behold, I say, they are even as all the multitude of the Israelites that are consumed:) and let us send and see (II Kings 7:13). The king knew there wasn’t much left in the city; but he agreed saying, Go and see (II Kings 7:14).

The people the king had sent out returned with a great report. And they went after them unto Jordan: and, lo, all the way was full of garments and vessels, which the Syrians had cast away in their haste. And the messengers returned, and told the king. And the people went out, and spoiled the tents of the Syrians. So a measure of fine flour was sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, according to the word of the LORD (II Kings 7:15,16).

Miracle Faith

Reckless faith is contagious. When people see one person receive a miracle, they believe they can be healed too; and that kind of reckless faith spreads throughout multitudes of people in my crusade services. Thousands receive miracles and healings, and many of them come to God and even receive the real Holy Ghost baptism. It’s amazing what God does through the blood of the Lamb. Lepers have been healed, and thousands have received miracles for AIDS; and we give all the glory to God.

Miracles and healings are promised to you too if you’ll take on reckless faith and use it. Let it deliver you and set you free just as it did me. I was dying at just twenty-three. My body had gone down to about a skeleton, and I had suffered untold agony. It seemed I wasn’t going to receive deliverance, but I continued my work for the Lord. I was determined that if God wasn’t going to heal me, I was going to die in the pulpit. Then the Lord came one wonderful night and made me whole all over, and I still live in the strength of that miracle today.

I’m glad I used reckless faith that night. I had suffered so much that I thought my faith was all gone; but when I rose up in the presence of God, I found that it had been there all the time. It was wonderful to know I was going to live and take Jesus to the world; and today, this ministry reaches into many nations.

The gift of miracles works in unbelievable ways, and people are made whole through the power of God. It’s amazing to see what God is doing as we use reckless faith. Jesus made it possible for us to have this kind of power; and He gets all the honor, the praise and the glory.

Years ago, the Lord showed me how His power would work in this final hour when He took me into a vision and actually walked with me. He showed me the greatest miracle service I had ever witnessed, and I saw twisted limbs become like melted wax as the power of God made them straight. I watched the Lord put eyes in empty sockets and do all kinds of miraculous things.

When the Lord’s healing power works through me today, He lets me see inside people’s bodies; and I can watch different parts being re-created. I never pray for the sick in a miracle service without the angel of the Lord standing by my side, and I use divine, reckless faith in each healing line. I try to get people to use that faith too, and I tell them they can be made whole all over just as I was. Going through that awful valley of pain and agony gave me the compassion I would need to help suffering humanity. I hold on to God for a person’s miracle unless the Lord tells me that He’s going to take that person home.

Have No Fear

Start ignoring what you think and use reckless faith. If the four lepers had not obeyed God, their people would have died. We hold the lives of so many in our hands too; but when you don’t use your faith to receive the miracles the Lord is trying to give you, you won’t be the witness He needs you to be. When I received my miracle, I wanted to tell the world about it; and I still do. When I see people bound in witchcraft and voodoo, I tell them they can come out. They don’t have to be afraid of witchdoctors, wizards or any of the darkness of the devil because the power in the blood of Jesus is greater than any power of the devil.

Witchdoctors rule people with fear, but God works through love. That’s why I teach people about the perfect love of God; and if they’ll accept that love, they will have nothing to fear. I once asked a former witchdoctor what happened when he had tried to deal with born-again people who had the blood of Jesus in their souls. He said he couldn’t do anything to them or put one spell on them. That’s the power of the divine blood!

Jesus Brought Healing

Through the blood, anyone who wants to be free can be; so why do you just sit there if you’re bound with any kind of disease or affliction? The Bible says Jesus came with healing in His wings. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings (Malachi 4:2). My miracle has given me wings of love and grace for many years, and it has given me strength to take Jesus to the world.

Only good gifts come from the Lord, and sickness is never good. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1:17). Is cancer perfect? No. Cancer comes from the devil, and we must send it back to him. You don’t have to accept anything that comes from the devil.

I’m not teaching you about mind power; it’s God’s power. Some people try to use the power of their minds to get what they want, but we use the Lord’s blood power. Through His blood, we can have the mind of Jesus—the perfect mind—and that’s good enough for me.

You may have cancer; but if you’ll believe God, the cancer spirits will go. People have been healed of all kinds of cancer through this Jesus ministry. I remember a man who came into my prayer line with a large spot of cancer on his cheek. I commanded that cancer to die in the name of Jesus; and as the man was walking off the platform, he rushed back to show me that the cancer had fallen off. The place where it had been wasn’t even raw.

One lady received a great miracle for colon cancer. A few days after she had received prayer, she passed her cancerous tumor while using the restroom. She told me later that the tumor was so big she had to actually pull it out of her body. What an amazing miracle! The Lord later used that woman to bring many busloads of people to my services.

You Must Live Holy

The Lord gladly gives miracles; but He wants all the praise for them, and He wants those who receive them to live holy. Jesus healed sinners; but He said, Go, and sin no more (John 8:11). Even so, preachers and teachers of the Word today say that no one can live free from sin. If that was true, then Jesus would have been a liar because He was telling people to do things they couldn’t do. The Bible says, The soul that sinneth, it shall die (Ezekiel 18:4).

Adam and Eve died when they went to the tree of death because God had told them not to go there, but Eve listened to the devil. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, [of the tree of death] then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat (Genesis 3:4-6).

I doubt that Adam and Eve ever got back to God, or I think the Bible would have told us about it. God loves the sinner, but He hates sin. The Bible says, Thou [God] art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity (Habakkuk 1:13). Of course, God sees sin, and He forgives sin; but He doesn’t look upon it with any favor.

Believe to Receive

You must believe every word in the Bible and make no room for doubt. Use reckless faith, and you can have your complete miracle. Jesus said to the impotent man, Wilt thou be made whole (John 5:6)? It’s the Lord’s will for you to be well, but is it yours? God can only work with faith.

A man brought his devil-possessed son to Jesus to be delivered. The boy would foam at the mouth and throw himself into the fire; and the father said, If thou canst do anything, have compassion on us, and help us (Mark 9:22). Jesus threw the word “if” right back at him and said, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief (Mark 9:23,24). When you feel that you don’t have enough faith, you must say the same thing.

When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit [in the boy], saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him. And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead. But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose (Mark 9:25-27).

Before the father met Jesus, he had taken his son to the disciples; but they couldn’t help him. Later, the disciples asked Jesus why they couldn’t do anything for the boy; and He said, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting (Mark 9:29).

Fasting Brings the Greatness of God

This is a fasting ministry, and that’s why the Lord can move for people in such great ways. The Bible says, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4). It’s something to be shut away with God and go many days without food, but that’s what it takes to be able to use God’s power. Some fasts go as long as forty days at a time; but Jesus fasted like that, and He is our example.

Jesus didn’t begin His ministry until He had gone on a long fast. And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing (Luke 4:1,2). After a forty-day fast, I close my case and put it completely into the hands of God saying, “Thy will, Lord, be done in everything.”

Receive the Holy Ghost

Christ is not only our example in fasting but also in receiving the Holy Ghost. When John baptized Jesus in Jordan, the Holy Ghost descended upon Him in the form of a dove. And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased (Matthew 3:16,17).

Salvation is not enough in this last hour; you must go beyond that, and you can’t please God if you don’t receive the fullness of the Spirit. This is a Holy Ghost dispensation, and the Bible says God will give the Holy Ghost to those who obey Him. And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him (Acts 5:32). If you don’t obey Him and receive the Holy Ghost, you certainly won’t make the Rapture because you’ll only be changed according to the power that worketh within you. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you (Romans 8:11).

The power of the Holy Ghost and reckless faith will take you into the greatness of God, the divine will of God and into the energy and power of the Spirit. With people like that, God doesn’t need a large number to do His mighty works. God used just a few to start the Church; but those few used reckless faith and went beyond self, friends and loved ones and into the greatness of the Lord. They became 100 percent Jesus-people, bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh. For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones (Ephesians 5:30).

No Compromise

The disciples received the Holy Ghost on the Day of Pentecost, and the fire from On High gave them the power they needed. They were ready to face Satan, to heal the sick and to cast out devils through the compassion and the power of the Spirit. They knew they were following in Jesus’ steps and that they had His love; and they knew that no matter what happened, they would have eternal life because God’s promises were true.

Many of the Early Church disciples died as martyrs for Christ’s name’s sake, but they never compromised. Could you do that? I knew I could have years ago when I began this Jesus ministry, and ministers whom I had loved and worked with turned against me. I stood at the crossroads and had to decide whether I would go on with the Lord or listen to what others were saying. I had given myself to the Lord so completely through fasting and prayer that I could have given my life if it would have brought more souls to Jesus.

I was ready to give my life then, and I’m ready now. My life belongs to the Lord, and it’s His to use in whatever way He wants to in this final hour. The Lord told me years ago that if we fail, multitudes will die and go to hell. That keeps me going, and it should keep you going too. I’m always seeking for more of God’s anointings to use so people can be saved, healed and delivered through this ministry just like they were when Jesus was here.

Do the Works of Jesus

The Lord said, And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues…they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover (Mark 16:17,18). Jesus brought His great name for us to use; and no other name will bring miracles, healings, salvation and deliverance from all bondages. It has all the power we will ever need. The Early Church discovered that, and they used the name of Jesus through the power of the Holy Ghost to do mighty works. The Word was precious to them; and as they used it, it multiplied and prevailed over all the powers of hell. So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed (Acts 19:20). The Word still does that today through the power of the Holy Spirit.

We’re in the latter rain of the Spirit, and it’s falling everywhere we go. It gives us power to cast out devils just as the Bible said it would, but you have to get mad at the devil to be able to cast him out. The Lord taught me how to cast out devils just like He did when He was here, and thousands of devils go out of multitudes of people in our crusade services. Everything Jesus did when He was here, He can do through His people today, including raising the dead; and that’s happened more than once through this Jesus ministry.

A man who was a great worker in this ministry died, and the nurse attending to him verified that he had no pulse. He was dead for twenty minutes, and he told me later that he had made it to Heaven; but so many of us had prayed all the night through, and the Lord brought him back to life. God can do anything if you’ll believe, but you have to get rid of every doubt.

Accept God’s Way

When the Lord gave me His gift of discerning of spirits, I didn’t know what to expect. When I touched people, they fell like they were dead; and I thought that maybe I had touched them too hard. Then I tried holding my hand about twelve inches from their heads, but they would still go down. If someone would be coming toward me in the aisle, I’d throw up my hand; and that person would be slain right in the aisle. At that point, I said, “Lord, do it any way you want to; just do it.”

Some people will come into my prayer line full of fear because they don’t want to be slain in the Spirit, but why would you want to limit God’s power? People think they have to be so dignified in church, yet they’ll go to the doctor’s office or the hospital where they make you take off all of your clothes and in return give you a little gown that’s completely open at the back.

I’m not against hospitals because they’re houses of mercy for the sick and afflicted; but when you’re there, you do things their way…and so it is with God. When you’re seeking His help, you have to let Him do it His way. I believe in good medicine; and so does God or the Bible wouldn’t say, A merry heart doeth good like a medicine (Proverbs 17:22). I also believe in good doctors, and many of them send patients with incurable diseases to me to be healed by the hand of God. Doctors believe in what I’m doing, and I believe in what they’re doing—we’re all working to help people.

Take on reckless faith and use it. It doesn’t matter what the doctors have said about your case because I know what the Lord says: I am the LORD that healeth thee (Exodus 15:26). I also know that the Bible says, Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). When man has done all he can do, it’s time to use reckless faith and claim God’s promise of healing.

Trust and Obey

There are people who give up and just sit there until they die; but that doesn’t mean the Lord was ready for them to die. You have to use the reckless faith that many in the Bible used; it worked for them, and it will work for you. Gideon had to use it when God took his army of 32,000 men down to just 300. Then the Lord said they weren’t even going to use weapons to defeat the enemy; He told Gideon that each man would blow a trumpet and hold an earthen pitcher with a candle in it. God told Gideon exactly what to do, and he obeyed.

Gideon was able to use reckless faith because the Lord had answered his fleeces, and Gideon believed Him. And Gideon said unto God, If thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said, Behold, I will put a fleece of wool in the floor; and if the dew be on the fleece only, and it be dry upon all the earth beside, then shall I know that thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said. And it was so: for he rose up early on the morrow, and thrust the fleece together, and wringed the dew out of the fleece, a bowl full of water. And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be hot against me, and I will speak but this once: let me prove, I pray thee, but this once with the fleece; let it now be dry only upon the fleece, and upon all the ground let there be dew. And God did so that night: for it was dry upon the fleece only, and there was dew on all the ground (Judges 6:36-40).

Don’t ever try to use a fleece if you don’t have faith. If I put out a fleece before the Lord and I’m not completely satisfied that I know what God wants, I’ll put out another one. God honors fleeces today just as He did in Gideon’s day.

God Is God

Elijah used reckless faith when he challenged the prophets of Baal to prove whether his God or their god was the real God. Let them therefore give us two bullocks; and let them choose one bullock for themselves, and cut it in pieces, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under: and I will dress the other bullock, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under: And call ye on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the LORD: and the God that answereth by fire, let him be God. And all the people answered and said, It is well spoken (I Kings 18:23,24).

The prophets of Baal cried to their god all day long and even cut themselves, but he didn’t answer. Afterward, Elijah prepared his sacrifice. He poured water over it three times; and then he prayed, LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word. Hear me, O LORD, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the LORD God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again. Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench (I Kings 18:36-38).

Only reckless faith would have believed that God could do such a thing; and when the people saw what happened, they believed that Elijah’s God was the true and living God. Then Elijah slew all 450 of the prophets of Baal. And Elijah said unto them, Take the prophets of Baal; let not one of them escape. And they took them: and Elijah brought them down to the brook Kishon, and slew them there (I Kings 18:40).

Faith Brought Divine Power to Elisha

Elijah was a true prophet of God, but it took reckless faith for Elisha to believe that Elijah was going to be raptured. How do we know he believed?—because once he found out about it, he never let Elijah out of his sight. When it was almost time for Elijah to go, he said to Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me (II Kings 2:9). Some of us might have asked for money, houses or lands; but Elisha wanted a double portion of Elijah’s spirit—a spirit of no compromise, one that was open to the revelations of the Lord and one with all the power and greatness of Heaven.

And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more (II Kings 2:11,12). Even in Elijah’s day, it took the Holy Ghost to get him out of here. The chariot that came for him was one of fire, the fire of the Holy Ghost; and the Lord did honor Elisha’s request—he received Elijah’s mantle of power that fell back to Earth and the double portion of his spirit that he had requested.

Use the Faith of Abraham

Abraham used reckless faith when the Lord told him to go to Mount Moriah and sacrifice his son Isaac. Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of (Genesis 22:2). I doubt that Abraham shared with Sarah what the Lord had told him because she didn’t have the faith he had. Abraham had to go beyond his own human thoughts and into the spiritual things of God—divine grace, divine love, divine peace, divine righteousness, divine holiness and divine guidance.

Abraham crucified self all the way to Mount Moriah, and he watched his son carry the wood as God later would watch His Son carry the Cross of wood to Calvary. And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together (Genesis 22:6). When they finally arrived, Isaac asked, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering? And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering (Genesis 22:7,8).

There was strength in the words Abraham spoke, and I’ve used that same strength and faith. God gave Abraham faith that took him to a place beyond where man had ever thought possible for God to take anyone; but in that place, he found all of Heaven backing him up. When you go beyond in reckless faith, you’ll find every angel ready to fight for you. You’ll find God the Father on the throne watching out for you; and you’ll find the Holy Ghost fire burning within you to give you all the energy, strength, wisdom and knowledge you need. You will become almost superhuman, and you won’t listen to anyone but God.

Abraham Didn’t Waver

Abraham listened to God; and he left his servants and said, Abide ye here with the ass; and I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you (Genesis 22:5). Both Abraham and Isaac had faith, and they didn’t need anyone with them who didn’t have it.

Abraham prepared to offer his son. Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood. And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son. And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I. And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou anything unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me. And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son (Genesis 22:9-13).

The angel had to cry more than once to stop Abraham, but the Bible tells us that he had offered him through the spirit with all of his heart. By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called: Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure (Hebrews 11:17-19).

In later years, that type and shadow would become living reality; and God’s only begotten Son would be carrying the Cross of wood. He would be on His way to Mount Golgotha, and nobody would spare Jesus; He would become the sacrificial lamb who was killed for you and me.

Give Up Benjamin

God supplied Abraham’s needs, and He promised to supply yours as well. But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Use reckless faith and believe that God keeps His promises, but you can’t hold anything back if you want God to move.

Some people have a little Benjamin just like Jacob did, and they don’t want to give it up. Jacob would not let his youngest son, Benjamin, go to Egypt with his other sons because he had already lost Benjamin’s only full brother, Joseph; and he didn’t want to take a chance on losing Benjamin too. My son shall not go down with you; for his brother is dead, and he is left alone: if mischief befall him by the way in the which ye go, then shall ye bring down my gray hairs with sorrow to the grave (Genesis 42:38). Some people are like that today—they’re holding on to “little Benjamin”; and that “Benjamin” keeps them from using their reckless faith and receiving all that God wants them to have. They can’t climb out of all their valleys and into the greatness of the Almighty and His divine plan for their lives.

Search yourself to see if you have a “little Benjamin”—anything that would hold you back from doing the whole will of God. Whether it’s a person or a thing, the devil is using it against you; and you have to give it up or you’ll fail God. Jacob finally gave up Benjamin, and he didn’t lose him after all. Then his family received plenty of food throughout the remainder of the famine; he found out that Joseph was alive, and he was blessed for the rest of his life.

Set Your Time

If you need God to move for you, you have to use reckless faith and set your time. All those who did that when Christ was here received their miracles. The centurion did that when he went to Jesus to get a miracle for his servant. And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it (Matthew 8:5-9).

The centurion wasn’t saved, and he wasn’t of the household of faith; but he loved his servant, and he knew Jesus had the authority and the power to heal him. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour (Matthew 8:10,13). You too have to believe that the Lord has the authority over all sicknesses, diseases and sin; and He gives that same authority to His faithful children.

One Touch of Faith

The woman with the issue of blood set her time. And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse (Mark 5:25,26). It seems that the woman must have been very wealthy; but she had spent all of her living and still wasn’t any better, so she set out to find Jesus. When she did, she just touched His garment and was made whole. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague (Mark 5:28,29).

That woman used the simple faith the Lord gives to each of us. God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith (Romans 12:3). Everyone can have that measure of faith if they want it; but if you don’t use it, you’ll never receive another one. That measure of faith takes you to Calvary; and if you take another measure, it will take you to the Upper Room and on into the greatness of God.

We have to keep taking measure after measure in this final hour until we can contend for the faith that was once delivered to the saints. It was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints (Jude 1:3). You’ll never be able to receive that faith without much prayer and fasting. I contended for that faith, and the devil came against me like never before; but I didn’t back down because I knew the Bible said we could have it. I also knew that I needed it for God’s work and to help people.

God’s Miracles Are Real

You have to know that God is always with you and that He will do all that He promised. And they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us (Matthew 1:23). When Jesus healed me, He promised me that after a long fast I would receive His healing ministry; and when I finished that fast, I knew I had it even though I didn’t feel it at the time.

The first night of my next crusade, a woman on crutches came for prayer; and when I touched her, she threw down her crutches and walked around the auditorium with me like she had never been crippled. She left her crutches there for the rest of the crusade so people could see that she didn’t need them. She had been healed by the hand of God.

A member of my congregation who had suffered a stroke came for prayer, and her mouth was drawn way over to the side. The Lord told me to use His power and to use my hands to work with her mouth just as if it were clay. As I did, the glory of the Lord came upon her mouth; and it began to move. My faith rose higher and higher, and I continued to work with it until her mouth returned to normal. That’s what the love and the goodness of God can do!

Miracles are real, so get ready for them and expect them. In this ministry, we don’t only believe in miracles, we depend on them; and they’re made real to us in every service. When the miracle power comes down, I tell people to reach up; and if they do, they can be healed of everything and made completely whole.

We don’t have just a form of godliness, and we don’t deny the power of God. We welcome that power, and people in my congregation fast meals every week so the power of God can move in our great Friday night miracle services. People come from all over the United States and other nations just to be there for one service, and we must be ready to help them. As I yield to the Holy Ghost, the gifts of divine wisdom and knowledge work in my life; and they’re real.

I never thought God would give me even one of His great gifts much less all nine of them, but I have no life of my own; I’ve given it all to the Lord. I love people; and I’m willing to make any sacrifice for them to be saved, healed and delivered from the powers of the devil and for them to be filled with the good Holy Ghost. I don’t count my own life dear, only for what it can do for Jesus.

Have No Doubt

The Bible tells us that faith in God heals the sick. And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up (James 5:15). But you can’t use the faith of God unless you have the love of God, and the Bible says we are nothing in God’s eyes without it. Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity [love], I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity [love], I am nothing (I Corinthians 13:1,2).

God made man and woman in His love, grace, power, goodness and mighty strength. Then through the blood, He made it possible for us to be plugged into the throne of grace all the time; and faith will take you there. The Bible says, Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). You must know without a doubt that you can present yourself before the throne of grace here on Earth just as if you had entered into Glory, walked down the avenue of gold and kneeled before it.

I only make room in my mind for divine faith, divine love, divine grace, divine righteousness and divine holiness. I only allow divine thoughts to remain there because I know they will bring more of the power of God to people as I minister to them. Don’t ask for prayer and then try to use your faith a little bit at a time because it won’t work. Use reckless faith and set your time just like you set your alarm to wake up. When you receive prayer, decide, “I will be made whole!” Then go forth and claim it. You may have more pain, but that’s only false symptoms. Don’t let the devil rob you of your miracle.

Miracles from Heaven Are Free

Isaiah said, With his [blood] stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Later, Peter said, By whose stripes ye were healed (I Peter 2:24). The word “were” tells you that the healing is already yours; Jesus paid for it at the whipping post.

God’s miracles are free, and I never take any money in a healing line because the skeptics would say that we make people pay for miracles. One man came to me for prayer declaring that he was going to give one thousand dollars to the ministry; but I quickly said, “You can’t buy healing from Heaven. Jesus paid for it, and it’s freely given to all.” I don’t know if he ever came back to one of my services or not, but he left with the truth. If he had wanted to give his money to the work of God because he loved the Lord, he could have put it in the offering that had been taken earlier in the service.

Simon the sorcerer thought he could buy God’s power, but Peter told him to repent of such a request. And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money, Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost. But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money. Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God. Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee. For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity (Acts 8:18-23).

Learn Jesus

Many people would like to have salvation and power from On High if they could just pay for them without having to humble themselves before the Lord; but you must delight in humbling yourself before the Lord, and you must give God all the glory for everything He does. Jesus humbled Himself even to dying on the Cross, and you must have that same humility.

You have to be just like Jesus, but the only way you can do that is by learning Jesus. He said, Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls (Matthew 11:29). The more you know about Jesus, the more you will have the reality of divinity—of the blood, of salvation, of the Holy Ghost, of the soon-coming of the Lord and of the fact that the members of the Bridal company will be changed in a moment when the Rapture takes place.

Only when you learn Jesus will you be able to trust Him with all of your heart. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths (Proverbs 3:5,6). The Lord wants us to trust Him so He can use us and protect us. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust (Psalm 91:4).

The Power of the Word

I dine on the Word. It’s my bread of life, and so should it be for each child of God today because there is life in every word God speaks. The Word gives me divine strength so that God’s power can move through me in great ways. When His power takes over my eyes, I can see inside people’s souls and know whether or not they’re saved. Devil-possessed people may tell me they’re saved, but I know they’re not.

The Lord uses His power through my hands; so when I lay hands on people through the blood, it’s the same as Jesus laying a hand on them. When Jesus laid His hands on people here on Earth, they were healed; and today, thousands are healed through this Jesus ministry, and all the glory goes to God.

When miracles take place, I always ask the great crowds of people who attend my crusade services, “Who did this?” And they cry, “Jesus!” Then I ask, “Who do you love?” And a roar goes up as they shout, “Jesus!” I bring people the love of Jesus, and I want them to love Him in return and to give Him the glory. I bring them His saving grace, divine happiness, the Gospel truth and the knowledge of the Holy Ghost. Jesus said, And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32). He also said, If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed (John 8:36).

I teach people divine freedom, and with that freedom come the Lord’s divine benefits. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases (Psalm 103:2,3). It’s very clear in this verse that it’s not the will of the Lord for you to be sick. The Bible says, Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth (III John 1:2). It’s sad that so many people don’t believe that verse.

Some preachers teach that sickness comes from God and that He uses it to keep His people in line. As a parent, would you ever use sickness to discipline one of your children? Of course not, and our Heavenly Father doesn’t do that either. God didn’t send His Son to Earth to bring sickness; He brought the promise of abundant life. Jesus said, I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (John 10:10).

Know No Defeat

This is the hour of great revelation and great visitation, and the Lord is calling on you to use reckless faith and to go from faith to faith and from grace to grace. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith (Romans 1:17). And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace (John 1:16). Paul said, But by the grace of God I am what I am (I Corinthians 15:10); and it’s only by the grace of God that we are what we are today. That grace is sufficient for anything we need. My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness (II Corinthians 12:9).

Reckless faith will make you sit in heavenly places. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:4-6). There’s no time for you to be down in valleys where you’re not able to bless and help people. You can’t allow yourself to be beat down by the devil; you have to stand up in the faith and righteousness of God.

The Bride must march ever onward without fear. She must be like a mighty army with banners and a fearful foe to the devil and his kingdom. Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners (Song of Solomon 6:10)? She must wave the blood-stained banner and trample devils underfoot. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). The Bride will have the strength of Heaven to use against the devil here on Earth, and she will become his nightmare.

It’s time to rise up and join the armies of angels and let the devil know we’re ready for war. He’s declared war on God’s people for years, and now it’s time to declare war on him. It’s time to stand up against sin, sickness and weakness of all kinds. The Bride must be on call twenty-four hours a day saying, “Here am I, Lord; send me! My life is in your hands, and I’m your instrument of holy righteousness. I’ll be your hands, eyes, ears, mouth or whatever else you want me to be. Use me, Lord; I’m all yours.”

Claim Your Miracle

Reckless faith will do great and wonderful things, so take your place in the Bride of Christ and use that faith. I launched out into the deep with reckless faith when I received my miracle. I told the Lord that if I died, I would die saying I was healed; but I knew God wouldn’t let that happen because that wouldn’t have been a good testimony for Him.

All of God’s promises are true, and the devil can’t defeat one of them; but he can defeat you if he can separate you from those promises. You have to hold onto His promises, and there’s a promise for everything we need.

One of God’s many promises is for healing, so why sit there until you die when you can be made whole? Multitudes of people have been healed just by lifting their eyes to the Lord, so use reckless faith and receive. Lord, I call Heaven down upon the people. I have given them your Word; and if they’ll only believe and obey you, they can be healed. Lord, I bring you those with HIV/AIDS, cancer, diabetes, heart trouble, lung trouble, strokes, leprosy or any other deadly disease. I bring little, deformed babies to you, and you have made so many of them whole through this Jesus ministry. Do your wonderful work right now and heal the people in the all-powerful, blood-name of Jesus. Heal!

Let Jesus In

The healing power of Jesus is flowing, so be thou made whole; but I can’t promise you healing if you don’t live for the Lord. Lift your hands and say this prayer. Oh, God, save my soul! I have sinned against you; but you said that if I would confess my sins, you would forgive me and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. I believe the blood of Jesus washes away all of my sins. Come into my heart, Jesus! Come on in!

If you meant that prayer, He’s now yours; and you have the Healer on the inside. Touch that little baby of yours, and God will heal it. Let the Lord know that you’ll always teach your child His ways.

Child of God, remember that reckless faith brings the fulfillment of the promises of God; and He is asking you, “Wilt thou be made whole?” You should answer with a big, “Yes, dear Jesus!” Hug the promise of healing to your body and get well like I did. Then write and tell me what happened to you through that faith.
