And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). The peace of God must be in the heart if the mind is to receive the benefit of Heaven’s peace, love and grace.

This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith (I John 5:4). What is our faith? The Word of God. This is our victory: faith in the Word, the meat of the Word. You who have just received salvation are on milk, but you who have journeyed into the truths of God are dining on the meat of the Word.

Many Christians have stayed with the milk of the Word for years, refusing to go any deeper in the Lord. It has made them weak, missing the blessings that God wanted to give them, overlooking opportunities to do God’s will. Unable to handle problems effectively, they have never matured as Christians.

The meat of the Word gives the strength to trample devils underfoot, shows how to use the power Jesus used. Jesus, the Word made flesh, demonstrated what the meat of the Word would do. He tried to feed meat to the disciples while He was here on Earth, but they were not ready. The milk of the Word was all they could handle.

In this hour, the Bride of Christ will live on the meat of the Word. The meat will enable her to do great works for God. Many wonderful manifestations will be seen on planet Earth—miracles, healings in abundance in this final hour. The Lord is walking the earth one more time with mercy, with armfuls of miracles and healings, demonstrating His love for a lost and dying world just before all-out judgment. It’s time to rise up and know the meat of the Word, know it’s strength, it’s wisdom, knowledge and greatness.

The Eyes of God

As you dine on the meat of the Word, many things that have hindered you in the past will hinder you no longer. If you have had a pattern of allowing people to bother you in the little things they do and say, you will find yourself soaring above them, saith the Lord, and entering into the greatness of God. But if you don’t take the meat of the Word, you will listen to criticism, to idle words. The meat of the Word provides the vision of the eyes of God. It enables you to see as Jesus saw when He was here on Earth, to be looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). With Jesus you have the eyes of the Word, the eyes of God to see that which God is doing. Knowing what God is doing, you can embrace it all. The meat of the Word gives vision to recognize that the Church dispensation is ending as endtime prophecies are being fulfilled. You see as the eyes of God see; but to see as God sees, you must keep your eyes on Him.

The Great Commission

When Jesus was here, He sought to give the disciples Heaven’s vision, Heaven’s sight for lost humanity. Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature, Jesus commanded (Mark 16:15). To carry out such a command, the disciples had to prepare. Although they needed the meat of the Word, they existed on milk before the Resurrection and Pentecost.

After Pentecost, the Early Church entered a miraculous time; persecutions forced them into relying on the miraculous. The Spirit of God was poured out, and babes matured in the Lord overnight. Taking the strength of the Word, they became soul winners, great witnesses carrying the message of Jesus.

Develop through Miracle Power

Now we have come to the pouring out of the Spirit, and again the Lord does not want His children to remain babes. He wants you to mature quickly; the Lord hath need of you. You will develop through miracle power, through the miraculous Word of the Living God, taking on the strength and vision of Heaven. The weights that have held you down so long will hold you down no longer. You will see those problems as the Lord looks upon them, and they will not hinder you the way they once hindered you, saith the Lord. But you must come into the meat of the Word. The meat of the Word is your victory, your faith, your life. The meat of the Word is the greatness of God for all of us in this our last hour.

Partakers of the Divine Nature

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature (II Peter 1:4). Although we have been given exceeding great and precious promises, many have not been able to use the promises of God included in the meat of the Word. The meat of the Word makes all the difference in the world. Many know the letter of the Word; but because the Word is not in the soul, they do not benefit from it, they cannot use it or keep it. Therefore, only a few of God’s promises have been fulfilled for most of God’s people in the past. No more. The time has come that God’s people must go on into the greatness of the Word, letting the Word be in action daily as they are partakers of the divine nature.

Be conscious of the fact that you are a partaker of the divine nature of Almighty God. His supernatural greatness, that supernatural overcoming strength and power is the reason we can walk like Jesus, talk like Him and be like Him—that miraculous love, faith and longsuffering. Jesus said, If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you (John 15:7). If you abide in Him, and the meat of the Word abides in you, you can ask what you will.

God cannot be separated from His Word; the Word is your meat. The Word was God. The Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us (John 1:1,14).

More Than Mental Assent

If you cannot hold onto the promises of God, they’re only in your mind, not your soul; you have not allowed those promises to take root in your soul. God’s promises must take on life through the Spirit of God in your soul to produce, to be digested in your innermost being—the Word, the promises.

Many are prone to doubt God, believing Him only as long as their minds accept what is happening. When the physical vision and the mind come into conflict with the promises of God, doubt takes over. You cannot allow yourself to doubt any of God’s Word in this final hour. Check yourself to see if you are really using the Word, if your soul is using the Word. Does your soul harbor the Word of the Living God? Is the Word inside or just in the mind? If the promises are in your mind only, I say again, you will not hold onto them.

Hide the Word of God in your heart. You cannot read the Word, letting it be a part of the mind but not of the soul, and expect to receive from it. Many have given only mental assent to the Word of God and then wondered why God didn’t move. They have not used God’s faith stored in the reservoir of their souls. Because they agreed only in the mind, the Word was soon erased from it. Whatever is in your mind can be wiped out, but the greatness of God in your soul can never be wiped out so long as you do not willfully sin.

Mental agreement alone that God will answer your prayer has no real defense against adversity. A little bump comes, and that mental faith flies out the window. No longer do you believe God will move for you. That’s the reason God’s people have doubted so much in the past.

In this last hour, doubt cannot be allowed to continue. The gift of miracles will not work in a spirit of unbelief. God’s faith must be present in the soul in order for the gift of miracles to work. The more that faith is manifested in the souls and minds of God’s people, the more the gift of miracles can work. God’s power and greatness toward mankind will be manifested in this last and final hour.

The mind’s capacity is limited in how much it can hold at one time. In order to take in some thoughts, we must brush others aside. But the soul’s capacity is unlimited. You can put every promise in the Word of God into your soul, everything in the Bible, every bit of wisdom that God has ever given to mankind.

The Waters of Salvation

Draw from the soul. Jesus told the woman at the well, whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life (John 4:14). Wells of water bubbling up into life everlasting, no limit. Wells of spiritual water in our souls come with salvation. What joy it is to drink from the waters of salvation and to have the waters of salvation gush forth into the mind! The soul is the only part of you that can keep the wonder of salvation, the only part of you that came straight from God.

The flesh is not eternal; it will go back to the dust of the earth—unless you are taken in the Rapture—but your soul is eternal; it cannot die. When a soul is holy through Calvary, through the blood of Jesus, it cries out for the things of God. You cannot satisfy the soul with material things of the world, with the fruit of the earth. The meat of the Word alone will feed the soul.

Let Heaven Be Real to You

The only Heaven some have is that of the mind. Easily discouraged, they are quick to give up because Heaven is not real to the soul. The Lord offers you the promise of the greatness of His Heaven. That promise in your soul gives you strength to draw from. When you come to the place you don’t know what to do, it’s time to decide to walk with Jesus until you reach Heaven. Let Heaven become a reality to you, mind and soul. Do you think you are headed for a figment of your imagination when your life on Earth is ended? The Lord has told you of a place that is real, a place that eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him (I Corinthians 2:9). God hasn’t placed all the knowledge of Heaven into our hearts but enough to encourage and give us strength.

The Truth Delivers

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32). The truth shall make you free—that’s real meat! Why be in bondage? If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed (John 8:36). If the Son sets you free, you are free. Put that promise into your soul, and then your mind can draw on the knowledge. I’m free! Nothing can bind me! I am free from all sin.

God’s promises of healing, of miracles are true—the truth shall make you free. Just like the miracle of salvation is promised you, the miracle of healing is promised. You who are born again discovered the miracle of salvation and claimed it for your life. Claiming healing is that simple.

Should sickness come, draw on the promises of healing. With his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover (Mark 16:18). I will take sickness away from the midst of thee (Exodus 23:25). [The Lord] healeth all thy diseases (Psalm 103:3). The prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up (James 5:15). These promises of healing cannot be in your mind alone; they must be in your soul, for when the body is in pain, that suffering can erase the promises of God out of your mind.

It’s easier for your mind to believe in death than in healing when you are in pain, easier to hear the voice of man than the voice of God. Listen for the voice of God through His promises. His promises must be in your soul.

I am the Lord that healeth thee (Exodus 15:26), rings loud and clear when you are well and love the Lord. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to-day, and for ever (Hebrews 13:8) is easy to believe when all is going well. But when you are suffering, and the doctors have done all they can, you have something beyond man’s help. You have a remedy for that sickness, for that disease: the life of Jesus living in your soul, the promise of healing. Draw from that promise no matter how you feel, no matter the condition of your body. Don’t go by feelings of disaster; go by the Word of God.

You can get well; you can have good health—through Jesus. You can be free of that disease or affliction through Him, not through self, not through doctors who have sent you home to die. Jesus is the healer. You can have life through Jesus when you have the meat of the Word. The meat of the Word says, I am the Lord that healeth thee!

A man came to Jesus, doubt in his mind and spirit whether his son could be healed. The disciples had failed to help. But the meat of the Word said, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief. When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him. And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead. But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose. And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out? And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting (Mark 9:23-29).

The question wasn’t whether Jesus could do it but whether the man could believe. God can do it, but do you believe? The promise of healing will not be preserved if it doesn’t drop into your soul. Your pain, your condition or adverse circumstances will rob your mind of that promise of the Lord.

Are you planning to be sick, or do you believe God’s promise of healing in His Word? The father who came to Jesus took a healed son home with him. If that instance of healing enters your mind and not your soul, it will not give you great strength. When hearing of miracles, you can become excited momentarily; but if the miracle gets no farther than the mind, the excitement is soon gone.

The Lord Healed Me

In my twenties I was close to death. Watching my body waste away to almost a skeleton, I believed my mind that told me I would die. Months and months earlier, however, God had given a prophecy saying that He would heal me. It was a prophecy of life, health, strength. I should have placed it in my soul so that the strength of that great promise would come into my mind every day, every hour, even in those awful times I was suffering so horribly I was barely alive. When God didn’t get me well in just a short while, I lost sight of the promise and stopped drawing on it. More and more became wrong with my body. In fact, I was in such a condition of suffering that the promise of healing was simply wiped out of my mind.

I paid a great price for not remembering. I wanted to live to preach the Gospel to the whole world, to tell everyone about Jesus, but my mind was in sympathy with my body. My eyes seeing my body coming closer and closer to death gave my mind a grim report.

People can reach the place of not being able to pray because they are suffering so intensely. In such agony, all they can do is groan.

Then one night the Lord came to me, healed me and lingered to talk, telling me some of the things that were going to happen in the ministry, how I would go on a long fast, how I would have His power for the healing of the people when I came out of that fast. His words didn’t leave my mind, for they were lodged in my soul. I had been visited by Jesus. He had talked with me and it didn’t matter how I felt. Although I still felt pain, I didn’t confess it. I confessed life. I’m going to live! I’m going to live! I would get well; God had said so!

My mind had lost contact with that earlier prophecy of healing but not with this one. Now I clung to the promise fresh from the Lord. I couldn’t die because the Lord said I was going to live, going to do things for Him, and He couldn’t lie. You must remember that the promises of God are true. When they are in your soul, you can draw on them and they go into action; they are life.

I had to let the things God told me go into my soul. I have carried them in my soul all these years, watching the fulfillment of them one after another. Had I carried them in my mind only, they would have escaped me again and again because of all the waiting, the passing years. But not so. The promises are carried in my soul.

Claim God’s Promises

The Lord told the Israelites that the whole land of Canaan was theirs, but they had to put their foot on it. Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be (Deuteronomy 11:24). The Israelites had to claim the promise of the Holy Land just as you have to claim the holy promises of God in order to possess them.

God’s promises are supernatural. The mind works against His promises, hindering you from putting your foot on them and claiming them. But the Spirit of God that dwells within you will rise up to help you, help you claim all of His promises; they’re yours.

Know the truth. Know what God has promised you, what is yours. Sometimes doubt enters. People don’t always feel salvation, and the mind says they aren’t saved—even though they have committed no willful sin. One doesn’t lose salvation simply by not feeling it. Salvation does not hinge on feelings. The just shall live by faith (Romans 1:17). Live according to the Word of God, not according to your feelings. It isn’t a matter of feeling you have been born again; it’s a matter of knowing. You are saved by grace, not by works. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8). If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (Romans 10:9). Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved (Acts 2:21). If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (I John 1:9). If you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart on Jesus, the Lord is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness, and you shall be saved. Claim God’s promises of salvation.

God’s Promises Never Fail

All scripture is given by inspiration of God. You will not use more scripture than you believe. All scripture came from God and is profitable. The Word of God has strength, meat for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. The meat of the Word covers everything we need that the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works (II Timothy 3:16,17).

We don’t have to worry about the Word losing its power, about it vanishing. Many things become lost to us; loved ones can be taken. People who were our great strength in life may suddenly be gone. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away (Matthew 24:35). God will keep His promises to you; His words will not fail, enduring for all time and eternity.

It will be easy to believe God’s promises when you walk down the streets of Glory, but that same faith is good for your walk here on Earth. You have the same faith now that you will have then—God’s faith. The Word of God is to be used now. It takes no more faith on Earth to believe all God’s Word than you will have when you’re in Heaven.

It isn’t your faith that makes Heaven a reality to you; it’s God’s faith given to you to use. Human faith will not take you to Heaven—only God’s faith.

Why depend on yourself, why trust yourself when you know self is limited? Why not take hold of the Lord’s hand and let Him move for you? Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.

Your Strength Comes from the Word

Paul learned the secret of using the meat of the Word. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me (Philippians 4:13). Your strength comes from the Word. Depending on people for your strength gives you people-strength. People-strength will fail sooner or later. God, however, is not limited in what He can do for you. God’s love will see you through the dark nights. God gives sight to the blind, hearing to the deaf. Hopeless, helpless limbs come alive under the unction of His power. God imparts life into the sick and afflicted. He is the one who gave man life in the first place. The clay God used to make man contained no life. Life comes from God; He breathed life into the clay and man became a living soul. The soul came from the breath of God.

The Soul That Sinneth Shall Die

The Word tells you to go back to the beginning in the Garden of Eden. The wonders God can do when man does not hinder Him are recorded in the account of God creating the heavens and the earth. God had no limitations on Him until man became disobedient.

Again and again we limit God. Psalm 78:41 tells us that they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob was limited by the Israelites; His hands were tied so that He couldn’t work for them.

In Eden, God worked with freedom, made a perfect man who would have lived forever had he not sinned. But when that soul became contaminated, it separated itself from God. And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die (Genesis 2:15-17). When disobedience wormed its way into the soul, that soul died. The soul that sinneth, it shall die (Ezekiel 18:20).

A soul cannot live if sin is within it. Any soul harboring a speck of sin has no life of God. Jesus said, No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon (Matthew 6:24). If there is any rebellion against God in your mind, you must clear it out. If you willfully leave it there, it will drop into your soul as sin. Willful, unrepented sin against God means eternal death.

Sin that dropped into the souls of Adam and Eve brought disaster. One day they had nothing but a glorious life in Eden, and the next day it was spiritual death outside Eden. The voice of God today is still crying, the soul that sinneth, it shall die! People say they can’t live free from sin, but Paul said he could do all things through Christ.

The devil is a robber. He knows he can rob the mind, that it is gullible, changeable. In an instant, the mind can veer off in many directions. But the soul goes one direction with God; as long as the soul is directed by the meat of the Word it will continue on God’s path. Nothing but willful sin can divert the soul’s course.

Put the promises of God into your soul and carry them there. Never check your mind for your salvation or your baptism in the Holy Spirit; check your soul. If you are saved, baptized in the Holy Ghost, it may not always register in your mind but it will in your soul. Your mind isn’t big enough to contain all of God, but your soul, remember, has unlimited capacity. How marvelous!

Wear the Armor of God

The meat of the Word tells us, Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand (Ephesians 6:13). All the armor that God has used to turn back Lucifer, to cast him out of Heaven, all the armor that God has used in every battle on planet Earth since man has been here is included in the armor of God. The whole strength of God is in that armor. Man has nothing to do with providing this armor; it’s God’s armor, all of it. When you have done all to stand, then stand. It’s just that simple, but stand with the whole armor of God.

From Heaven, Jesus brought what we need. He didn’t come to patch up man; He came to make men and women new creations, to fill them up with Heaven’s greatness so they could use the whole armor of God. We don’t have to worry about being destroyed; we needn’t dread tomorrow. God’s new creations will last for all eternity with Him. Eternity is measureless like God Himself. The devil has no control over eternity—only God has.

Human love wears thin here on Earth, but divine love grows greater and greater. Human love dies; divine love lasts forever. When the body passes away, human love passes with it; but God’s love remains no matter how many people die. It can’t be taken away from us as long as we want it.

Jesus said, Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). That power comes with the protection in the whole armor of God. Only God has power over the devil. Who can defeat the devil but God? Those wearing the whole armor of God have never been defeated. The devil has battled, fought and done everything he could, but never has he been able to penetrate the armor of God. The armor of God will destroy the kingdom of Lucifer completely. Wearing the whole armor of God, you need not tiptoe around him; you can bulldoze him under. He lets us use His armor—take pride in it. It’s armor we must have.

In my name shall they cast out devils, Jesus states in Mark 16:17. Wearing God’s armor, you have authority from On High to cast out devils. In the name of Jesus, come out! and the devils must obey. To the unbelievers, the devil whispers, Fanaticism! But when he in the name of Jesus is commanded to go by the voice of an anointed child of God, he has no choice. He has to move.

The power of God rolls forth from the soul that wears the whole armor of God, the soul holy, uncontaminated, sanctified in the presence of God. God’s power strikes, and the devil is defeated again and again. Thank God for the greatness of the Bride wearing the armor of the Lord! No wonder the devil fears her! No wonder the devil comes against her!

Satan Is a Bluffer

The devil is a bluffer; don’t let him bluff you. He’ll keep you cowering under a blanket of fear if you let him. But you can resist him and make him run if you know the power in the armor. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). He will flee, run. Why? Because of God’s armor, because of the strength and power of God. God’s almighty power is here for you to use! Know who you are in Christ, what is available to you. His children dwell in the hollow of His hand. All Heaven is for them; all hell against them, in an uproar seeing what God is doing on planet Earth.

Will you be afraid because hell is boiling over? Why fear death when the Lord has conquered death, hell and the grave? In God you need fear none of it. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you…Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid (John 14:27). How many times have you been afraid because you didn’t let these words of Jesus live in your heart? You forgot the strength, the meat of the Word, forgot to dine on the Word.

When fear comes in, hear the knock of the Lord at the door; hear Him saying, Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me (Revelation 3:20). The Lord will spread the table. Was He not the one who fed the disciples after the Resurrection? He prepared the food for them to come and dine!

When you dine with the Lord, when you wear the whole armor of God, you will be a true soldier the Lord will be proud of. The devil will hate you for your stand, try to distract you, get your attention. He wants to make you think disaster will fall on you any moment, but he, remember, is a bluffer.

An Earthquake of Power

A devil-possessed fortunetelling girl followed Paul and Silas. The girl cried out, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation. And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour. And when her masters saw that the hope of their gains was gone, they caught Paul and Silas, and drew them into the marketplace unto the rulers, And brought them to the magistrates, saying, These men, being Jews, do exceedingly trouble our city, And teach customs, which are not lawful for us to receive, neither to observe, being Romans. And the multitude rose up together against them: and the magistrates rent off their clothes, and commanded to beat them. And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailer to keep them safely: Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks. And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed (Acts 16:17-26). Paul had on the whole armor of God as he used God’s power to cast the devils out of the fortunetelling girl. The girl was free. Imprisoned for it, Paul and Silas still wore the armor of God, and God sent a great earthquake of power to free them from prison.

All Things Are Possible

In this last hour you will either worry the devil, or he will worry you. Which is it going to be? Who will have the nervous breakdown, the devil or you? Who will be tormented? Reach down into your soul for the answer. It must come from the soul and not just the mind, or you will not overcome. Through Jesus Christ you have power over all the forces of evil, power over all darkness. He has given His children authority to use His name any time.

Examine what the Early Church did with the promises and teachings of Jesus. Not only in their minds, His words were engraved in their souls, written on their hearts with the love and power of the everlasting God.

Through the blood of Jesus, His promises are written on the walls of our souls. Fear not. All things are possible—only believe. Look to the storehouse of your soul, not your mind. See what the Lord has planted there, and shout the praises of God. Faith, God’s faith that comes from the meat of the Word, is our victory.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might (Ephesians 6:10). You are strong through the power of His might, through the power of God! His power belongs to the children of God, and He delights when you use it. Gladly He furnishes it to you. He sent the Holy Ghost to live and dwell on the inside of you to operate the power of God through you.

Power from On High

The revival is not on the way; it’s here. Let God do what He wants to do. The rain of the Spirit is pouring. Why put up an umbrella of doubt, fear and frustration that keeps the Spirit out? Accept God’s way. Let the rain of the Holy Spirit fall on you—it’s power from On High!

Jesus told the disciples they would receive power from On High. Ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you (Acts 1:8). In the Upper Room, about one hundred twenty awaited that power from On High. They didn’t know just what it would be like, but the Lord said it would come and they were looking for it—and it fell.

You may not understand all the Lord has for you, but look for every bit of it. I don’t know everything the Lord has in store for His children, but I know it is coming in the form of His love. When I see God’s love, I will use the strength it contains. You can use it, too.

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40:29-31). If you tend to faint in the work of God, He will give you power to overcome when you reach for it. Some people crumple at the very time God needs them most. Spiritually, many are fainters. But the Lord has promised to increase strength; just ask Him for it.

Under the Wings of the Almighty

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid (Psalm 27:1)? The Lord is your strength. Do you depend on Him? Some people thought they could depend upon their house until the earthquake came. When the house began to fall apart they realized they had depended on the unreliable.

Where will you find your refuge, your strength? Under the wings of the Almighty. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust (Psalm 91:4). Under the wings of the Almighty you have nothing to fear, nothing to worry about. Fear is rendered helpless when the power of God strikes it. In this last hour God will use His obedient children. Victory is yours when you claim all that is available to you from God. Victory in Him comes when you use the faith and greatness of God.

Use What God Furnishes

When the promises of God are written upon the walls of your soul, nothing can erase those promises but willful sin. As you yield to the Lord, those promises will flow, flow, flow. You yield to those promises by accepting them, accepting the Word of God in your mind and soul.

He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified) (John 7:38,39). Rivers of spiritual water gushing forth from the innermost being will bring life to a desert of lost souls. There is no scarcity of the Spirit of God.

Yield to God; decide you are going His way, going to use the life of God, His promises, His strength and help. Use the things God is furnishing. He knows your spirit, what you need: the whole armor of God. Be grateful for that armor. Decide that you will pay the price no matter what others do.

Praise God for what He has placed in your soul: the greatness of His very Son. Remember, there is no limit to the capacity of the soul for the things of God.

The Sinners’ Prayer

You who are unsaved: You need Jesus. Your soul is empty, a desolate land that has gone without water for such a long time. Let Jesus come into your heart. He will if you want Him. You don’t think you can believe? Just open up your soul, and let the Word flow in. The Word will make you a believer when you open up to it. Jesus will move in to start His wonderful redemptive work with the blood that stained the Old Rugged Cross, cleansing your soul of every speck of sin, getting that soul ready for the Holy Ghost to move in.

Pray this prayer with me now: God, I open up my heart to you. Save my soul! Forgive me of my sins! I am so sorry that I sinned against you, but I have come home. I’m going to serve you, Lord, the rest of my life. I believe the blood of Jesus washes away all of my sins, all of my sins! Come on in, Jesus! Come on in!

If you meant that prayer, He has come. Praise Him for His matchless salvation!

Let the Healing Power Flow

You who are sick or afflicted, agree with me in prayer now. I come with His power, ordained by Him to pray for the sick. His gifts are the ones that can set you free in His Holy name.

Lord, I bring the sick and afflicted to you—that cancer victim, the heart patient, the crippled one, the paralyzed one, the diabetic, the disabled ones, any who are suffering from disease. Nothing is impossible with God. I bring all the sick and afflicted to you. In the name of Jesus, heal, heal! In the holy name of the Lord, heal! In the mighty name of Jesus, in the all-powerful, holy name of Jesus of Nazareth, I command it done.

As I prayed that prayer, I felt the healing power flowing, the power that will get you well. There is life in His power. Watch for all improvements daily, and get well. Then write and tell me about it, and I will rejoice with you.

The Lord is moving by His greatness. This is the Word of the Lord that has been brought to you. The meat of the Word is what you need for this endtime hour. If you fail now, you may have no chance on tomorrow. You are going all the way with Him, or you will be lost somewhere in the night. Just one flight out—if you miss it, you will be spewed into the Tribulation Period. It’s time to look up. Redemption draweth nigh. Take the meat of the Word, and live on it daily, and the peace of God which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ (Philippians 4:7).
