Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path (Psalm 119:105). The Gospel of Jesus Christ is a lamp that gives light to our lives, and this message will help you to fully understand what that means by comparing the great Gospel lamps found in the Word of God to some of the different lamps found on Earth today. When Jesus was here, He used things the disciples were familiar with to teach them the truth; and today, He still uses things we are familiar with to bring us His truths.

An Eternal Light

The first lamp I am bringing to you is the hurricane lamp, and it is said to be a lamp that cannot be put out. Hurricane lamps stay on no matter how horrible a storm may be, and the Word of God is just like that because nothing can put out its Gospel light. People can doubt it, disobey it and talk against it; but it will never go out. It has been shining for thousands of years, and all the power of hell will never be able to put it out.

Satan has tried to get rid of the Gospel light, but he can’t do it. But the word of the Lord endureth forever (I Peter 1:25). When Heaven and Earth pass away, we will be hidden in the Word of God. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away (Matthew 24:35).

No amount of doubt, fear, worry, frustration, despair or disobedience can ever put out the Gospel lamp. The light of God will go on shining whether you make it with God or fail Him; but you must not fail or souls will die and go to hell, and some of them may be your very own loved ones.

The Bible is also a beacon light that shines from shore to shore all over the world and guides us into greater things. It shows us how to escape the treacherous traps the devil has set for us and brings us out of the waters of discouragement, despair, sickness and disease. You must know that your waters of life can be blessed by the Gospel lamps and that they can take the fear out of your life. You will have nothing to fear or worry about because they will keep you from tragedies, from death and from all kinds of despair. They have already saved many of us again and again; so we must know that we can always count on those lamps, and we must abide by them.

All of the people who are in Heaven today used the shining lamps of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Lord will make you to be completely satisfied with those lamps because the Gospel has a lamp to suit every occasion. No matter how many troubles and trials come against you or how big they are, you will be satisfied with Jesus; and you will walk hand in hand with Him. We are now making our final walk; and we must have the right kind of heart and the right kind of eyes, and we must keep up with Jesus step by step.

A Warning Signal

The Bible is a signal lamp, and you must heed its light. You see man’s traffic lights all the time—they tell you to stop when they are red and to go when they are green, and they protect you from having an accident. A signal light can also be a warning light that cautions you to stop when there is danger ahead and to go when the danger is gone. At a railroad crossing, flashing signal lights warn you to stop; and the signal light of the Gospel works the same way. Red means there is danger, so you must stop dead in your tracks and wait on God. Green means go because there is life ahead, and the Gospel is a signal light of life.

That divine light is also a light of trust because it takes patience to stop and wait when the light is red. But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Those who wait upon the Lord will always be all right.

If you fail to stop when the Gospel light warns you to, you will be damned in hell for all eternity; so when it flashes, you need to stop and go to Calvary to find a new life. If you are dissatisfied with yourself, go to Calvary and yield your whole self to the Lord. Then you will be able to say, I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well (Psalm 139:14). You must look for and heed the many signal lights of the Gospel found throughout the Bible and make them a part of your life.

A Light to the Afflicted

The Bible is the invalids’ lamp—a light to those who are suffering. I really needed that lamp when I went to the edge of the grave at just 23 years of age. I suffered so much that it seemed I couldn’t live, and I couldn’t die. I saw myself as if I was in quicksand up to my waist, and I was going down for the last count. I knew I would be dead in just a few more days, but I wanted to live and preach the Gospel. I would pray, “God, why would you call me to preach at 18 and then let me die at 23?”

Then one night, the light of the Gospel did shine. Jesus is the Word, the Gospel; and He came to me Himself and made me completely whole. He also gave me a message from His heart that said I would have the healing ministry, so I knew I was going to live! Later, I realized that it had been necessary for me to suffer almost dying like that so I could have the compassion that Jesus had at the whipping post and when He went to Calvary.

When I was so sick, the Bible was my hope and my trust. I would have been in total darkness had it not been for the divine invalids’ lamp. The Lord died so I could have it and so it would keep burning forever to give me a new life, and He brought you that light, too.

I despise death; and the Bible says, The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death (I Corinthians 15:26). Death will be destroyed for us when the Rapture takes place. The Lord told me that when our bodies are changed, it will not be death. Our natural bodies will be changed into glorified bodies just like the one Jesus had after He was resurrected; and with those bodies, we will be able to move anywhere at will. We will be able to go from Earth to the beautiful city of God in Heaven just by deciding we want to. That is the greatness and the wonder of God.

Healing in the Word

Many people suffer so much, but they will not use the invalids’ lamp. Some claim to be Christians, but they won’t humble themselves and come to God for a healing. Instead, they criticize the miracles of God. If God could not heal, you would receive no healing because the devil cannot heal. I believe in good doctors and good hospitals; and the Bible says laughter is like a good medicine. A merry heart doeth good like a medicine (Proverbs 17:22). Doctors can prescribe medicines to help you and even perform surgery; but if it wasn’t for God’s healing power, you would never heal after having surgery. God is the only one who can do the healing, and you must give Him the glory for what He does just as you give men and women the honor for what they do. Beautiful and blessed is every soul who will trust in the invalids’ lamp and yield to the light of healing.

Psalm 23 is part of the great lamp of the Word, and it has words of such comfort from the Lord that it has healed many people’s spirits and helped others in time of death. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever (Psalm 23:1-6). Who is the good shepherd?—Jesus—and He has all the lamps of light we need.

Healing from Heaven heals the mind, soul, spirit and body; so keep the invalids’ lamp burning in your heart when sickness or death comes. When the death angel takes a loved one, always remember that lamp. It may look like everything is dark, and you may not see your way at first because you loved that person so much; but God’s light will show you the way.

Light in the Darkness

There is so much trouble in the world today, and it will come to all of us. That is why we must have the lamps of the Word. In times of trouble, the Psalmist said he would hide in the Word of God. Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah (Psalm 32:7). Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word (Psalm 119:114). Proverbs tells us that we will find refuge from danger when we run into the Word. The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe (Proverbs 18:10).

You have the Gospel lamps; and when you take time to know they are shining, you will come out on top every time. Even when you cannot see your way, you must know that the Gospel lamps are still shining because no man or devil can ever put them out.

The Lord brought me out of my deepest valley after my wife, Angel, died. I loved her better than I loved myself, and I didn’t see how I could go on breathing without her. Even today, after Angel has been gone for many years, I still love her just as much. Being with her for all eternity is all the reward I will need to make me happy, and everybody will be happy in Heaven. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away (Revelation 21:4).

Always remember that the Lord is your light and your Shepherd, and He will lead you into green pastures. It may look like you are entering desolate land at times; but if you follow the Gospel lamps, you will be led into green pastures where the Lord will dine with you, strengthen you, love you and help you. The Lord has all the help you need. My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

Light to Work for God

The Bible is a working lamp, and it gives us the light we need to work for the Lord. When Jesus was here, the Gospel light shined for Him; and because we are God’s sons and daughters, the lamps of the Gospel are shining for us, too. However, the night is soon coming when the working lamp will no longer shine. Jesus said, I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work (John 9:4).

When I was a young farm boy, we used oil lamps to read by, study by and eat by; and we knew that we had to keep the chimneys of those lamps clean or the smoke would make them dark. Dad had a lantern that he used in the barn so he could see to feed the animals. We used so many different lamps on the farm; but we also had the Gospel light, and I saw that light shine year after year. I felt the safety of the Gospel lamps in our home, and the wicks were always trimmed and kept burning.

The light of the Gospel will protect you for all eternity; and it is the same lamp that conquered death, hell and the grave when Jesus was here. He led us out of darkness into beautiful light, and He even told us not to sorrow as those who have no hope when He takes our loved ones home. But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him (I Thessalonians 4:13,14). The Lord has a great plan for each one of our lives, and that plan has all the Gospel lamps in it you will need.

The Pilgrim’s Light

There are many lamps in the Bible, but the last one I will bring you in this message is the pilgrim’s lamp; and children of God are pilgrims traveling through a world in which they are strangers. These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth (Hebrews 11:13). Although we are in a strange land, we have the divine Gospel lamps, the sunlight of Heaven, to light up every step we make. They will all be steps of faith, grace, love and glory; and we will be traveling toward Heaven all the time. We have the Word that lights up our lives and gives us intelligence like the first Adam and Eve had before they fell into sin. They put out the light in their lives, but it still went on shining.

As a pilgrim, you will not be recognized by people in the world or be blessed by their words; but you will be blessed by the light of the Word. Therefore, look up and know that as long as you hold on to Jesus, you hold the Gospel lamps—the light of divinity and all the love we need.

Some of you depend on people for love, but you cannot do that. If I receive any human love, I consider it to be a bonus; and if I don’t get any, I already know I have all the strength and love I need in Jesus, and it can be that way for you. Some of you worry about people who don’t like you, but remember that many people didn’t like Jesus either; so what are you worried about? The Lord has told you not to fret or be anxious about anything. Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God (Philippians 4:6). Do you believe that God will take care of you or not?

Depend on the Gospel Lamps

All of these lamps make up the Gospel, so you must study them and let them become a part of you. They will help you to know that you will always be all right; and then you can say, “I’ll make it; I always make it.” I have used that phrase again and again, and it always gives me the light I need to trust in the lamps of God and to know that I will always make it no matter what comes my way. The Word is life. In him was life; and the life was the light of men (John 1:4). Jesus was the light of the world and the Word made flesh. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth (John 1:14).

When Jesus was here, those who sat in darkness saw the light of the Gospel. The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up (Matthew 4:16). Sadly, many of them did not come to it; but thank God, we who are saved came to it, and then we knew we could not get along without it. You cannot be satisfied with only the artificial lights of the world because they are not sufficient in this last hour. Only the grace Word, the faith Word, the love Word, the anointed Word, the gentle Word and the patient Word are a part of making a wonderful, glorious life.

The lamps of the Gospel will shine until day is done on Earth, and then the Lord will take us home. We won’t need them anymore because there will be no more storms of life. We are going to Heaven where the storm clouds never gather and where the glory of the Lord lights up the whole place.

God’s Great Warning

The Word brought us great knowledge of the divine life of Heaven; but we cannot have any of that life unless we heed the great warning of the second lamp I brought you—the beacon light. Without it, none of the other Gospel lamps will work for you. Gospel beacon lights are flashing all around us night and day trying to wake us up so we will be ready for the one flight out. The Lord wants you to know He is coming very soon, so you must redeem the time and hurry to bring in the harvest before it is too late.

The Bible plainly tells us, Remember Lot’s wife (Luke 17:32). Throughout the Old and New Testaments, God never again told us to remember any one person; so we must understand why Jesus told us to remember Lot’s wife. First, we must never look back like she did. We must believe all of God’s prophecies and everything He has told us about this hour and run the race set before us. Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us (Hebrews 12:1).

The story of Lot’s wife is the beacon light of the Bible. Although she was in grave danger, she didn’t think she was; and many people are like that today. They are looking back when God warns us not to. When Lot’s wife looked back, she was destroyed; so never look back no matter what happens, or you will miss the Rapture. In this last hour, more unsettling things are going to take place throughout the world, and there will be constant fighting in the Holy Land; but you can’t look back.

Do Not Ignore the Signals

Lot’s wife had many privileges. She had a good, righteous husband; and the wicked things in Sodom and Gomorrah vexed his righteous soul daily. Just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) (II Peter 2:7,8). The sinful ways of the people made Lot sick to his stomach, but his wife loved them.

Lot’s wife had two wonderful daughters who really loved the Lord, but she was not close to God. She enjoyed the sins of the cities just like people who look back do today. Some of them claim to be ready to meet the Lord, but they are not. Lot’s wife could have prevented the destruction that came upon her, but she was not interested.

You can see the signs everywhere of unconcerned people who do not notice the beacon lights of warning; and they are going to be destroyed, saith the Lord. That is why the Lord is moving on us to turn to Him—so He can be with us and help us. Don’t keep your eyes on people; keep your eyes on the Lord and listen to Him. He is telling us to keep moving because He is going to destroy this Earth, and He has sent us angel help to do that. Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation (Hebrews 1:14)?

Consider the benefits that flowed to Lot’s wife—the benefits of the love and joy of her family and the opportunity to get away from all sin. Lot’s sons-in-law were not interested in those things, and they mocked Lot when he tried to warn them to get ready to leave. And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law (Genesis 19:14).

Some people are not concerned enough about this warning to receive the Holy Ghost; but thus saith the Lord, you are not going to make it without the Holy Ghost. You must get moving in that direction, or soon it will be too late.

Keep Moving with God

We must have determination to keep moving with God, but Lot’s wife had the wrong kind of determination. Two angels had to nearly drag her out of the cities. And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city. And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city. And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed (Genesis 19:15-17). The angels cried, “Go to the mountain, and you will find a cave; and that will be God’s protection for you.” The cave represented the love, the grace and the care of Almighty God.

Lot’s wife was determined to stay in the sinful cities and not to let the angels take her out or to follow her holy husband and her godly daughters. She was determined to look back no matter how much of the power and the Spirit of God were with her family. Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven; And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground. But his [Lot’s] wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt (Genesis 19:24-26). She looked back because she loved the kind of life that was in Sodom and Gomorrah, and she didn’t think she could live without it. Instead, she was willing to give up her husband and her daughters; and because of that, she lost her life.

Lot’s wife was determined to defy man and God and to go back, and that is what so many people are doing today. The Bible says, Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him (I John 2:15). If you love the world, you are a hypocrite; and God despises hypocrites.

The Israelites Rejected God

Later in the Bible, we find that God tried to lead the Israelites to Canaan. He brought them out of Egypt, separated the waters of the Red Sea and fed them manna in the wilderness; but no matter what He did for them, they grumbled and complained just like some people do today. Because the Israelites complained, the Lord sent deadly, fiery serpents among the people; and they bit them. And the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread. And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died (Numbers 21:5,6).

Finally, the people cried to Moses for help. Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD, and against thee; pray unto the LORD, that he take away the serpents from us (Numbers 21:7). The people did not see Moses as a prophet until they needed help. Then they screamed for him to contact God; but when the crisis had passed, they would again ignore him and his warnings.

Moses did contact God, and the Lord told him to make a serpent of brass and put it on a pole. And Moses prayed for the people. And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live. And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived (Numbers 21:7-9). The Lord instructed Moses to tell the people that all who would look at the serpent would be healed, yet some of them still refused to look. Instead, they looked only at their swollen limbs, and they died; but those who looked, lived. You can have life for a look, or you can lose it by looking the wrong way.

That serpent was a type of Jesus Christ, the very Son of God and the coming healer, and the hideous, ungodly death He would face when He was nailed to a tree and crucified. However, through His death, we have deliverance if we want it. If you miss the one flight out, it will be because you are not remembering Lot’s wife; and there will be no excuse for you. When you do remember her, you will act like it, live clean and holy and reach out for all the divinity you can get.

Are You Watching?

Still today, people will not look at Jesus, our Healer and soon-coming King. He said He would come for those who are watching for Him. Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping (Mark 13:33-36).

Are you really watching for Jesus to come? Do you believe He will come in your day? I believe that many of those who are alive on Earth today will live to see the coming of the Lord, but so many are not in a condition to make it. Many people do not have the Holy Ghost, and even some who claim to be saved are not really saved. Thus saith the Lord, they are not saved; the devil has deceived them.

When the saints of God are raptured, those left behind will be sprawled out at altars everywhere screaming and hollering, “Come back, Jesus! Come back!” But He won’t come back for anyone. They could have gone; but instead, they will go into the great Tribulation Period, probably take the Mark of the Beast and blaspheme against the Holy Ghost, and we will never see them in Heaven. How awful!

Do Not Be Deceived

If you are really saved but don’t have the Holy Ghost, you will tarry until you get the power that will change you in a twinkling of an eye. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed (I Corinthians 15:52).

Nobody is going to make you receive the Holy Ghost because you have free choice, but you are letting that free choice destroy you when you fail to seek for and receive the baptism of the Spirit. Some of you are so far away from God that you don’t even feel His Spirit, and you are so deceived that you think you have plenty of time left; but you may have already run out of time.

If you are full of arrogance and deceit and determined to have your own way, you are in terrible shape but don’t have sense enough to know it. Thus saith the Lord, God has marked you; and you are on your way to the death chamber. If you are not completely without feeling, you are almost there. You are walking on thin ice and could fall through at any time. If you have a good, godly church to attend and you stay home when you could be there, you are not being obedient to the Word of God. You are not prayed up, sanctified or holy; and you will be left when Jesus comes.

If this describes you, then there is no place in Heaven for you. You have imprisoned yourself with the help of the devil, and you will be blocked out of Heaven. The Lord came all the way from Heaven to make it possible for you to go there, but you are not a fit citizen for that place. You only want to do what you want to do, and that will never work. One day, you will want to get saved; but there will no longer be any salvation available for you. Today is the day for salvation. Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation (II Corinthians 6:2).

If you are unsaved, you need to find Jesus. If you don’t have the Holy Ghost, you need to receive Him because time is running out. Redeeming the time, because the days are evil (Ephesians 5:16). It is almost midnight; and when the clock strikes twelve, those who are ready to go will be changed in a moment. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you (Romans 8:11). That quickening spirit can work in your body now through the power of the Holy Ghost; and one day, it will change you from the inside out.

Make No Excuses

In Luke’s Gospel, we find two men who made excuses when Jesus called to them and said, Follow me (Luke 9:59). One of them said he wanted to go and tell his family goodbye, but he should have been so glad that the Lord had invited him to follow Him that he simply should have obeyed Him. The other man said he wanted to bury his father, but he couldn’t help his father because he was already dead. The Lord told them, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God (Luke 9:62). You are told that if you look back, you are not worthy of the Kingdom because you are only making excuses for yourself without having any reasons.

Some of you think you have to do certain things that your family wants you to do even though those in your family are not living for God. You are to be a shining light to them; but when you listen to them, the beacon warning light is flashing: Danger, danger! If you continue, it will be like crossing the railroad tracks when the warning lights are flashing and telling you that a train is coming.

Today, God’s beacon light is flashing: Remember Lot’s wife! That statement may never have meant much to you before, but now you will remember it until the day you go either to Heaven or to hell. It will bring strength to you who want it, and it will bring weakness to you who reject it.

You can’t listen to family or friends; you have to live by what the Father says, and you have to speak only what the Bible tells you to say. If you listen to your family or your unsaved companion rather than obeying God, you will never be allowed to enter Heaven…but you will always know that you could have gone.

Jesus is the only door and the only way to Heaven. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture (John 10:9). I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6). Through Jesus, whosoever will can go in. And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely (Revelation 22:17). Jesus also said that no man can come unto the Father unless the Spirit draws him. No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him (John 6:44).

God’s Delivering Power

You will never see people who are in false doctrine in Heaven, and yet so many are in false doctrine today. Even preachers are in false doctrine, and they are blaspheming against the Holy Ghost. They say they are casting out devils, but they are not really casting out devils or they would not be playing with them in their own lives. Some preachers act as if the devils going out of people name themselves, but devils don’t identify themselves when they are cast out. If you have the power to cast them out, that causes them to lose their power.

In the story of Legion recorded in Mark’s Gospel, the 2000 devils that were in that man made their request to Jesus before they went out of him. There met him [Jesus] out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains…neither could any man tame him. And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones. But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him, And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not. For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit. And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many. And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country (Mark 5:2-10).

God has given me power to cast out devils, too. During one of my crusade services in America, people were scared to death when a man possessed with 2000 devils came after me; but God knocked him down like a rock. The next day, the man returned and said, “I didn’t know what I was doing when I went after you.” I had realized that because I knew he was bound with devils; but he was delivered, and I expect to see him in Heaven one day.

Headed for Destruction

What was Lot’s wife’s punishment?—She became a pile of worthless salt and was completely destroyed. When she looked back, the angels let go of her; and she was doomed. However, her two daughters and her husband served God, and they listened to and obeyed the two angels. Thus saith the Lord, the angels have held on to some of you; but they are going to let go of you real soon. God isn’t playing church with people. He is coming down to everybody who will let Him through Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Ghost; so you must live on divinity.

You do not have to go to a dead church where people insult God, speak in tongues at will or prophesy at will. God said, Come now, and let us reason together (Isaiah 1:18). The Lord told me years ago that He would show people where to go to church; and if there is not a good, godly church in their area, God said their church would be their family altar. You will have more of the grace of God and the Spirit of Heaven at your own family altar than you will if you go to a dead church. Thus saith the Lord, you will have more guidance; and you will win more souls.

Lot’s wife would have made it if she had been obedient; but instead, she became a lasting memorial of sin and disobedience, and God can’t stand disobedience. Jesus is coming after the totally obedient, and God is giving people every chance He can; but their time is almost up.

Some of you hang yourselves with your tongues because you judge others and say things you should not when the Bible says, Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again (Matthew 7:1,2). You need to live in the Sermon on the Mount, and it says we are to be as perfect as God is. Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect (Matthew 5:48). If you are not as perfect as God and that sermon are, don’t be deceived.

Children of God are going to get out of here, and then judgment will fall. The Earth as we know it will be utterly destroyed. The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again (Isaiah 24:20). The coming great Tribulation will be so terrible that there will be few men left on Earth. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left (Isaiah 24:6). God will destroy people with fire, and hell is full of that fire.

Come to the Light

I pray that God will help you today if you are deceived and disobedient. God had a plan for you, but you have destroyed it just as the people in Noah’s day did; and because of that, God destroyed them. If you fail to follow God’s plan, eternal death will be yours. The wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23).

God’s beacon light is warning you today that you are about to be destroyed. It is a command to you today to remember Lot’s wife because Jesus wants everybody to remember how and why she died. You can choose to accept that warning or reject it, but it will be sad if you are stubborn enough to reject it. Lot and his daughters got out before judgment fell, but you who are not remembering Lot’s wife will fall into the hands of an angry God and seal your doom. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God (Hebrews 10:31).

Today could be your last call, so don’t turn away from the great Gospel lamps. If you need salvation, lift up your hands and say this prayer right now: Oh, God, I am a sinner who is lost and in the night, and I must have the lamps of the Gospel. Show me the light of Calvary because I know your light shines; and you said if I would come to the light, you would not cast me out. I am repenting of all of my sins, and I believe the divine blood light washes them all away. Come into my heart, Jesus. Come on in, Jesus! If you meant that prayer, now you can say, Hallelujah! Jesus is mine.

Claim the Healing Light

Now, with Jesus in your heart, you can be healed with the healing light. Jesus went to the whipping post so we could have physical healing. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Lord, I bring the people to you for healing in the name of Jesus. You brought healing from Heaven to us; and when you healed people, you healed them of everything. You made them whole just as you did me so many years ago. Untold thousands have been healed of AIDS, diabetes, heart trouble, cancer and many other diseases that medical science has no cure for; but we have the cure in Jesus Christ. I command hearts, lungs and eyes to come to normal; and I command the cancer spirits to die. I command good health to be theirs just as it has been given to thousands of others. Heal! in the blood name of Jesus. Heal!

Now, decide you are going to get well and give Jesus all the glory. I am not the healer; I am just God’s witness, and I seek to be a good witness for Him. Write and let me know what happened to you today.

God bless you. We in this ministry love you; but nobody has ever loved you like Jesus loves you, and nobody has ever cared for you like He cares.
