Mystery is something unexplained, unknown, an event kept secret. In theology it’s an assumed truth that cannot be comprehended by the human mind but must be accepted by faith. Those who are close to God do not let the things they don’t understand bother them; what they don’t understand they take by faith. But the natural man, the person without God, the man who hasn’t been born new or come into the new and living way that Jesus brought, cannot understand the spiritual world. He won’t take the Bible by faith.

To understand God it is not necessary to find the answers to every question that comes to your mind. Stay before God so He can give you understanding through the Holy Spirit of what is important. The Word was written by the Holy Ghost and it is spiritually discerned.

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual (I Corinthians 2:12,13). We must have the Holy Spirit to be able to discern the spiritual things of God, for the natural man can’t comprehend God. The inner man born of the Spirit of God understands spiritual things through the teacher, the Holy Ghost.

That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world (Matthew 13:35). This is speaking of Jesus; He came to reveal the mysteries of Heaven to us. Through Jesus Christ we have knowledge, understanding of the Bible; without Him, we don’t.

You cannot understand the New Testament without sound knowledge of the Old Testament. Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus (Galatians 3:24-26). Many do not think it necessary to study the Old Testament or the Law, but it is if you want to understand the mysteries of God.

Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15). Study to show yourself approved of God; draw on the knowledge of the Bible so the Holy Spirit can divide it for you; put all the pieces into place. The Word has been delivered to you; the Bible is your Book, and the Holy Spirit is the author. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost (II Peter 1:21). The Bible is Heaven’s will for mankind today.

Civilization Began in Eden

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth (Genesis 1:1). God unveils Himself in the first chapter of the Bible. It’s God at work, God showing His miraculous power, His wonderful works on planet Earth. We do not know how many millions of years after God created the world in the beginning, recorded in verse one of the first chapter of Genesis, that the events described starting in verse two took place. The earth is millions and millions of years old. Skeptics say the creation of Genesis could not have happened a mere six thousand years ago. They cite as examples the discovery of bones and fossils, the evidence of monstrous animals, dinosaurs. Yes, those things are as old as claimed, and, no, the Bible is not wrong with the creation story. Let me explain. When God created life as described in Genesis, He began with an earth that was void, covered with water, an earth that had been created previously. Before the time of the Garden of Eden we have proof of life—animals, cave men—but some catastrophe destroyed it all. A world millions of years old was destroyed; civilization began in the Garden of Eden approximately 6,000 years ago. I repeat, we do not know how much time elapsed between the two periods.

I-Am That I-Am

Where did God come from? God has always been. He had no beginning, will have no end. Jesus said, I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty (Revelation 1:8). God told Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you (Exodus 3:14). The human mind is unable to comprehend the explanation of the existence of God, a being with no beginning and no end. That mystery will probably be unveiled sometime during eternity, but until then we just have to know that He is God, the great I-Am who has always been and always will be.

He that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6). Jesus Christ the same yester-day, and to-day, and for ever (Hebrews 13:8).

God made the grass, the trees to grow, life everywhere. Eden must have been the most magnificent place outside Heaven that ever has been. No death touched Eden before the fall of man. Flowers bloomed the way they do in Heaven. Every fruit that man could desire to eat surely was there.

God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness (Genesis 1:26). Whom was God talking to? Not to the angels but to Jesus the Son of God. Jesus was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not (John 1:10). We recognize Jesus as Creator as well as Savior.

Man Had Dominion over the Earth

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul (Genesis 2:7). God gave part of Himself, His very breath to this body made out of clay. The soul comes from God; it’s a part of God and that’s the reason the soul cannot die. You wouldn’t have a soul unless it came from God. It will exist forever in Heaven or in hell, and nothing can change that. The soul is the only part of you that is eternal.

And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it (Genesis 2:15). Some think another civilization existed before Adam and Eve because God told them to replenish the earth. God told Adam to replenish the earth so the Garden would increase. God put man in charge of the earth.

God gave man dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth (Genesis 1:26). God put great trust in man and woman. The knowledge Adam had been given was God’s knowledge. He was created an intelligent being. He didn’t need to go to school; he had all the knowledge necessary. It came from God. Adam was made in the image of God and given wisdom. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good (Genesis 1:31).

And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him (Genesis 2:18). God decided to take a part of Adam to make his helpmate. And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man (Genesis 2:21-23).

Did God Know Man Would Sin?

Most people, saying God knows everything, think God knew man would sin. But just as God has power to know, He has power to not know. To say God knew Adam and Eve would sell out to the devil and be the instruments of Lucifer in sending multitudes to hell is to blame God for the fall of man. He is not responsible for that tragedy. God will not share any blame for it, not one tiny bit. He gave man everything he needed to stand against the devil, and we today still have that power to stand against the devil. If we give over to the enemy, we are without excuse.

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die (Genesis 2:17). Satan had already fallen at this time, been cast out of Heaven. The knowledge of evil was something Adam and Eve didn’t need to have. They didn’t need to know about Satan, sin. If they partook of the tree of knowledge they would take on the same spirit Lucifer had taken on, a spirit that had caused God to cast him out of Heaven along with a third of the angels. The Lord told them not to touch that tree, for He knew the disastrous consequences that would be set in motion.

In the third chapter of Genesis, we read of the fall of man. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die (Genesis 3:4). Did animals talk in the Garden? The serpent talked. God one time talked through a mule. The devil, also, can talk through different things. He is deceitful, cunning and he seeks to counterfeit everything God does. He copies, never uses the real thing.

And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden (Genesis 3:8).

Did God know Adam and Eve were going to sin when He created them? When God made Adam, He didn’t create a monster; had God known Adam was going to sin, God on purpose created a man who would turn into a monster and wreck the universe. He didn’t do it. God is a good God: God is love (I John 4:8). He is all love. To think that love would plan the destruction brought about by sin is ridiculous. It would be impossible for God to have known that Adam was going to sin.

Many take scriptures out of context, become confused and declare that God had to have known that man would sin when He created him. They claim God knew when He made Eve that she would fail and cause Adam to fail, too; and then man and the earth would go into the hands of the devil.

If God would deliberately create a being to sin, He is different than what He declares. For a child of God to blame God for sin, wickedness, lies and souls destroyed is a crime against Him.

God gave Adam and Eve a great love for Him, and He had great love for them. God had no plan, no notion whatsoever when He made man and woman that they would sin. He would never have deliberately created a man and woman who would, with the devil, cause such total destruction that His Son would have to die on Calvary. Why would God make a man and woman to walk and talk with Him who He knew would be so weak they could not stand, that they would backslide, fall into the hands of the devil? Why would God want the same scene repeated that had taken place in Heaven when He had to cast out Lucifer? Do you think God wanted His heart broken again? The heart of God was broken when Adam and Eve failed Him. He wasn’t looking for it or expecting it.

The great God of the universe loves His Son Jesus too much to ever have brought about a situation deliberately that would cause Him to be sacrificed. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

Why would God make a man and woman, give them an eternal soul of life, part of Himself, and then turn death loose on them? Would a loving God plan it that way ahead of time? The God of all wisdom and knowledge doesn’t work like that.

Abraham had so much faith in a loving God, a God not to blame for anything, that he offered Isaac as a sacrifice, accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead (Hebrews 11:9). Abraham knew that God had promised he would be the father of multitudes, and God could not lie. The faith of a blameless God in him caused him to believe strongly. We have no record that God had been raising the dead in that day, but Abraham knew God could.

When God said to Moses, I-Am that I-Am, Moses’ faith in God’s integrity told him it was sufficient to bring a nation out of a nation.

Man Is a Free Moral Agent

Had God known that man was going to sin, man would not have been born a free moral agent. Man would have had no free choice. But the Bible plainly lets us know that man was born free. Adam was created free; he knew no bondage before he sinned. He had the choice to obey God or not. In liberty and freedom, Adam was likened to God Himself. He was able to choose, to decide whether he would stay with God or go away.

Today we still have free choice. God has never taken it away from man. Amid everything else that was swept away, free choice is one thing Adam was not able to sell to the devil because it wasn’t his to sell. God staked His claim to the fact that man, woman would always be able to choose God for the period of time in which He allotted mercy. All the powers of hell, all the demons and the devil himself cannot keep man from coming to God if he really wants to come. If man doesn’t have free choice, why does the Bible say, Whosoever will come after me…?

The soul is not predestined for either Heaven or hell. God is not like that. The devil has confused people about predestination. There are people who may study the Word of God, know the letter of the Word, but because they do not know the Spirit of the Word they walk in darkness. Their minds are leeched, and the truth cannot enter.

Study God; learn how the fall of man came about. A soul coming into life on Earth predestined for hell would not be an act of a merciful or a just God, and God is merciful and just with each one of us. You will find no injustice in God. God has much, much more love than humans have, and no right thinking human would create a monster to destroy his own. No sensible father would plan to have a child he knew would be sent to sure destruction unless the death of another child intervened.

Leeches of the Mind

Truth working in you destroys the leeches, the devil’s little barriers in the mind that block out the light of God in a particular area or areas. If you don’t live in the truth and the truth doesn’t abide in you, your mind becomes leeched, and you hold to your own opinions and the devil’s instead of God’s. Demonic spirits control many minds. Starting out controlling a little bit at a time, leeches can take over more and more until they close the mind completely to God. At that point they are able to enter and take over the soul.

Many, many Christians are leeched in one way or another in the mind. That’s the reason they don’t talk the way they should, don’t walk the path God wants them to walk. Then they wonder why God allows them to make mistakes. God will let you make your own choices, or you can let Him direct your paths. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths (Proverbs 3:5,6).

Sin Brought the Curse

Unto the woman he [God] said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children (Genesis 3:16). No children were born in Eden; part of the curse Adam and Eve brought on the human race was suffering in childbirth. Many women have suffered, lost their lives giving birth. Some are sick the entire pregnancy. God didn’t plan it. He didn’t make the first man and woman in sorrow. God put Adam to sleep when He performed the operation of taking out part of him to make a woman. It was masterful surgery, painless with a miraculous recovery. Had God planned children in the Garden, He would have planned painless childbirth.

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel (Genesis 3:15). This verse is directed to the devil. The serpent was taken over by the devil. It is believed that the serpent once walked upright and was probably the most beautiful, dazzling creature in the Garden. The fascination of Lucifer drew Eve and took her over.

A Plan of Redemption

A woman set in motion disobedience leading to mankind’s fall from the grace of God, and when Mary gave birth to the Son of God, a woman was used to give mankind Jesus, a chance to be redeemed in the eyes of God in such a great way it would be as if the redeemed had never sinned.

Man and woman were naked in the Garden and thought nothing of it. When they sinned, the guilt of sin became their bondage. Realizing they were naked in the eyes of God, they sewed fig leaves together to make aprons to wear. Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them (Genesis 3:21).

Death didn’t touch Eden until the plan of redemption came about. Animals were killed to cover man and woman, a type and shadow of Jesus clothing us in the righteousness of God. Through Jesus’ shed blood we have a covering that God accepts for our nakedness before Him. All who embrace that blood can now stand in the presence of God without shame or guilt.

Under the Law, sacrifices didn’t take away sin. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. Wherefore when he [Jesus] cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all (Hebrews 10:4,5,10). The blood of animals would not take away sin, only the blood of Jesus could do that. That’s what Jesus’ coming was all about.

John the Baptist preached the sinless Gospel, the sinless lie. Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance (Matthew 3:8), John said. Stop thinking that your safety is in Abraham being your father. The good works of your ancestors do not make you holy. Jesus said, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God (John 3:3). To be in this new world, you must be born again.

God Is Not to Blame

And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life (Genesis 3:22-24). Man was a living soul, and according to the Word of God, had he taken of the tree of life in the Garden, he would have lived forever.

When we get to the tree of life—Jesus—we live forever through Him. The Lord, however, has put the condition that you must stay free from sin to be able to have that good fruit of the tree of life.

The difference between Adam, Eve and us is that we were born into sin. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). The Lord forgave you of your sins when you came to Him; He delivered you and gave you power to walk in the newness of life, to live in a brand-new world, the Jesus world. Were you to blame God for the fall of Adam and Eve, you would have to blame Him for every sin, for all the alcoholics, drug addicts, murderers, for the seventeen works of the flesh, for broken homes, for destroyed lives. If you contend God knew that Adam and Eve would disobey Him, then you are saying that God must take the blame for all sin, for every wicked thing man and woman have ever done, for all the wars, for hate, strife and confusion. If God had looked into Adam’s future, had known by creating such a man that countless multitudes would suffer in hell as the endless ages roll, that man would be tortured with sickness and disease every day he had on planet Earth, God would be responsible for all cancer, heart trouble, diabetes, for every disease and deformity in our bodies.

Would you lay that blame at God’s door? If the Lord knew all this, then He was the one who brought sickness upon the human race, and we can’t blame the devil for any of it. If the Lord knew, then man couldn’t help but sin. If man couldn’t avoid sinning, then God would not be just in judging you for your sins, for sending you to hell. But God won’t take the blame for your sins because Jesus died to take them all away.

What are you going to do? Will you say that God is love, the perfect One, or will you blame Him?

God, remember, looked at His creation before the fall and called it good. It was perfect. God’s works are marvelous, great.

The Bible says that Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil (I John 3:8). When Jesus was here, most of His ministry was healing the sick—sickness as well as sin is one of the devil’s works, not God’s.

Adam and Eve were created holy, given the power, the knowledge to know what God said and how to handle what God told them. They knew exactly what to do, how to live. They had all the knowledge of God and all the greatness of God to solve any questions they may have had. God came down in the cool of the day and walked and talked with them. God told them, Of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it (Genesis 2:17). They were warned not to partake of that tree, but they disobeyed God.

You have no right to partake of anything God tells you not to. You have the living Christ to dwell on the inside of you, and you can have the gift of the Holy Ghost to tabernacle within and be your teacher, your instructor, to guide you into all truth. He is the Spirit of truth.

God will not take the blame for the fall of man. He will take the honor and glory for bringing redemption through His Son Jesus to fallen man and making him upright. God has provided a Heaven where the devil will never be; not one speck of sin can go through the gate of Glory. God will have what He planned in the beginning.

False doctrine declares we can’t help sinning. One sin wrecked the whole plan of God for man, everything that was good. One sin separated man and woman from their God, throwing them into the hands of the devil, and one unrepented sin will take you to hell. Sin will not be in the second Eden. God has given you a chance to make your choice for Him just like Adam and Eve had a chance to make their choice. Those who live in the second Eden in Heaven are there because they chose it. They had a choice between righteousness and unrighteousness, holiness and unholiness, and they chose the holy blood of Jesus to cleanse them from all sin.

In Adam and Eve God did not make two zombies; He made intelligent human beings. He gave them miniature brains that would work like His. He gave them His wisdom and knowledge; they could think God-thoughts.

Take On the Mind of Christ

Through Jesus Christ we can take on the mind of Christ. Many teachers and preachers today say we can’t be like Jesus, that we can’t have His mind. They are disputing the Word of the living God. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus (Philippians 2:5).

If you are in Christ Jesus there is no condemnation upon you; the truth has set you free. Jesus said, And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32). In your spirit and soul you are just as free as the first Adam before the fall. One day you will have the freedom of a glorified body. The body in Heaven will not be made out of clay but will be glorified. The body Jesus paid for will never know any sickness. He bought back everything for us that was lost when sin entered Eden.

Remember, God is love. Love would not place a civilization in the pathway of the devil. The human race placed themselves in that pathway. Understand God, and you will know He did not do it. God is hindered in working for people when they blame Him. Blaming God hurts the Spirit of God, grieves the Spirit. Blaming God for sin and wickedness prevents you from pleasing Him like you should.

God’s Mercy Has an End

Again I say, sin and sickness are the works of the devil, not God. The devil made man cry, but God is the One who can wipe away all tears. Just as the devil convinced Adam and Eve to fail God, deceived them, he has deceived many people into blaming God for his evil works.

Eve should never have listened to the devil; she was deceived. Many Christians are guilty of listening to the devil, and it causes them to disobey God, to say things they ought not, to fail to bridle their tongues. God can’t work with them and do the things through them the way He wants. Only part-time can He get their attention. God will talk to them, but it won’t register, for their minds are leeched. Those with leeched minds can’t hold to the truth that keeps them in the path God wants them all the time. Continually grieving the Holy Spirit, they are in danger of grieving Him right out of their lives.

The Lord comes to the place He has had enough. God’s Spirit will stop striving with a person when God sees that that one is causing trouble and not going to change and heed Him. God will draw the line. In this final hour, He will push people aside who grieve Him. The Spirit will lift from them, and the Lord will turn them over to the devil if they want to give their minds to the wrong things. God told me that I was to preach His truth to the people: He said, I have been blamed for that which I have not done, and in this final hour I am not going to take the blame for that which I have not done and that which I will not do.

When you go to war against God, you are in trouble; your free choice is about over. You’ve reached the end; the curtain is coming down. God looks to see if you have been disobedient, hateful, failing Him, sinning against Him again and again. He will have had enough and cut you off in your sins. You didn’t mean it when you came back to Him; you wouldn’t stay with Him. When you get frightened, you think you need Him and come back, ‘fess up, pray a little. But soon you are out in sin again, doing the same things all over.

God is not responsible for any soul in hell, any soul going there, any death. If you want to lay all the crimes, all the filth, all the dirt, hate and sin on God, it’s up to you. But God won’t take the blame, and you’ll be the loser, saith the Lord.

The Lord wants you to put all evil at the door of the devil where it belongs. For years people have placed the blame on God and not the devil. God isn’t pleased. No wonder man and woman haven’t been blessed more than they have! But we’re in the last hour, and the Bride will be blessed. Each member of the bridal company will stand upright in the eyes of God, please Him, placing no blame for evil-doing on Him. Again and again the Bride will cry, He is just, righteous and holy in all that He does! The Bride will not fight against Him; she will know His ways are perfect.

Death Came from the Devil

What monsters of destruction man and the devil have become together! Jesus showed us the kind of man God desired to have. Jesus was the God-man, our brother who became related to the human race so He could be our redeemer kinsman, redeeming us from the sin nature instilled in us since the fall. To contend, I say again, that the Lord knew what would happen to man when He made him is ridiculous. That isn’t at all the way the Lord portrays Himself in the Holy Scripture. He would not knowingly have made beings that would turn this world into total destruction.

Death didn’t come from God; it came from the devil. The Lord told Adam and Eve if they ate of the forbidden fruit they would die. They died spiritually, and physical death came upon them later. That penalty of physical death hangs over all of us. We all are on our way to die unless we first arrive on Rapture ground. Enoch walked with God, pleased God, and God took him.

To contend that sickness and sin come from God puts you on dangerous ground; you are disappointing God, grieving Him. I can’t repeat that too much. God will not take responsibility for anything wrong. Man and the devil brought sin, not God. Everything God has done is perfect, for God is perfect in all His ways. If you think otherwise, you will not please Him in this last hour.

Analyze your words; get away from foolish opinions, from the devil’s opinions and take the truth of God. His truth, remember, will set you free. The truth will let you know that God is love. People say they know God is love, and yet they accuse Him, the all-loving, wonderful God, of bringing about all the destruction on Earth.

I wanted to know without a shadow of doubt where the responsibility for sin rested, and I sought the face of God. I said, Lord, I must know! Did you know that man was going to sin? God said to me—I’ll stake my life on it—in a divine visitation that He did not know. He said, I could have known, but that would not have been putting trust in man. I want man to trust me, so I have to trust man. I refused to look into the future of man.

God made man holy, upright, separated from and given power to overcome all evil. God refused to look into man’s future. Anything God tells me I take to the Word for confirmation, for the Word-test. That’s the reason this ministry does not get into fanaticism. That’s the reason I so boldly declare the Word of God, why I don’t busy myself giving out Ernest Angley’s opinions; I give out what thus saith the Lord.

The prophets of God in the past said, Thus saith the Lord! Through the Spirit of the Lord, Ezekiel wrote: The soul that sinneth, it shall die (Ezekiel 18:20). God told Adam and Eve in the Garden that they would die if they disobeyed Him. Man would not be free if he didn’t have the ability to change his mind. Had no evil been in the Garden, man would not have had choice. He would have served God because there was nothing else to serve. God wants to be loved for Himself; He wants us to serve Him because we love Him, His righteousness, holiness and purity. If someone loves you, you want that one to love you for yourself, not for your money or what you can do for that one. Where did this trait come from? It’s the way God feels. We want to be loved for ourselves, and so does God.

Ask God to Direct Your Future

Man chose God in the beginning. We don’t know how many years Adam and Eve lived in the Garden before they sinned. Wouldn’t it be ridiculous for God to wash away all your sins, knowing you would backslide? Why would God take the time to cleanse sinners if He were going to first look into the future of them to see whether or not they would backslide? When you come to God, He does not look into your tomorrow to see if you will sin. Why not reject such a one in the first place? When you backslide, you disgrace God. It’s the fall of Adam and Eve all over again.

You have the freedom to ask God to direct your future, to direct your daily path, for Him to take over your life; and He will do it. You can ask God to look ahead for you, and He will do that, too, but you must ask. It’s your choice. You give the reins over to Him, and then He can do it. Put the situation completely into His hands.

Most Christians never yield their lives to God completely. Taking decisions out of His hands, they won’t give God the right-of-way in their lives. They let God be in control of some things, but in other things they want their own way. The Lord lets them go right ahead.

You can break away from the Lord, take your life out of His hands any time between here and Heaven. God does not look to see whether you will fail Him on tomorrow before He blesses you today.

God Has Power to Forget

Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand (Psalm 88:5). Do you think God remembers people who have gone to hell? No. He has erased them from His mind, and He won’t remember them until Judgment Day when hell delivers up its dead and they come before the throne of God to be sentenced without mercy. God hates them, despises them and will never love them. He will not spend His time thinking or worrying about those in hell because there is no help for them. They made their choice just like the devil made his choice. The Lord didn’t have mercy on the devil after He cast him out of Heaven. He didn’t remember to do any good for the devil or the angels He cast out with him, and He will deal with the unrepentant sinner the same way.

Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness’ sake, O LORD (Psalm 25:7). The Psalmist believed through the Spirit of God that God would wipe out his sins to not be remembered against him again. He casts our sins into the sea of forgetfulness. That’s the way God works; but, I say again, He does have a limit.

I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins (Isaiah 43:25). God does it for His own sake, His own honor and glory. He blots out the sins of those who want forgiveness and come to Him. He will never again bring them up; they will not come to His mind. That’s the kind of power God has. God has power to know or to not know, power to forget and not remember again. God has all power. This is what many people do not understand about God. Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me (Jeremiah 32:27)? Is anything too hard for God? No!

They shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more (Jeremiah 31:34). God forgives and forgets. He gives power to forgive, but the human doesn’t always forget.

When you tell someone you forgive them, never bring the matter up against that one again. God will hold it against you if you do. That hinders your own deliverance, puts you in jeopardy. God will give you the same mercy that you give another. You lie, bring shame on the name of the Lord when you say you forgive and then bring the matter up again. You didn’t forgive; resentment and bitterness are still in you. You brought it up again to the person. You’re not acting like God, not in harmony with God. Some of you have been guilty of bringing up things against people that you were supposed to have forgiven. You hindered your own salvation, your own walk with God. Then you want God to forget what you do; but you remembered, and so will He. He will bring up things against you if that is what you do to others, but He offers His power of love so that you will never bring up that which you once forgave.

Forgive in the Spirit of Jesus; let the matter be done and over with just as though it had never happened. When the Lord forgives us, He doesn’t bring up our sins to us later. We’re free as though we had never committed that sin. Man will forgive but not always use the power of the Lord to stop bringing the matter up. Injustices may come to your mind, but bury them in love because you remember the forgiveness of Jesus. You’re going to act like Jesus, to be like Jesus.

Different Foundations, Different Worlds

Jesus said, the Father lovedst me before the foundation of the world (John 17:24). The word “world” is mentioned almost three hundred times in the Bible, and does not always mean the same thing: there are different worlds, different foundations.

For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Christ Jesus (I Corinthians 3:11). Jesus Christ is the foundation. Stay with God until you know what He is talking about. Jesus, the foundation, came with the plan of redemption and brought us into a new world, a new and living way.

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new (II Corinthians 5:17). You change worlds when you come to Jesus in the new and living way, the new covenant. You come into a new way of life, into the life of God that Adam and Eve were created in. They were given life, life, life. Your soul is given that same life. The Lord has promised His children a heaven where everything will be life and no death.

In Bible language, world is frequently used to mean inhabitants of the world. It describes people, not always the earth. In the New Testament, God’s people are separated from the ungodly in the world. There are ungodly worlds, the world of sin for instance. Many different kinds of worlds are talked about in the Word of the living God.

According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4). Mankind didn’t exist before the world was formed millions of years ago. This verse isn’t referring to the created world that we read about in Genesis, but the foundation of the Christian world which is Jesus Christ. He has chosen us in Him before the foundation of Christianity, before the actual foundation was laid for us by Jesus Christ our Redeemer. The Lord chose us to be holy, live free from sin.

We see the type and shadow of this Christian foundation in the Garden of Eden and throughout the Old Testament. The real foundation came when Jesus arrived. The Lord chose us to be holy, without blame before Him, and that state could only come through Jesus.

Which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began (Acts 3:21). This verse is referring to the Bible world. When the universe was spoken into existence, God did not have any prophets. It may have been millions of years later that God had prophets. God gave His holy prophets insight into part of the plan of salvation. Isaiah said, His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). It took the coming of Jesus to reveal the whole plan of redemption. Different prophets had parts of it, but we have no record of any one prophet getting the whole plan of redemption, of the whole new world Jesus would bring with Him, the whole new mind and person.

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned (Romans 5:12). Sin entered the world in the Garden of Eden. God didn’t plan death to pass upon man; He commanded man to stay away from sin and gave him the power, knowledge and wisdom to do so just as He has given us knowledge to stay away from the works of the devil and to keep away from him. He has told us how we can become born new and stay that way.

Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began (Romans 16:25). This great plan of redemption, the whole plan and how it works in the new and living way, was kept secret through the years leading up to the coming of Christ. The blood of animals sacrificed under the Law was a type of redemption, but it wasn’t the real thing. Understand what the Lord is saying: After sin entered the world, a plan of redemption had to be set forth.

And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ (Ephesians 3:9). The plan of salvation is for Gentiles as well as for Jews, a plan hidden in God. But through Jesus Christ the plan was revealed. He came as a revelation of the great love of God, the plan of God, the will of God for mankind to be free, to live free from all sin with Him as the eternal ages roll.

As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began (Luke 1:70). That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation (Luke 11:50). The blood of prophets was not shed from the time God spoke the universe into existence millions of years ago, but from the foundation of God dealing with man outside Eden. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16). God loved the people of the world so much He gave Jesus who brought true redemption.

For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world (John 6:33). Jesus came to bring eternal life to mankind. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world (Matthew 25:34). The Lord did not prepare Heaven for mankind in the beginning; God made Eden for man. Here He is not talking about the foundation of the universe. God prepared a second Eden after the fall of man; it is included in the plan of redemption, a second Eden in Heaven with no devil, no sin, a city whose builder and maker is God.

Journey with God; find out about Him and His ways. Learn about Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. The mysteries of God stir great curiosity. Jesus is our foundation in this new and living way, this new world. Not blaming God for anything, we will love and trust Him more. The Bible declares that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1:17).

Come to Jesus

Sinner, your fate is not sealed. You are the master of your own destiny; you can turn yourself over to God today. Give your soul to the Lord, and you’ll receive power so the devil can’t destroy you—as long as you don’t give yourself back to him. Walking with the Lord hand in hand you will have power over all demonic spirits. But if you indulge in the works of the flesh, you will become helpless in the hands of the devil, and he will have you for time and eternity.

God is going to cast all the blame where it belongs—into hell. God can forget. He will seal away the devil and all souls that die without the Lord, close the entrance to the lake of fire for all eternity. God is going to blot it all out, saith the Lord, to never remember it again, to never remember a lost soul again, to never remember a fallen angel, to never remember Lucifer.

The Lord will wipe away all our tears, and then wipe away His. He will never shed another tear. But until then, Heaven will cry. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost will cry, will cry. The Holy Ghost is crying much through the righteous today, crying out for the lost. Someone has taught you wrong if you have laid blame at God’s door for that which the devil has done.

You who need to pray the sinners’ prayer, pray with me now:

Oh, God, save my soul. Forgive me for all my sins. I’m so sorry I sinned against you, but I’ve come home. I’m going to serve you, Lord, the rest of my life. I believe there’s power in the blood of Jesus. I believe it’s the will of God for people to be saved, to be clean, to be delivered and free from all sin. I believe the precious blood of Jesus washes away all my sins, all of them. Come on into my heart, Jesus, come on in!

If you meant that prayer, He has come; and He is yours.

God Has Healing for You

You who are sick and afflicted, it’s not the will of God. God’s will is for you to have good health. Sickness doesn’t come from God; it comes from the devil. God has put healing in the atonement of Jesus for you: With his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Christ came to destroy the works of the devil. He destroyed sickness going and coming when He was here on Earth.

I am not your healer; Jesus is the healer. I’m just an instrument of clay He has chosen to pour His power through to work His will for the people. I delight in Him!

Lord, I know you’ll heal the people. You’ve healed so many, many thousands as this servant has ministered your power to them. In the name of Jesus I bring the diabetics, the crippled, the chronic cases, the afflicted to you. I bring the heart patients, the little disabled, crippled children. I bring them to you, Lord, for you to do your wonderful work upon them. In the name of Jesus your power comes from your supernatural gifts of healing and gift of miracles. Heal! in the holy, mighty name of Jesus! Heal! in the name of Jesus of Nazareth, Son of the living God.

God bless you today. Write and tell me what happened to you so I can rejoice with you. You who found Jesus, start reading your Bible, praying, fasting and walking with God. I want to meet you in Heaven one day. God delights in His man, His woman today who will walk in the newness of life through Jesus Christ His Son, walk like the first Adam and Eve. It’s exciting to study the mysteries of God as His wonderful grace and power is revealed more and more each day to all who want to know Him in all His greatness.

Remember, God will not take the blame for the fall of man, but He takes full responsibility for the redemption of man—that is, for all who will accept His Only Begotten Son Jesus and His shed blood of Calvary.
