There was a sad time recorded in the Bible when Israel’s leaders had turned from God and allowed Baal worship to be brought in among God’s people, and many of the people had turned to worshiping idols. There were some who had not bowed down to Baal, but they were not bowing to God like they should have either.

It isn’t enough to say you believe in God; you have to prove it by your actions. Many people will never read the Bible, so children of God must act it out. Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart (II Corinthians 3:3).

The people of Israel were not examples of godly people like they should have been. King Ahab no longer recognized God at all, and he had married a heathen woman who believed Baal was the true God. Eventually, God got enough of wicked King Ahab, and judgment was about to strike; but Ahab had strayed so far from God that he had no idea of what was about to happen.

When you live close to God, He will prepare you for things to come; but so many people today live in fear because they won’t let God direct their paths. They have no peace and are full of fear when they look at the things taking place on Earth. As children of God, we need to walk without fear and without seeking the favor of man so God can use us in any way He needs to. We can never be afraid to stand for God and speak the truth.

Our minds must be anointed with the power of God every day, and our ears must be listening in on Heaven. Our eyes must be lifted toward God, and our thoughts must be on Him so He can lift us into heavenly places with Him. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us…hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:4,6).

Whom Do You Serve?

Going back to Elijah, the Lord told him to tell King Ahab that there would be no more rain. As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word (I Kings 17:1). Elijah said, “according to my word” because God had given him the power and anointing to do that. The instructions Elijah gave had come straight from God, and that drought lasted for three-and-a-half years. When God anoints you for something, you can speak and act according to His will through the power and unction of the Holy Spirit.

When the drought was about to end, the Lord instructed Elijah to say to all the people, the prophets of Baal and the prophets of the groves, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him (I Kings 18:21). That is to be the cry in our land today too—if God be God, then serve Him. People need to stop playing church. The Lord wants His people to gather together in the Upper Room instead of the supper room. He wants us to fast instead of feast and pray instead of play.

Elijah then challenged the prophets of Baal to prepare a bullock and put it on the altar as a sacrifice, but he told them to put no fire under it. Elijah also prepared a sacrifice in the same manner. Then he said, And call ye on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the LORD: and the God that answereth by fire, let him be God. And they [the prophets of Baal] took the bullock which was given them, and they dressed it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even until noon, saying, O Baal, hear us. But there was no voice, nor any that answered. And they leaped upon the altar which was made. And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked (I Kings 18:24,26,27).

Elijah then poured water over his sacrifice three times until even the trench around the altar was filled with water. Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice (I Kings 18:38). Elijah knew without a doubt that God would answer, and He did.

Stand and See God’s Deliverance

There are others in the Bible who stood for God as well and won. The Lord was about to destroy all the inhabitants of the Earth because civilization had become so wicked, But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD (Genesis 6:8). He and his family worked for over 100 years to build the ark, but no one outside of their family got saved in all that time. They endured much persecution, but they never gave up on God; and it was well worth it when everyone else perished in the flood.

It took the Lord 40 years to make Moses the kind of vessel who could lead the children of Israel out of 400 years of Egyptian captivity. Moses was raised by Pharaoh’s daughter and lived in the royal palace, but he gave up all his riches to separate himself and stand for God.

God used Moses to perform mighty wonders before Pharaoh until Pharaoh let the people go. By miracle power, God brought them out on eagles’ wings! Ye have seen…how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself (Exodus 19:4). God even used Moses to separate the waters of the Red Sea, so the people could walk through it on dry ground to escape the Egyptian army that pursued them.

Daniel stood for God; and when he was cast into the lions’ den for praying to the Almighty God, the lions didn’t touch him. The king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions…and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions? Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live forever. My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me (Daniel 6:19-22).

The three Hebrew boys stood for God, and He miraculously delivered them. They were cast into the fiery furnace because they would not bow to the king, and not one hair on their head was burned. They loved the Lord so much that Jesus came down to them in that furnace just like He had gone down to be with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. These three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God (Daniel 3:23-25). That old king couldn’t believe what he saw.

When you look into your furnace of affliction, do you see the fourth man, Jesus? Many who claim to be Christians don’t see Him; but if you are in the place God has ordained for you, you will see Jesus every time.

Be Strong in the Lord

(The Lord took over and began to speak through Rev. Angley as he preached this message): Thus saith the Lord, I will perform great and mighty wonders in the midst of my people. They shall behold the glory of the Lord. My people will not say, “I am weak”; they will not say, “I am sick” because the Lord is their strength, and the joy of the Lord is their hope. I will spread forth a mighty hand, saith the Lord; and I will take care of the impossible things.

My people walk with a weak mind, saith the Lord. My people walk in fear and distress. I have told my people not to let their hearts be troubled or afraid. [Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid (John 14:27).]

My people do not walk proudly as they should. I have told my people to come boldly into my presence, and they would receive help in time of need; but my people do not come to me with boldness because they do not have the spirit of boldness.

The spirit of boldness is given through the power of the Holy Ghost, saith the Lord. My people will have this boldness when they seek me with all of their heart and walk with me, and my grace will abide with them. The sunlight of my glory shall dwell within them. They will not be weak and sickly but will do great and mighty wonders. I promise that to my people; and I will bring it to pass, saith the Lord.

Look Only to Jesus

My people’s cry is not great enough before me for me to do the things I seek to do. I seek to give you miracles in abundance; and I seek to give you the gift of miracles in perfection, saith the Lord. You are looking at the mountains and crying over the mountains when there is no need to cry over the mountains. You should be looking unto your God and saying, “My God will take care of the mountains.”

The valleys are not to be feared, saith the Lord unto His people today. The valleys are places I lead my people to. I am the shepherd of my people, and would I lead you into danger that I cannot defeat for you? Would I lead you to destruction? I promised destruction only to the ones who will not follow me, saith the Lord; but my people are fearful at heart. They are fearful about their God. They are overanxious and afraid their God will not answer.

My people do not stand with confidence as my Elijah of old stood, saith the Lord. He was able to mock the enemy because my servant knew that I would do that which I had promised.

Behold This End-Time Hour

My people must be yielded unto me. They must know me until they do not fear this end-time hour in which they live. They must walk with me until they will not shrink from the duty they must perform in this final hour. They must not shrink from their sufferings as I did not shrink from them, saith the Lord.

My people are seeking to come to me, but they will seek my face only for a short time. Then, because I do not move as quickly as they think I should or in the way they planned, they become faint at heart, saith the Lord. They let up on their praying; they cease to fast, and they lay my Word aside as if it has lost its strength and its hope for them. They act as if their God no longer cares, but I promise you that the faithful will be rewarded. Those who seek my face and live in my presence daily will reap, saith the Lord unto this people.

Oh, my Children, can you not see the darkness that’s settling upon your land? Can you not see the evil spirits that are battling you and your loved ones? Can you not see there is danger everywhere? Do you not know that this is the end time for my children? Will you not open thine eyes and behold this hour that I showed to my people [of the Early Church] many years ago? They looked at it and rejoiced more than you are rejoicing today. They looked at it with greater hope than you are looking at it today.

My people [of the Early Church] went into the Upper Room; and when the Holy Ghost descended upon them, they thought they were living in your hour, saith the Lord. And they went forth to give all in the short time they had. Now, I call unto you to show forth the same zeal and courage. Do not slack up, but move ever onward into my faith and love.

If you sleep in this hour, you will die without hope and without God, saith the Lord. Then their blood [the blood of the lost] will be upon you; and I will be reminded of that when I pick up my jewels [my children] on that [Rapture] day, saith the Spirit of the Lord.

You Cannot Take and Not Give

The Spirit of the Lord is [now] moving upon the face of the Earth, and the glory of the Lord is in the midst of the children of God. Why be shackled with the sins, disappointments and despair of this final hour? Why be fearful of the destruction that awaits? Know ye not that you have a way of escape? Know ye not that your Lord is faithful who promised?

You have not because you ask in the wrong way. You ask for things; and when I give them to you, you don’t serve me any better. I have healed some of you; but I got better service from you before you got your miracle, saith the Lord. I have granted miracles in your family for you, and I have gotten less service from you than I did before I gave those miracles.

Take note, saith the Lord, of the people who were really blessed of me in my Bible. They went forth to do greater things in my name. Now, I am calling you. I have called you into the prayer chamber and even pleaded and pleaded with some of you, but I don’t find you there. I have called you to study my Word, but I don’t find you in the study room. You say, “Where is the Lord?” I told you I would be in the closet of consecration, and I am always there whether or not you feel me or see me.

I hear every word you speak. I see every tear you shed. I see how the enemy battles you. I know how you have to fight and battle to get into your prayer closet. I see your sacrificing, and I will reward in due season if you faint not.

Don’t let the sorrows of this hour or the destruction of this day hide my face from you, saith the Lord. You know I love you because I have proven my love to you daily. I have loaded you down with blessings that you didn’t consider, and you didn’t even recognize that those blessings came from your God. You just thought life had rewarded you. You thought it was an accident, but it was no accident.

Walk God’s Way

I do not lead my people by the spirit of rebuke that some think I lead them by. I lead them by the spirit of love and faith. I lead them with the spirit of humility; and because I do, they don’t think they will be able to conquer. I have told my people that the meek will inherit the Earth. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth (Matthew 5:5). And they doubt my statement, saith the Spirit.

My [Holy] Spirit is searching and searching for those who will give themselves unto me. The Holy Ghost is laying a hand upon the children of God and calling for more service from those who will yield unto the power of my Spirit, and they will be greatly blessed.

You [my people] will be persecuted and tried. You will not have fame in this world; but my grace will be sufficient for thee, saith the Lord. You will walk with me, and I will be your God. You will be my people, and nothing shall defeat you. No sickness, no disease and no demons will be able to defeat you. I will rise up with a mighty hand, and I will bring deliverance to my people. They will be witnesses in this final hour, saith the Spirit of the Lord.

Elijah Battled Hard

How long will you ask, “How can I tell others if I am not blessed?” I will bless thee, but my blessings are not Heaven. I did not promise to give you Heaven here on Earth. Elijah did not have a Heaven here on Earth. You read of his victories, but you don’t know all of his despair. You don’t know the battles of the mind he had or the evil spirits he battled against. You don’t know the dark hours of his loneliness.

You read and think only of Elijah’s victories, and you think it seemed so easy for him; but it wasn’t easy. The things Elijah did took all his strength and more. They took the strength of his God, but Elijah knew how to draw on the strength of his God; and he did. Then the Lord of Heaven gave days of victory.

Elijah’s God is alive in the land today, and his God is not blessing just one Elijah; He is blessing all of His people, saith the Lord. There isn’t a lack of my Spirit in the land because it’s here, but my people are not using my power and my Spirit. My people’s minds are cluttered with so many cares, ambitions and plans; but I am not included in them.

I weigh you with my Spirit and with my power, saith the Lord. I weigh you not to accuse you but to make you come to the knowledge of the truth, to bring you to the knowledge that you must have more of my strength because the journey is a tiresome and dangerous one. You won’t be able to make it without my power; it is an impossibility, saith the Lord.

There are more dangers that await you. There are more heartaches ahead for you, but your joy will come through my strength; and your strength will come through my love. You have nothing to fear because I will be with you; and I will delight in you, saith the Spirit of the Lord unto this people.

Act Like God Is God

How long halt ye between two opinions? Is the God of the Universe really God? Did He really speak the Universe into existence? Is He the God you serve, and is He really alive today? If so, why do you act like He isn’t? The Bible says, He that keepeth thee will not slumber (Psalm 121:3). So why do you act like God is sleeping?

Do you think God is still performing miracles today? If you cry, “Yes!”, then why don’t you act like it? Why don’t you boldly state what your God will do and stand on it?

If you believe you are really living in the final hour, you must act like it and work as if every day may be your last one. Today may be the last valley you have to go through, the last hill you have to climb, the last testimony you will give or the last soul you will win for Christ’s sake; so make the most of every minute.

We are end-time people, and God is in the midst of His people through His Son and the Holy Spirit. The divine gifts are being operated through the power of the Holy Ghost, and those who have been to the Upper Room have received power from On High to work for the Lord and receive miracles.

If you are just going to be a so-called Christian who talks only about what God used to do, there is no need to climb to the Upper Room. There is no need to talk about the gifts of the Spirit if you don’t believe they are operating today. There is no need to talk about Pentecost if you aren’t going to have a Pentecostal experience operating through you day after day.

There is no need to tell all the things you believe in and then act like you don’t mean what you say. People need to see the greatness of God in operation. They need to see the power of God fall from Heaven and consume their sacrifice, so to speak.

People need to see true children of God who are taken over by the real Holy Spirit of God. You must have the tongue of fire from On High, so you will say the things God wants you to. You must be completely yielded to His Spirit, so you will realize you are not your own. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's (I Corinthians 6:19,20). Jesus paid the price by giving all of His blood for you and me.

Never Let the Devil Torment You

Our journey with the Lord will not be easy, and there will be many trials and persecutions. Paul said, Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution (II Timothy 3:12). Jesus said, In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world (John 16:33). Unfortunately, so many people make their walk with the Lord much harder than it should be because they won’t yield to God like they should. They are trying to battle the devil without the mind of Christ or the sweet anointing of the Holy Ghost.

Some of you are not able to back off the devil long enough to have even a little bit of peace. The devil is constantly tormenting you and deceiving you to make you think you have to be troubled in your mind and in your heart all the time, but that’s a lie of the devil; and he is the father of lies. Jesus said, He [the devil] was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it (John 8:44).

You need to wake up and decide, “Lucifer, I am not going to believe you any longer, and you can’t keep my mind bound. You tried to hold on to my soul, but the Lord liberated me. The Holy Ghost came with convicting power and made me cry, ‘Oh, Lord, have mercy on my soul.’ And when I did, the chains of sin and bondage were broken.”

You are liberated from sin, so why do you let the devil into your mind to trouble you and worry you and cause you to lose sleep? You may think you can’t do anything about it, but God can and will if you will just allow Him to. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work (II Corinthians 9:8).

Is God Your God?

God will move for you and deliver you, but you have to decide that He is a live God and that you can have great help through His mighty hand. God is not a man, and what He speaks does come to pass. For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass (Ezekiel 12:25).

Elijah told the prophets of Baal, “Bring on the power of your god. If he is real, I am ready to be converted; but I must be convinced. My people and I must have a miracle-working God; and if your god can fulfill our request and answer by fire, then we will accept him. If he can’t do the job, he isn’t real; and we don’t want a dead god.”

You too must decide if you think Jehovah God can do the miraculous, but you first have to give Him a chance to prove Himself. Draw closer to Him and put on the divine armor He has made available to you. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17).

By wearing that divine armor, you will be able to stand for God at any time and in any way He needs you to. You will be able to help others get saved and filled with the Holy Ghost, so they will be ready for the Lord’s return. You will take the Gospel truth with all its divine love, peace and joy to those who have never had it before because you have divinity to use; and it will work for you and through you.

It Is Salvation Time

If you are not saved today, it is time to come to Jesus. It is time to get filled with the Lord through the blood that stained the Old Rugged Cross and become beautifully made. The Psalmist said, I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well (Psalm 139:14).

Lift up your hands right now and say, Oh, God, I am so lost, and I want to be saved. I am so sorry that I sinned against you. I know Jesus died for me, and I will live for Him. I believe the blood of Jesus washes away all of my sins. Come into my heart, Jesus. Come on in.

If you meant that prayer, Jesus has come. Declare it; believe it and never doubt it. Start praying and reading your Bible, and Bible fasting will help you too. Live holy and go on to the Upper Room and be baptized with the Holy Ghost. He is power from On High, and you will need that power to be able to meet Jesus in the air on Rapture Day.

Let Jesus Heal You

Now that you have Jesus in your heart, it’s time for a miracle. The Lord is giving miracles today just as He did in Bible days, so are you ready to receive? You may have a deadly disease raging in your body; but God has healed so many people from AIDS, cancer, leprosy, heart disease, paralysis and any other affliction they may have had. He will do the same for you.

When Jesus was on Earth, He healed people of everything. And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them (Matthew 4:24). He is doing the same thing today, but He heals for His honor and glory. You must live for the Lord, and He must get all the praise for what He does for you.

Lord, I bring the sick and the afflicted to you. Some of them have deadly diseases raging in their bodies. We know all power is in the blood of Jesus, and I come with that divine blood and your divine gifts. Heal, in the name of Jesus. Heal, in the all-powerful, blood name. Amen.

Let that anointing flow through you and get you well. Then write, email or leave a message on social media about what God has done for you. We will rejoice with you. And always remember, nobody has ever loved you like Jesus loves you; and nobody has ever cared for you like He cares. God bless you and keep you.
